Support Customer Experience Engineer, L2 at HackerRank

Resolves complex customer technical issues, leads escalations, builds troubleshooting tools, and improves AI-enabled support workflows.

Mid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

HackerRank helps companies like NVIDIA, Amazon, and Microsoft hire and upskill the next generation of developers based on skills, not pedigree. Our platform is trusted by over 2,500 of the world’s most innovative companies to build strong engineering teams ready for what’s next.

Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side. As this shift accelerates, the definition of strong technical talent is changing. We give companies better ways to identify and invest in next-generation skills.

People at HackerRank care deeply about the impact of their work and sweat the small details so our customers can be wildly successful with products they genuinely love to use. We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards.

About the role

Customer Experience Engineering is where customers, product, and engineering meet. As a CXE 2, you’ll lead complex technical problems and high-stakes customer situations from investigation through resolution and prevention. You’ll combine technical depth with the judgment and communication needed to guide customers when the answer is not yet clear.

CXE works from one shared queue. You’ll take the lead on problems that require deeper investigation, solution design, or cross-team coordination, while helping the team respond to customer needs across the queue. You’ll also turn what you learn into solutions, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that reduce repeat problems.

What you’ll do

  • Own complex, ambiguous, enterprise, and escalated customer problems through investigation, resolution, communication, and closure.
  • Come prepared to lead technical customer calls and escalations. Understand the account and issue history, ask precise questions, explain what is known and unknown, and give customers a clear plan and next update.
  • Investigate unfamiliar issues across web applications, APIs, integrations, authentication, data, and code paths. Use logs, audit trails, session data, and monitoring tools to reconstruct what happened, test hypotheses, and identify a path to resolution when no playbook exists.
  • Build scripts, integrations, automations, tooling, and other technical solutions for customer and team needs. Contribute code fixes where appropriate through Engineering review.
  • Build and improve AI agents and workflows. Evaluate their accuracy and reliability, strengthen the context and safeguards they depend on, and measure whether they reduce customer effort or repeat work.
  • Lead CXE’s technical and customer response during high-severity incidents. Help drive containment, engage the right on-call teams, provide timely updates, contribute to customer-facing RCAs, and follow corrective actions through to completion.
  • Partner with account teams to understand strategic customers, spot recurring friction or emerging risks, and address problems before they become escalations.
  • Manage concurrent priorities while protecting shared queue health, service levels, and communication quality across shifts and regions.
  • Turn patterns from customer issues into adopted runbooks, onboarding improvements, automation, product feedback, or Engineering action that reduces recurrence. Mentor CXE 1 engineers through pairing, reviews, and case debriefs.
  • Participate in rotational shifts and on-call coverage, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support global customer needs.

Who you are

  • You have 3 to 7 years of experience in technical support, product support, solutions engineering, implementation, cloud support, software engineering, SDET, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • You can independently investigate unfamiliar technical problems using API and application logs, audit trails, monitoring, session data, and other available tools. You can isolate likely causes across web applications, APIs, integrations, and customer workflows, and explain the evidence behind your conclusions.
  •  You know how to reconcile conflicting evidence, validate findings, and diagnose authentication and integration failures across systems.
  • You can write and debug practical code in Python or a similar language, read unfamiliar code, and build scripts or automations that others can use.
  • You are ready to lead difficult customer conversations. You prepare thoroughly, communicate with technical credibility and empathy, adapt your message to different audiences, and give clear updates even before the root cause is known.
  • You make sound decisions under pressure: assessing impact, prioritising work, bringing in the right people, and keeping investigations moving.
  • You take ownership without waiting to be chased. You can work effectively across Engineering, Product, and GTM while keeping both technical accountability and the customer’s next steps clear.
  • You have hands-on experience using AI to investigate, build, and improve workflows, and you test its output before relying on it.
  • You are open to rotational shifts and occasional on-call coverage across a global customer base.

Even better if you

  • Debugged ATS, HR-tech, developer-tooling, or other complex B2B SaaS integrations.
  • Built and maintained customer solutions, internal tools, agents, or automations that were adopted and had measurable impact.
  • Evaluated AI agents or workflows for accuracy, reliability, and safety, then improved them based on real use.
  • Contributed fixes or improvements to a production codebase in a support, solutions, tooling, or software engineering context.
  • Worked directly with strategic enterprise customers on technical solutions or proactive risk reduction.

You will thrive in this role if

  • You enjoy getting to the bottom of customer problems and building solutions that prevent them from recurring.
  • You can be calm and credible with a customer under pressure while driving a rigorous technical investigation behind the scenes.
  • You move comfortably between debugging, building, customer communication, and cross-team coordination.
  • You see patterns across individual cases and turn them into improvements the team adopts.
  • You use AI and coding tools to extend what you can do and take responsibility for the quality of what you build.
  • You help others grow through your judgment, coaching, and the systems you leave behind.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $120,000–$135,000, plus a target 10% annual bonus tied to individual and company performance. You will also receive equity (stock options) and a comprehensive package of cash and non-cash benefits.

Marketing CRO Marketing Manager - Web (Remote, Contract) at Huckleberry

Owns web conversion and experimentation, optimizing the full funnel through testing, interactive tools, AI-driven systems, and cross-functional marketing partnerships.

Mid Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Huckleberry

At Huckleberry, our purpose is simple yet powerful: to build life-changing products and experiences that help all families unlock everyday magic.

Today, more than 6.5 million families trust Huckleberry and our app to be their partner through parenthood. Real pediatric expertise works hand-in-hand with data science, AI, and behavioral science to provide support behind-the-scenes that guides every parent through their unique journey.

We believe every family should feel taken care of—which is why we’re growing quickly and expanding our product offerings to help every family thrive.

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager - Web to own conversion across Huckleberry’s web experience — from the first visit through app install, free trial, and purchase.  This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week, 1099 contract position.

You’ll carry your own web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, and you’ll own the experimentation program that moves it. The work spans further than most CRO roles. You’ll write build specs for interactive web tools, partner with our Guidance team to make sure anything we tell a parent is clinically sound, and build AI-driven systems that let a small team run a testing cadence that would otherwise take several people.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing on an interim basis and is expected to move under the Senior Director of User Acquisition and Growth once that role is filled. You’ll work closely with Brand Editorial, Guidance, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships, and User Acquisition.

Areas of Responsibility

Web Conversion & Experimentation

  • Target Ownership: Own a web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, expressed as either acquisition or revenue depending on current company priority. When that expression changes, you re-point the roadmap without losing program continuity.

  • Full Funnel Optimization: Drive conversion across the entire web path — blog and promo units, landing pages, account creation, checkout, pricing, and paywall. Marketing surfaces and product surfaces both count.

  • Experimentation Program: Operate and extend an established testing program, including a weekly promo-unit copy testing cadence with defined scoring, prioritization, and readout standards. Write test plans, define metrics, set call conditions, and maintain the roadmap and tracker as the source of truth.

  • Readouts: Deliver performance updates and test readouts to marketing leadership, publish quarterly web priorities, and contribute web reporting to executive and board updates.

Interactive Web Experiences

  • Concept to Spec: Conceive, impact-size, and scope interactive web experiences — calculators, quizzes, guided recommendations — that demonstrate product value before signup. Write the engineering build specs: input and output logic, edge cases, handoff behavior, and event instrumentation.

  • Clinical Guardrails: Anything that returns guidance to a parent requires Guidance team partnership by default. You’ll work with them to set the thresholds and logic behind each tool, source recommendations to recognized pediatric guidelines, and make sure a “not yet” result lands supportively.

  • Monetization Discipline: Surface scope and monetization risks early and drive them to a decision — including recommending against builds that would give away a paid in-app mechanic.

Systems, Data & Automation

  • AI-Built Systems: Our testing cadence runs at this scale because the recurring work is built into AI-driven systems. You’ll maintain and extend those systems, and build new ones — with documented logic, edge-case handling, state tracking across runs, and human approval gates wherever judgment is required.

  • Measurement: Partner with Business Analytics to shape how web performance is instrumented and reported. Specify event instrumentation for new experiences, validate it lands, and flag when an existing metric is unfit for its purpose.

  • Source of Truth: Keep content taxonomy in Contentful aligned with downstream reporting so subcategory performance data stays trustworthy.

  • Documentation: Set and document web optimization and A/B testing standards, and make them usable by partner teams through reusable systems.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Web Scoping Partner: Lead web projects end-to-end, and serve as the web scoping partner on projects led by other teams — including commerce and partnership integrations, where you define ownership boundaries and downstream flow requirements before build.

  • Strategic Consultation: Be consulted at scoping on initiatives affecting web performance. Represent web conversion in the weekly cross-functional User Acquisition sync.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, web growth, or experimentation

  • Owned a Number: You’ve carried a conversion, acquisition, or revenue target yourself and can point to before/after results

  • Experimentation Depth: Hands-on building, launching, and reading out A/B and multivariate tests on a testing platform

  • Analytical Depth: You can define metrics, specify event instrumentation, spot measurement that’s quietly misleading, and work with structured data and APIs without needing engineering for routine work

  • Builds With AI: Demonstrated experience building working systems with AI tooling. You should be able to describe a recurring process you turned into a reliable system, how you handled failure cases, and where you deliberately kept a human in the loop

  • Technical Partnership: Can write clear specs for engineering and hold their own in a scoping conversation

  • Judgment on Accuracy: Recognizes when content or a tool output needs clinical review, and routes it to experts

  • Writing: Strong writing with a lens toward product positioning and placement

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contentful, Amplitude (Analytics and Web Experiments), Google Analytics, or AppsFlyer

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic AI tooling, including building reusable skills or workflows

  • Experience in parenting, family wellness, or consumer health — and with the sourcing standards clinically-informed content requires

  • Subscription or freemium monetization experience: free trial, paywall, pricing

Operations Event Operations Coordinator at Filevine

Coordinates field event outreach, registrations, attendee lists, campaigns, sales collaboration, and vendor logistics before events.

What this role involves

Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. Grounded in a singular system of truth, Filevine brings together data, documents, workflows, and teams into one unified platform—where modern legal work happens with clarity and consistency.

Powered by LOIS, the Legal Operating Intelligence System, Filevine connects context across every matter to transform legal operations from reactive to proactive. Fueled by a team of exceptional collaborators and innovators, Filevine’s rapid growth has earned AI awards and recognition from Deloitte and Inc. as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the country.

Role Summary:

The Event Operations Coordinator is the engine behind every field event we run. You’re responsible for two things that matter most before the doors open: getting the right people in the room and making sure every logistical detail is locked and ready.

This is a high-ownership, detail-driven role that sits at the intersection of outreach, operations, and vendor coordination. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing to identify and secure the ideal attendee mix for every event, then execute every pre-event motion required to make it happen: registration, websites, campaigns, communications, and vendor follow-through.

You won’t be on-site, but your fingerprints are on everything that makes the on-site experience possible.

What You’ll Own:

High-Quality Attendance

  • Partner with Sales Operations and the Field Marketing Manager to build targeted invite lists with the right mix of customers, in-pipe prospects, and net-new leads for each event

  • Drive RSVPs and ticket confirmations through structured email cadences and direct outreach (phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to hit the goal every time

  • Maintain minimum registration and attendance rates

  • Quality matters as much as quantity. The goal isn’t a full room, it’s the right full room

Outreach & Registration

  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (email, phone, etc.) to drive RSVPs against event-specific targets

  • Manage registration lists and ensure accurate, up-to-date attendee records throughout the pre-event cycle

  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure reps are actively supporting outreach efforts for their accounts and prospects

Pre-Event Logistics

  • Own pre-event operational details so that the Field Marketing Manager can focus on strategy, on-site experience, and sales conversion including:

    • Ensure attendee travel is booked and act as liaison between attendees and travel agency as needed

    • Build and maintain event websites where applicable

    • Create and manage registration pages in Cvent

    • Build Salesforce campaigns for every event and ensure proper tracking throughout

    • Create and deploy all necessary UTMs, web links, and landing pages as needed

Vendor Coordination

  • Once the Field Marketing Manager has selected and contracted vendors (swag, activations, venues, etc.), take ownership of all follow-through

  • Manage day-to-day vendor communication to ensure deliverables are on time and meet expectations

  • Escalate issues to the Field Marketing Manager as needed

  • Track and process vendor invoices to ensure timely payment

Attendee Communications

  • Draft and deploy all transactional attendee communications in partnership with the Field Marketing Manager, including:

    • Know Before You Go (KBYG)

    • Event updates and logistics changes

    • Post-event surveys

  • Ensure every attendee has the information they need to show up prepared and engaged

Post-Event Follow-Up

  • Execute post-event email cadences to support conversion efforts

  • Ensure all attendee and response data is accurately logged in Salesforce for pipeline tracking

  • Secure survey responses and share this information with the broader leadership team for consideration and analysis

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

Operations Incubation Manager at Angkas

Manages rider incubation programs, onboarding journeys, communications, performance metrics, and cross-functional improvements to help new riders succeed.

Mid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Hey, mabuhay! đź‘‹

Thanks for dropping by. We know looking for the right job can feel like being stuck in EDSA traffic, so we’ll keep it moving and get straight to the point.

With over 8 million downloads and a powerful network of thousand of dedicated biker-partners, we are a leading ride-hailing platform operating across the Philippines. Our vision is to end poverty in the Philippines through revolutionary transportation solutions. We aim to provide our customers with convenient, reliable, and safe rides, impacting millions of lives positively every single day.

Now, we’re looking for a Incubation Manager, to lead one of the most important parts of our business: helping newly signed-up riders become confident, successful, and consistently earning members of the Angkas community.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a step-by-step program that helps new riders build confidence, develop good habits, and reach consistent earnings within their first month.
  • Set clear, achievable milestones for new riders at each stage of their journey — from completing their first successful trip to becoming a regular, dependable earner.
  • Analyze rider behavior and performance data to identify exactly where new riders tend to struggle or drop off, and design targeted solutions to address those specific problems.
  • Develop and manage communications (in-app messages, notifications, and other content) that motivate and guide new riders through their early weeks on the platform.
  • Collaborate with our Product team to improve in-app features that make it easier for new riders to succeed — things like guided walkthroughs, earnings tools, and progress tracking.
  • Work closely with our Operations team to make sure the on-the-ground onboarding experience (training, orientation, local support) is consistent and effective across different locations.
  • Partner with our Data team to track key performance indicators, measure the success of new programs, and continuously refine the new rider journey based on real results.
  • Coordinate with our rider community and support programs to connect new riders with mentorship, peer support, and other resources that help them succeed early on.

At Angkas, we believe in giving our people the trust and flexibility to work in a way that helps them and their teams perform at their best. Whether you’re working onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid setup, we provide the flexibility, you bring the drive. ⚡

Let’s get this show on the road!🚦

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer/user lifecycle management, growth, or a related field — ideally in a business where you had to help new customers or partners succeed early on (e.g., a marketplace, subscription service, gig-economy platform, or app-based business).
  • A track record of using data to figure out why something isn’t working, not just reporting that it isn’t working. You should be comfortable digging into numbers to find the real reason behind a problem before proposing a solution.
  • Experience with tools that send automated messages or communications to users based on their behavior (for example, tools that send reminders, tips, or offers at the right moment).
  • Strong ability to work with different teams — you’ll regularly collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to get things done.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both in writing and in person.
  • A genuine interest in understanding what motivates people who earn their income through flexible, independent work — and how to support them.
  • Experience in the Philippine market is a strong plus. Familiarity with ride-hailing, delivery, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.

Work your way – Enjoy flexibility and the freedom to thrive in your role.

Work-life balance – Build a career without sacrificing your personal life.

Free perks – Fuel up with free meals and stay active with gym access.

Grow fast – Unlock career advancement and promotion opportunities.

Get rewarded – Earn a competitive salary with opportunities for pay increases.

Start-up energy – Be part of a fast-moving, innovative team where your ideas matter.

Global vibes – Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team in an agile workplace.

Tech-driven culture – Work with modern tools and cutting-edge technology that keep you ahead of the game.

Healthcare Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator, MA (Contract to Perm) at Evergreen Nephrology

Coordinates pharmacy enrollment by engaging patients, obtaining consent, explaining medication services, and arranging delivery and refill support by phone.

Mid Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists to transform kidney care through a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach to kidney care. We believe patients living with kidney disease deserve the best care. We are committed to improving patient outcomes and improving quality of life by delaying disease progression, shifting care to the home, and accelerating kidney transplants.

We help nephrologists focus on the right patients at the right time across the full care spectrum. We do this by providing them with the best-in-class interdisciplinary clinical resources, analytical insight and tools, and services to patients. We listen to the needs of our patients, our employees, and our client partners, continually working to push beyond the status quo in which the care system manages patients today.

Who You Are

You are devoted, compassionate, and enjoy being on the front lines of healthcare, changing the lives of patients by supporting them and the team by focusing on customers. You’re excited about being part of a team that is building a healthcare delivery model that ensures the highest possible quality of life and best outcomes for those in our care. You believe people living with kidney disease deserve the best person-centered, holistic, comprehensive care and want to influence the healthcare system to drive towards that. You thrive in innovative and evolving environments with high rates of change.

Your Role

As a Telephonic Pharmacy Care Coordinator with Evergreen, you play a critical patient-facing and operational role in our pharmacy program. This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time employment. This program connects patients with a specialized mail-order pharmacy that provides pre-sorted, multi-dose medication packaging (pill packs) along with proactive refill management and periodic care team check-ins, helping ensure patients stay on track with complex medication schedules. Working fully remotely by phone, you are often the first voice patients hear from the pharmacy care team — helping establish trust, explain the value of the pharmacy service, and guide patients through enrollment.

You work with patients from our partner practices to engage them, capture consent, and set up timely access to medications and pharmacist-led clinical services. You’ll explain how the service works — multi-dose pill packs organized by date/time, home delivery and automatic refill coordination so patients never run out, and scheduled check-in calls to review adherence and address new prescriptions or dose changes. When a patient agrees to participate, you act directly in the electronic health record — updating the patient’s preferred pharmacy, triggering electronic prescriptions, and documenting consent or decline based on the patient’s decision. Your primary focus is high-volume outbound outreach to patients who do not have an office visit, or who cannot be supported onsite, along with inbound support as needed.

This role is focused on telephonic patient engagement, consent and enrollment, EHR documentation, and care coordination for patients living with chronic kidney disease and other complex chronic conditions. Success depends on your ability to connect with patients quickly over the phone, communicate value clearly, and remove the barriers that keep patients from staying consistent with their medications.

Role Responsibilities

Some responsibilities may vary based on specific patient programs, but this role’s primary duties include the following:

Operations Incubation Manager at Angkas

Leads new-rider incubation programs, analyzes onboarding performance, coordinates training and support, and improves the early rider journey.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

  • Define success measures for owned sessions/assets and monitor performance signals (webinar metrics, LMS analytics, and in-product signals where available), including enrollment, completion, certification, and lead-conversion signals where available.
  • Partner with Journey Operations to recommend improvements to education timing and sequencing based on customer behavior signals and learning performance insights.
  • Manage multiple moderate-complexity projects and content updates, including stakeholder review cycles, versioning, and release readiness updates, and maintain quality, consistency, and accuracy as paid programs scale.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Support, and Knowledge Governance to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment to standards.
  • Identify content gaps and propose improvements to increase self-service effectiveness, strengthen the value customers receive from paid and premium programs, and reduce repetitive support needs.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 2+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), including experience building or delivering education customers pay for — premium content, paid programs, cohort learning, certification, or professional services.
  • Strong facilitation and co-facilitation skills and communication skills with the ability to adapt during live customer sessions.
  • Solid instructional design and adult learning foundations; ability to simplify complex workflows and product concepts and to turn SME knowledge and research into practical learning.

  • Applied AI fluency: uses AI to accelerate research, design, production, program operations, demonstrations, and learner support, with strong judgment for evaluating and correcting AI outputs; familiarity with AI workforce strategy topics.
  • Strong collaboration and project execution skills across multiple stakeholders; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including work with Marketing, GTM, and Customer Success partners.

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
