Marketing CRO Marketing Manager - Web (Remote, Contract) at Huckleberry

Owns web conversion and experimentation, optimizing the full funnel through testing, interactive tools, AI-driven systems, and cross-functional marketing partnerships.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Huckleberry

At Huckleberry, our purpose is simple yet powerful: to build life-changing products and experiences that help all families unlock everyday magic.

Today, more than 6.5 million families trust Huckleberry and our app to be their partner through parenthood. Real pediatric expertise works hand-in-hand with data science, AI, and behavioral science to provide support behind-the-scenes that guides every parent through their unique journey.

We believe every family should feel taken care of—which is why we’re growing quickly and expanding our product offerings to help every family thrive.

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager - Web to own conversion across Huckleberry’s web experience — from the first visit through app install, free trial, and purchase.  This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week, 1099 contract position.

You’ll carry your own web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, and you’ll own the experimentation program that moves it. The work spans further than most CRO roles. You’ll write build specs for interactive web tools, partner with our Guidance team to make sure anything we tell a parent is clinically sound, and build AI-driven systems that let a small team run a testing cadence that would otherwise take several people.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing on an interim basis and is expected to move under the Senior Director of User Acquisition and Growth once that role is filled. You’ll work closely with Brand Editorial, Guidance, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships, and User Acquisition.

Areas of Responsibility

Web Conversion & Experimentation

  • Target Ownership: Own a web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, expressed as either acquisition or revenue depending on current company priority. When that expression changes, you re-point the roadmap without losing program continuity.

  • Full Funnel Optimization: Drive conversion across the entire web path — blog and promo units, landing pages, account creation, checkout, pricing, and paywall. Marketing surfaces and product surfaces both count.

  • Experimentation Program: Operate and extend an established testing program, including a weekly promo-unit copy testing cadence with defined scoring, prioritization, and readout standards. Write test plans, define metrics, set call conditions, and maintain the roadmap and tracker as the source of truth.

  • Readouts: Deliver performance updates and test readouts to marketing leadership, publish quarterly web priorities, and contribute web reporting to executive and board updates.

Interactive Web Experiences

  • Concept to Spec: Conceive, impact-size, and scope interactive web experiences — calculators, quizzes, guided recommendations — that demonstrate product value before signup. Write the engineering build specs: input and output logic, edge cases, handoff behavior, and event instrumentation.

  • Clinical Guardrails: Anything that returns guidance to a parent requires Guidance team partnership by default. You’ll work with them to set the thresholds and logic behind each tool, source recommendations to recognized pediatric guidelines, and make sure a “not yet” result lands supportively.

  • Monetization Discipline: Surface scope and monetization risks early and drive them to a decision — including recommending against builds that would give away a paid in-app mechanic.

Systems, Data & Automation

  • AI-Built Systems: Our testing cadence runs at this scale because the recurring work is built into AI-driven systems. You’ll maintain and extend those systems, and build new ones — with documented logic, edge-case handling, state tracking across runs, and human approval gates wherever judgment is required.

  • Measurement: Partner with Business Analytics to shape how web performance is instrumented and reported. Specify event instrumentation for new experiences, validate it lands, and flag when an existing metric is unfit for its purpose.

  • Source of Truth: Keep content taxonomy in Contentful aligned with downstream reporting so subcategory performance data stays trustworthy.

  • Documentation: Set and document web optimization and A/B testing standards, and make them usable by partner teams through reusable systems.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Web Scoping Partner: Lead web projects end-to-end, and serve as the web scoping partner on projects led by other teams — including commerce and partnership integrations, where you define ownership boundaries and downstream flow requirements before build.

  • Strategic Consultation: Be consulted at scoping on initiatives affecting web performance. Represent web conversion in the weekly cross-functional User Acquisition sync.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, web growth, or experimentation

  • Owned a Number: You’ve carried a conversion, acquisition, or revenue target yourself and can point to before/after results

  • Experimentation Depth: Hands-on building, launching, and reading out A/B and multivariate tests on a testing platform

  • Analytical Depth: You can define metrics, specify event instrumentation, spot measurement that’s quietly misleading, and work with structured data and APIs without needing engineering for routine work

  • Builds With AI: Demonstrated experience building working systems with AI tooling. You should be able to describe a recurring process you turned into a reliable system, how you handled failure cases, and where you deliberately kept a human in the loop

  • Technical Partnership: Can write clear specs for engineering and hold their own in a scoping conversation

  • Judgment on Accuracy: Recognizes when content or a tool output needs clinical review, and routes it to experts

  • Writing: Strong writing with a lens toward product positioning and placement

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contentful, Amplitude (Analytics and Web Experiments), Google Analytics, or AppsFlyer

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic AI tooling, including building reusable skills or workflows

  • Experience in parenting, family wellness, or consumer health — and with the sourcing standards clinically-informed content requires

  • Subscription or freemium monetization experience: free trial, paywall, pricing

$50 - $65 an hour

Healthcare Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator, MA (Contract to Perm) at Evergreen Nephrology

Coordinates pharmacy enrollment by engaging patients, obtaining consent, explaining medication services, and arranging delivery and refill support by phone.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists to transform kidney care through a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach to kidney care. We believe patients living with kidney disease deserve the best care. We are committed to improving patient outcomes and improving quality of life by delaying disease progression, shifting care to the home, and accelerating kidney transplants.

We help nephrologists focus on the right patients at the right time across the full care spectrum. We do this by providing them with the best-in-class interdisciplinary clinical resources, analytical insight and tools, and services to patients. We listen to the needs of our patients, our employees, and our client partners, continually working to push beyond the status quo in which the care system manages patients today.

Who You Are

You are devoted, compassionate, and enjoy being on the front lines of healthcare, changing the lives of patients by supporting them and the team by focusing on customers. You’re excited about being part of a team that is building a healthcare delivery model that ensures the highest possible quality of life and best outcomes for those in our care. You believe people living with kidney disease deserve the best person-centered, holistic, comprehensive care and want to influence the healthcare system to drive towards that. You thrive in innovative and evolving environments with high rates of change.

Your Role

As a Telephonic Pharmacy Care Coordinator with Evergreen, you play a critical patient-facing and operational role in our pharmacy program. This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time employment. This program connects patients with a specialized mail-order pharmacy that provides pre-sorted, multi-dose medication packaging (pill packs) along with proactive refill management and periodic care team check-ins, helping ensure patients stay on track with complex medication schedules. Working fully remotely by phone, you are often the first voice patients hear from the pharmacy care team — helping establish trust, explain the value of the pharmacy service, and guide patients through enrollment.

You work with patients from our partner practices to engage them, capture consent, and set up timely access to medications and pharmacist-led clinical services. You’ll explain how the service works — multi-dose pill packs organized by date/time, home delivery and automatic refill coordination so patients never run out, and scheduled check-in calls to review adherence and address new prescriptions or dose changes. When a patient agrees to participate, you act directly in the electronic health record — updating the patient’s preferred pharmacy, triggering electronic prescriptions, and documenting consent or decline based on the patient’s decision. Your primary focus is high-volume outbound outreach to patients who do not have an office visit, or who cannot be supported onsite, along with inbound support as needed.

This role is focused on telephonic patient engagement, consent and enrollment, EHR documentation, and care coordination for patients living with chronic kidney disease and other complex chronic conditions. Success depends on your ability to connect with patients quickly over the phone, communicate value clearly, and remove the barriers that keep patients from staying consistent with their medications.

Role Responsibilities

Some responsibilities may vary based on specific patient programs, but this role’s primary duties include the following:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound telephone outreach to patients to introduce Evergreen’s pharmacy service, establish rapport and trust, and guide patients through enrollment.

  • Deliver clear, standardized messaging over the phone — using approved scripts and talking points to drive consistent, informed enrollment decisions and manage patient questions and objections.

  • Obtain and document patient consent by phone, and capture the information needed to enroll the patient.

  • Make the necessary changes in the EHR based on the patient’s decisions — updating the patient’s preferred pharmacy, triggering electronic prescriptions (eRxs) to the pharmacy partner, and accurately documenting consent or decline in the patient’s chart.

  • Manage outreach queues and follow-up cadences, completing multiple contact attempts per patient and prioritizing outreach based on urgency and targets.

  • Accurately document all call activity, outreach attempts, accepts/declines, and coordination activities in Evergreen’s clinical and operational systems, supporting accurate enrollment and success-rate tracking.

  • Meet call center performance expectations, including call quality, productivity, average speed of answer, and enrollment/conversion targets.

  • Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

  • Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned.

Location

  • While this position is fully remote, you must be able to work 8:30am – 5pm in the eastern time zone.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA).

  • Experience in a telephonic, call-center, or high-volume outbound patient/customer outreach environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage patients over the phone.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, care coordination, or other patient support roles.

  • Comfort and proficiency working within an electronic health record (EHR/EMR) — documenting encounters, reviewing medication lists, and making authorized updates.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple patients, tasks, and follow-ups across an outreach queue.

  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and a demonstrated commitment to protecting patient privacy and PHI.

  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams

  • Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:

    • Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
    • Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
    • Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a healthcare call center or telephonic patient outreach/enrollment role.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Experience with phone-based consent capture or enrollment workflows.

  • Background in care navigation, including connecting patients to community resources and addressing social determinants of health.

  • Familiarity with common chronic disease medications and prescription coverage terminology.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $19-$23 per hour. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors.

Benefits

Evergreen Nephrology’s total rewards program is designed to support you in and outside of work. You can expect:

  • Paid time off starting at 4 weeks for full-time employees

  • 12 paid holidays per year

  • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, including an HSA with employer match

  • Reimbursement for continuing medical education for eligible roles

  • A 401(k) program where Evergreen matches up to 4% of contributions after six months of tenure

  • Paid parental leave

  • A robust training and development program that starts with onboarding and continues throughout your career with Evergreen Nephrology

About the job

We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you’ll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.

We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that’s about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.

Responsibilities

  • Request Intake & Triage

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.

    • Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.

    • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.

Design Collaboration & Project Management

  • Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.

  • Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.

  • Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.

Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)

  • Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).

  • Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).

  • Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.

Event Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.

  • Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.

  • Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.

Risk & Logistics Ownership

  • Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.

  • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.

  • Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.

Cross-Team Partnership

  • Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers’ time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.

  • Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.

  • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what “safe area” means, and why RGB assets can’t go straight to print.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.

  • Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.

  • Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.

  • A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask “what could go wrong here?” and build a plan around the answer.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma

  • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Important information for candidates

Recruitment scams have become increasingly common. To protect yourself, please keep the following in mind when applying for roles:

  • Apply only through our official channels. We do not use third-party platforms or agencies for recruitment unless clearly stated. All open roles are listed on our official careers page: https://tether.recruitee.com/

  • Verify the recruiter’s identity. All our recruiters have verified LinkedIn profiles. If you’re unsure, you can confirm their identity by checking their profile or contacting us through our website.

  • Be cautious of unusual communication methods. We do not conduct interviews over WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS. All communication is done through official company emails and platforms.

  • Double-check email addresses. All communication from us will come from emails ending in @ tether.to or @ tether.io

  • We will never request payment or financial details. If someone asks for personal financial information or payment at any point during the hiring process, it is a scam. Please report it immediately.

When in doubt, feel free to reach out through our official website.

Trainer Information Extraction Engineer at DEF CON

Extracts and validates structured facts from documents, cites source passages, reviews model-assisted outputs, and flags ambiguity for reliable AI systems.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT DEFCON AI

RESILIENCE IN THE FACE OF DISRUPTION. DEFCON AI is an insights company that leverages artificial intelligence, mathematical optimization, data analytics, and software engineering for resilient optimization of complex systems.

In today’s dynamically changing world, DEFCON AI’s technology aligns outcomes with operational goals, better decision making, and empowers customers to anticipate assess, and mitigate the impacts of disruptions.

About the Role

You’ll pull structured facts out of long, free-text documents, and keep every one of them tied to the exact passage it came from. On this platform, nothing gets asserted without a citation a human reviewer can check, and that traceability is yours to build and protect.

You’ll join the analytics and AI engineering team behind a system that ingests records from dozens of disparate sources, resolves them to the right entity, and shows a human reviewer the exact source text behind every answer. Operating within a secure government cloud environment, the platform depends on extraction a reviewer can trust precisely because it can be checked against the original document.

You’ll join an established extraction practice rather than building one from scratch. The approach is set and reviewed by a senior practitioner on the team. Your contribution is sustained, consistent output at volume against long, messy, narrative documents that were never written with extraction in mind, and the judgment to flag what doesn’t fit rather than force it.

This is a fully remote role, with a later start date than our most urgent openings. We’re sourcing now so the seat is filled when the work begins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract structured facts from long, free-text, narrative, and semi-structured documents

  • Maintain a traceable pointer from every extracted fact back to the exact source passage it came from

  • Validate that every cited passage actually supports the extracted fact, and treat a missing or unsupported citation as a defect

  • Distinguish a stated total from a derived sum in financial narratives, retaining the contributing items and the calculation for verification

  • Consume the recorded rule context supplied to model-assisted extraction, keeping cited facts and uncertainty separate from any validity decision

  • Apply and extend the team’s established extraction approach consistently across new document types

  • Handle ambiguous, contradictory, or incomplete source text without forcing a single reading; flag it rather than guessing

  • Work with entity resolution and retrieval teammates on what a usable extracted fact needs to carry downstream

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years extracting structured facts or data from unstructured, narrative text in a production setting

  • Experience keeping extracted output traceable to its source

  • Strong Python, with hands-on NLP or information-extraction tooling, whether rule-based, statistical, or LLM-based

  • US Citizenship Required

  • Active US Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extraction experience in a government, investigative, legal, financial-crime, or intelligence-adjacent setting

  • LLM-based extraction with structured output schemas and validation against source text

  • Experience where extracted facts fed a downstream matching, scoring, or retrieval system

  • Active Top Secret clearance

What Success Looks Like

  • Facts extracted at volume, with every claim traceable to its source passage

  • Extraction that holds up when a subject-matter expert checks it against the original document

  • Sustained throughput across new document types without re-deriving the approach for each one

What We Offer

  • A fully remote, results-based environment

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity package

  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family

  • Unlimited PTO, with your manager’s approval

  • Flexible work environment where you manage your work day

  • 14 weeks of fully-paid parental leave

Salary Range: $130,000—$160,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.

We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

This is intended as a contract role with an initial 6-month term and the ability to extend based on business need, campaign volume, 2027 planning requirements, and performance. Role Responsibilities

  • Customize materials and launch workflows for new patient programs.
  • Coordinate review, approval, compliance, testing, deployment, and launch readiness processes for campaign and program materials.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, asset libraries, project trackers, templates, and repeatable operating processes.
  • Support campaign reporting, performance review, documentation of lessons learned, and identification of optimization opportunities.
  • Manage routine marketing requests related to patient materials, provider materials, website updates, company intranet, and emerging program needs.
  • Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, partner marketing, healthcare marketing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns or cross-functional projects from planning through launch and post-launch support.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, writing, editing, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience developing or coordinating patient, provider, partner, digital, email, SMS, or multi-channel marketing materials.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities and manual or developing campaign infrastructure.
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment:
    • Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
    • Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
    • Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare, value-based care, kidney care, patient engagement, regulated-content, or partner-customized marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms, CRM tools, marketing automation, SMS/email deployment, project management tools, content management systems, or analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience creating repeatable templates, launch playbooks, campaign calendars, asset libraries, or marketing operations processes.

Data Analytics Data Scientist at Northbeam

Applies causal inference, experimentation, predictive modeling, and machine learning to solve customer marketing measurement problems and explain results.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Northbeam

Northbeam is building the world’s most advanced marketing intelligence platform, providing top eCommerce brands a unified view of their business data through powerful attribution modeling and customizable dashboards. Our technology helps customers accurately track ad spend, understand the full customer journey, and drive profitable growth. Machine learning has been at the heart of Northbeam since day one: our full suite of measurement, spanning multi-touch attribution, MMM+, and incrementality, is built on it, along with laser-accurate first-party data. Now we’re taking that foundation further, using AI to help brands operationalize their data and turn Northbeam insights into automated decisions.

We’re experiencing rapid growth, have strong product-market fit, and are looking for the right people to help us scale. This is a rare chance to make a meaningful impact at a fast-moving, high-growth company. At Northbeam, you’ll join a team of driven, collaborative, and talented individuals who value personal growth and excellence. We’d love for you to be part of our journey.

We’re a remote-friendly company with physical offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist as a foundational member of our new “Applied Measurement” team.  In this role, you will help scale Northbeam’s incrementality and measurement products directly with customers, to help customers answer some of their most important marketing measurement questions.  You’ll work at the intersection of data science, causal inference, predictive modeling, and customer problems, contributing across Northbeam’s measurement products.  This can include experimentation and incrementality products, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and other predictive or machine learning products.

This is an applied Data Science role with direct exposure to real-world customer problems.  You’ll work closely with experienced Data Scientists and cross-functional partners across Media Strategy, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.  As you develop deeper product and methodological expertise, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to new methodology, tooling, and scalable measurement capabilities.  You will also act as a trusted technical partner to clients: explaining statistical methodology, diagnosing measurement issues in their specific account, and clearly communicating experimentation results to drive actionable recommendations.

This role emphasizes customer partnership and applied communication as much as statistical methodology and production rigor.  The ideal candidate combines strong statistical foundations with a service-oriented mindset, and is comfortable moving between modeling, software development, and direct customer conversations.

Your Impact

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand important marketing measurement questions and translate them into data science problems.
  • Work with real-world customer data to ensure it is reliable and appropriate for modeling and measurement.
  • Analyze model and experiment results, investigate unexpected outcomes, and identify potential data, modeling, or measurement issues.
  • Translate complex statistical and modeling results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Senior Data Scientists on more complex methodological and modeling problems. Collaborate with cross-functional peers to support clients with the practical application.
  • Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to improve our models, diagnostics, tooling, and processes.
  • Build reusable analysis and diagnostic tools that make measurement more reliable and scalable.
  • As you grow in the role, contribute to the development of new methodologies, models, and production measurement capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (MS preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another highly quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of experience building and deploying data science, machine learning, or AI systems in production, ideally including direct client- or customer-facing work.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and causal inference, with genuine enthusiasm for explaining these methods to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable leading a customer conversation, explaining a modeling tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder, and writing up findings clearly.
  • Strong coding and debugging skills, with the ability to write production-quality code and diagnose issues across the full stack, including source data, pipelines, model logic, and customer-facing outputs.
  • A service-oriented mindset: energized by direct, hands-on customer problem-solving, not only methodology for its own sake.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and driving projects from concept to production with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new domains, customer verticals, and measurement methodologies.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a robust statistical background and prior experience in digital marketing or eCommerce analytics.

Base Salary Range

$130,000—$160,000 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to your base salary, we offer an equity package, comprehensive healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), and a 401(k) plan. Our team enjoys a flexible PTO policy, 12 company-paid holidays, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave. We also provide a $500 work-from-home stipend to support your remote setup.

Interview Process

The interview process varies by role but typically begins with a 30-minute interview with a Northbeam recruiter, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. Next, candidates complete a role-specific video interview followed by video or onsite interviews with several team members. The final step is a video interview with our CEO/Co-founder. The entire interview process is usually 5-7 interviews total and requires around 5-8 hours of your time.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis.
