Builds full-stack production features, integrations, and enterprise customizations for Thunderbolt’s open-source AI client while supporting technical deployments.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Why Thunderbird?

Thunderbird is one of the world’s most trusted open-source email applications, empowering more than 20 million people globally. At Thunderbird, we build privacy-respecting communication and productivity tools that help people manage their digital lives while staying in control of their data.

We are open source by design. Our products are developed transparently and in collaboration with a global community of contributors, and that same spirit shapes how we work: collaboratively, inclusively, and with a shared commitment to putting users first.

Our small but growing distributed team includes more than 65 people across seven countries. As Thunderbird evolves beyond a single desktop application, we are expanding across desktop, mobile, paid services, AI offerings, and enterprise-facing work to build independent, privacy-respecting alternatives to big tech ecosystems.

Our revenue model combines user donations, which help keep Thunderbird’s applications freely available, with paid services that cover the costs of hosted offerings while supporting long-term sustainability and continued innovation.

A note about Thunderbird and Mozilla: Thunderbird Technologies Corporation is the nonprofit-owned company behind Thunderbird email and a growing portfolio of products. While part of the Mozilla family, Thunderbird is a separate entity from Mozilla Corporation and Mozilla Foundation with its own compensation programs, benefits, and employment policies.

The opportunity

Thunderbird is expanding beyond email with Thunderbolt, an open-source AI client designed for organizations that need more control over their data, infrastructure, and model choices.

We’re looking for a Staff Full-Stack Product Engineer: a full-stack engineer who ships production code and works directly with the partners and enterprise customers adopting Thunderbolt. You’ll spend most of your time in the codebase, building the features, integrations, and customizations that real deployments need. The rest of your time goes to working alongside technical partners to get those deployments running and keep them healthy.

Thunderbolt is delivered largely through technical partners and systems integrators who own the day-to-day customer relationship. You’ll be the engineer behind them. You’ll understand how a customer’s environment actually works, turn that understanding into working software, and fix the hard problems that need someone who knows the code.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and customer-specific customizations in the Thunderbolt codebase, from front-end UI through APIs, services, and deployment configuration.
  • Work directly with technical partners and enterprise customers to understand their environments, requirements, and constraints, and turn them into technical plans and working software.
  • Support pilots, proofs of concept, and early production deployments, including partner-hosted and customer-controlled environments.
  • Diagnose and fix complex issues across the application, infrastructure, identity and access, integration, and data-access layers, including bugs and regressions that need a code change and a release.
  • Maintain customer-specific customizations over time so they keep working as the core product evolves.
  • Spot which customer requests should become general product capabilities, and work with product and engineering to build them that way rather than as one-offs.
  • Bring real-world deployment feedback into roadmap and prioritization discussions.
  • Write the documentation, deployment guidance, and runbooks that let partners handle routine issues on their own.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to move quickly while keeping strong judgment about quality, security, and maintainability.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant time building and shipping production applications with Staff-level scope and impact.
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills, including modern TypeScript or JavaScript, component-based front-end frameworks, and back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
  • Meaningful experience working directly with customers, partners, or systems integrators in a technical capacity where you also wrote the code. Forward deployed, embedded, consulting, and implementation engineering work all count.
  • Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications, such as LLM platforms, RAG systems, agents, enterprise search, or data connectors.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise deployment concerns, including authentication and identity providers, access control, self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure, observability, and reliability.
  • Judgment about when to build something custom, when to generalize it into the product, and when to push back on a request.
  • Clear communication skills with both technical implementers and non-technical stakeholders, including being honest about what the product can and can’t do today.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including experience working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating independently in an early-stage product where requirements, architecture, and processes are still taking shape.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with self-hosted, private cloud, sovereign, or regulated deployment environments.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
  • Experience working with European enterprise or public sector customers, or with data residency and sovereignty requirements.
  • Experience supporting security reviews, privacy assessments, or enterprise procurement processes.
  • Open-source contributions, or experience in open, highly collaborative engineering environments.

What success looks like

In your first few months, you’ll help land Thunderbolt’s first enterprise deployments. That means shipping the customizations those customers need, getting partner-hosted deployments stable, and fixing the issues that only show up in real environments.

Over time, success means each new deployment takes less custom work than the last. You’ll have turned one-off requests into reusable product capabilities, and partners will be able to handle routine issues without pulling in engineering.

Work environment

You’ll work with our passionate staff and open-source community members from all over the globe to support the mission and objectives of Thunderbird Technologies Corporation. In this role, you’ll also collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, enterprise-facing teams, technical partners, contractors, and external contributors working on Thunderbolt.

This is a remote, full-time position. Many of Thunderbolt’s customers and partners are based in Europe, so some regular overlap with European business hours is expected. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for effective collaboration across time zones and disciplines.

Compensation & benefits

We benchmark our base salaries to local markets and target the 60th percentile of the peer market. The salary ranges for this role are:

  • US: $185,000 - $220,000 USD

We may consider candidates with strong skills but less than the required experience. Title, level and compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your whole self.

Work & career

  • Fully remote work & schedule flexibility
  • Company-provided laptop
  • Annual bonus program
  • Monthly remote work stipend
  • Annual professional development stipend
  • Access toCoursera learning platform
  • Industry conferences
  • Company all-hands and team gatherings

  • 24 days PTO per year (prorated)
  • Your birthday
  • Year-end company shutdown
  • 9 wellbeing days
  • Public holidays
  • Other paid leave
  • Quarterly wellbeing stipend for personal / family activities

Health & family

  • 401(k) contributions
  • Health, dental, & vision insurance
  • Disability insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Employee assistance program
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid sick days

Work eligibility

Applicants must reside in and have permanent work authorization for the country location(s) specified in the posting. We are unable to consider applicants outside of these markets at this time. And, we do not provide visa sponsorship.

How to apply

Please apply directly through our career page. We carefully review every cover letter and screening question, so take the time to answer each fully. We value authentic, thoughtful responses that reflect your own experience and perspective. It is fine to use AI tools to polish your writing, but your answers should be your own. Candidates who submit generic or unoriginal AI-generated responses may be disqualified from further consideration.

Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Thunderbird believes in the value of diverse creative practices and forms of knowledge, and knows diversity, equity and inclusion are crucial to and enrich the company’s core mission. We encourage applications from everyone, including members of all equity-seeking communities, such as (but not limited to) women, racialized and Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, persons of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.

Marketing CRO Marketing Manager - Web (Remote, Contract) at Huckleberry

Owns web conversion and experimentation, optimizing the full funnel through testing, interactive tools, AI-driven systems, and cross-functional marketing partnerships.

Mid Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Huckleberry

At Huckleberry, our purpose is simple yet powerful: to build life-changing products and experiences that help all families unlock everyday magic.

Today, more than 6.5 million families trust Huckleberry and our app to be their partner through parenthood. Real pediatric expertise works hand-in-hand with data science, AI, and behavioral science to provide support behind-the-scenes that guides every parent through their unique journey.

We believe every family should feel taken care of—which is why we’re growing quickly and expanding our product offerings to help every family thrive.

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager - Web to own conversion across Huckleberry’s web experience — from the first visit through app install, free trial, and purchase.  This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week, 1099 contract position.

You’ll carry your own web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, and you’ll own the experimentation program that moves it. The work spans further than most CRO roles. You’ll write build specs for interactive web tools, partner with our Guidance team to make sure anything we tell a parent is clinically sound, and build AI-driven systems that let a small team run a testing cadence that would otherwise take several people.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing on an interim basis and is expected to move under the Senior Director of User Acquisition and Growth once that role is filled. You’ll work closely with Brand Editorial, Guidance, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships, and User Acquisition.

Areas of Responsibility

Web Conversion & Experimentation

  • Target Ownership: Own a web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, expressed as either acquisition or revenue depending on current company priority. When that expression changes, you re-point the roadmap without losing program continuity.

  • Full Funnel Optimization: Drive conversion across the entire web path — blog and promo units, landing pages, account creation, checkout, pricing, and paywall. Marketing surfaces and product surfaces both count.

  • Experimentation Program: Operate and extend an established testing program, including a weekly promo-unit copy testing cadence with defined scoring, prioritization, and readout standards. Write test plans, define metrics, set call conditions, and maintain the roadmap and tracker as the source of truth.

  • Readouts: Deliver performance updates and test readouts to marketing leadership, publish quarterly web priorities, and contribute web reporting to executive and board updates.

Interactive Web Experiences

  • Concept to Spec: Conceive, impact-size, and scope interactive web experiences — calculators, quizzes, guided recommendations — that demonstrate product value before signup. Write the engineering build specs: input and output logic, edge cases, handoff behavior, and event instrumentation.

  • Clinical Guardrails: Anything that returns guidance to a parent requires Guidance team partnership by default. You’ll work with them to set the thresholds and logic behind each tool, source recommendations to recognized pediatric guidelines, and make sure a “not yet” result lands supportively.

  • Monetization Discipline: Surface scope and monetization risks early and drive them to a decision — including recommending against builds that would give away a paid in-app mechanic.

Systems, Data & Automation

  • AI-Built Systems: Our testing cadence runs at this scale because the recurring work is built into AI-driven systems. You’ll maintain and extend those systems, and build new ones — with documented logic, edge-case handling, state tracking across runs, and human approval gates wherever judgment is required.

  • Measurement: Partner with Business Analytics to shape how web performance is instrumented and reported. Specify event instrumentation for new experiences, validate it lands, and flag when an existing metric is unfit for its purpose.

  • Source of Truth: Keep content taxonomy in Contentful aligned with downstream reporting so subcategory performance data stays trustworthy.

  • Documentation: Set and document web optimization and A/B testing standards, and make them usable by partner teams through reusable systems.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Web Scoping Partner: Lead web projects end-to-end, and serve as the web scoping partner on projects led by other teams — including commerce and partnership integrations, where you define ownership boundaries and downstream flow requirements before build.

  • Strategic Consultation: Be consulted at scoping on initiatives affecting web performance. Represent web conversion in the weekly cross-functional User Acquisition sync.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, web growth, or experimentation

  • Owned a Number: You’ve carried a conversion, acquisition, or revenue target yourself and can point to before/after results

  • Experimentation Depth: Hands-on building, launching, and reading out A/B and multivariate tests on a testing platform

  • Analytical Depth: You can define metrics, specify event instrumentation, spot measurement that’s quietly misleading, and work with structured data and APIs without needing engineering for routine work

  • Builds With AI: Demonstrated experience building working systems with AI tooling. You should be able to describe a recurring process you turned into a reliable system, how you handled failure cases, and where you deliberately kept a human in the loop

  • Technical Partnership: Can write clear specs for engineering and hold their own in a scoping conversation

  • Judgment on Accuracy: Recognizes when content or a tool output needs clinical review, and routes it to experts

  • Writing: Strong writing with a lens toward product positioning and placement

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contentful, Amplitude (Analytics and Web Experiments), Google Analytics, or AppsFlyer

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic AI tooling, including building reusable skills or workflows

  • Experience in parenting, family wellness, or consumer health — and with the sourcing standards clinically-informed content requires

  • Subscription or freemium monetization experience: free trial, paywall, pricing

$50 - $65 an hour

Huckleberry Labs is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Huckleberry Labs makes hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs at the time.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Hi, I’m Rebekah Fellinger, Senior BDR Manager here at Customer.io, and I’m thrilled to be expanding. We’re looking for an Outbound BDR to join our America’steam and help us connect with potential customers.

As an Outbound BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts — proactively identifying and engaging potential customers, researching target accounts, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. You’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and sales to make sure our outreach strategies are effective and building a strong pipeline.

We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one. What matters most is your curiosity, your passion for connecting with people, and your commitment to driving new business growth. Our team will support you as you learn and develop in your role.

What we value

  • Curiosity — you’re always looking for ways to improve and learn
  • Clear communication — you can articulate ideas concisely and compellingly
  • Resilience — you stay motivated and bounce back from rejection
  • Organization — you manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Collaboration — you thrive working across teams and welcome feedback
  • Drive — you’re self-motivated, target-oriented, and hungry to grow

What you’ll do

  • Research and identify target accounts using various tools and resources, building a robust prospect list
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and qualify needs
  • Qualify leads based on business fit, timing, and readiness to speak with an Account Executive
  • Schedule high-quality meetings between interested decision-makers and our sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in our CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes
  • Nurture relationships with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to engage fully
  • Regularly update your manager and team on outreach activity and progress toward goals

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment connecting with new people
  • Resilience with rejection and the self-motivation to keep pushing toward targets
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A proven track record in lead generation and outreach
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Prior outbound sales experience at a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead generation strategies
  • Business Proficient Language: French
  • Willingness to travel for team events (approximately 1-2x per quarter)

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in transparency. Compensation for this role is $65,000 base + $32,095 variable = $97,095 OTE USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.

We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process

No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.

  • 30-minute video call with a Recruiter
  • 30-minute video call with the Hiring Manager
  • Take Home Assignment
  • 45-minute Assignment Review Call with two Managers

All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

Engineer Senior Software Engineer at Fivetran

Builds and maintains scalable orchestration software, APIs, data models, schedulers, and execution systems for a modern data platform.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.

About Us

Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.

As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

About the Role

Fivetran and dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.

You’ll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You’ll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and design to deliver work that scales.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Technologies You’ll Use

Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team’s services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
  • Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
  • Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
  • Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
  • Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
  • Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
  • Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
  • Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
  • Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
  • Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
  • Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
  • Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
  • Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
  • Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
  • Experience building or working with schedulers, workflow orchestration, job queues, or distributed task execution systems
  • Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
  • Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

Perks and Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance *
  • Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off.

Marketing Managing Consultant, MarTech (EMEA) at McGaw

Owns MarTech client engagements, develops growth and automation strategies, leads technical delivery, manages accounts, and supports business development.

Lead Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Managing Consultant, MarTech (EMEA)

Location: Remote. Continental Europe or compatible time zone preferred. (roughly UTC-1 to UTC+3)

Clients: Global. Primarily EMEA and North American.

Employment: Full time contractor, engaged directly. This is our standard outside the US.

Reports to: VP of Solutions

Salary Range: $70,000 - $125,000 USD annually, plus bonus/commission based on growth of client accounts. Compensation dependent on candidate experience and location.

About McGaw

Our Mission at McGaw.io is to help companies of all sizes realize their customer data is their most valuable business asset, and we help them realize that through customer data infrastructure, high power analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and funnel optimization.

McGaw.io supports businesses with analytics, marketing automation, customer data platforms, data piping, websites, AB testing, and all sorts of marketing operations. As we derive insights from these technical efforts, we also inform & execute growth strategies that routinely move the needle for our clients.

Our track record is impeccable, and our leadership has supported some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. McGaw.io’s core client base sells online and has complex data and marketing practices that drive our team to dig deeper every day.

Mission

Own client engagements end to end. Hold the relationship, set the strategy, design the solution, and deliver it with a team you direct. Grow the accounts you hold and help win the next ones.

Why this role exists

This is a player-coach hybrid. Splitting a senior consultant into a strategist and a technical lead costs more than it saves, and the accounts that need both do not respect the split anyway.

This person is credible in a CMO’s office and credible in a CDP workspace. They present a roadmap on Tuesday and debug identity resolution on Wednesday.

Three problems this role solves:

  1. Clients get relationship coverage and technical coverage from different people, and outside North America, at the wrong hour.
  2. Expansion happens late, because the person who sees the opportunity cannot price it.
  3. Pre-sales competes with delivery for the same few senior people.

Responsibilities

Account ownership

  • Own the relationship. You are the primary contact and the person an executive calls when they are unhappy.
  • Run the cadence: biweekly client meetings, monthly roadmap and SOW reviews, quarterly business reviews.
  • Keep three or more months of planned work on the roadmap for every account.
  • Protect the budget. Flag pacing, overages, and under-use as soon as the trend appears.

Strategy

  • Find where the client’s revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Tie every recommendation to a metric and a business outcome.
  • Build growth roadmaps with the client, not at them.
  • Show what moving to a stage of maturity is worth to them.

Technical leadership and hands-on work

  • Design the stack architecture: CDP, analytics, lifecycle messaging, warehouse, and the integrations between them.
  • Do the strategic hands-on work yourself: taxonomy design, measurement plans, attribution modeling, segmentation logic, QA of critical builds.
  • Direct engineers and contract developers. Review their work before it reaches the client.
  • Delegate on purpose. Your time is worth more on strategy than on tag deployment. Know where that line sits on each account.

New business

  • Supports some pre-sales discovery to identify opportunities and needs.
  • Build the proposal: scope, phasing, level of effort, and the business case. Present it live. We do not send proposals cold.
  • Price work so it stays profitable. An accurate estimate beats a heroic recovery in month four.
  • Support the Sales team through the close, and take the account into delivery where it makes sense.

Commercial

  • Every scope change gets estimated, documented, and confirmed in writing before work starts.
  • Drive expansion on your portfolio. You are measured on it.

Skills and experience

Required

  • Fully fluent in English. That is the company’s working language.
  • 8+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services. At least 4 owning client relationships directly.
  • Understand the full marketing lifecycle: demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth. You can tell a client which stage is costing them money, and why.
  • Understand how martech drives marketing, from ads to CDPs to marketing engagement platforms, CRM, and analytics.
  • Advise on the systems below, not just use them. Which tool fits, how the pieces connect, what each costs to run badly, and how to get more from what a client already owns. High-level familiarity is not enough here.
  • Review a funnel report, a cohort, and an attribution model, and challenge what they claim.
  • Track record retaining and growing accounts, with numbers you can describe.
  • Pre-sales experience: discovery, scoping, and proposals you then delivered against.
  • GDPR and consent handled as part of the work.

Systems. Depth in at least three groups, working familiarity with the rest.

  • Customer data platforms: Segment, Hightouch, RudderStack
  • Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4
  • Lifecycle and marketing automation: Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable
  • Warehouse and transformation: Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt
  • Tag management: Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM
  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Consent management: OneTrust, Cookiebot, Didomi

Preferred

  • Multilingual with professional working proficiency in English as well as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Engagements across multiple countries or regulatory regimes.
  • Work across both European and North American clients.

What you get out of this

  • Many stacks in a year instead of one stack in five. Different industries, scale, and failure modes.
  • The customer data layer is changing right now. Warehouse-native patterns, composable CDPs, and reverse ETL are replacing a decade of assumptions. You build on the new pattern.
  • We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors. You see how it all fits together, which is where the hard problems are visible.
  • You own the full commercial arc of an account, from discovery through renewal. At a larger firm that is three people’s jobs.
  • Both the European and North American markets from one seat.

Observable indicators

Month 2

  • Onboarded onto your accounts and current on every tool in their stacks.
  • Time tracked in Harvest weekly, without reminders.
  • Every account has a current-state assessment and named client objectives.

Month 4

  • Running your accounts independently: meetings, roadmap reviews, scope conversations.
  • Every account has three or more months of planned roadmap.
  • Zero undocumented scope changes.
  • Labor efficiency ratio of 2.5 or better across your portfolio.
  • Contributing scope and estimates to proposals.

Month 6

  • 90% of client objectives hit within the project timeline.
  • Client approval for a case study or testimonial on at least one account.
  • Labor efficiency ratio of 3.0 across your portfolio.
  • Running discovery and writing proposals end to end.

Month 9

  • 80% retention of your accounts in recurring contracts over a rolling three months.
  • One account expanded in scope or revenue, sourced and priced by you.
  • Your proposals deliver at or above target labor efficiency. Your estimates hold up.

What this role is not

  • Not a pure strategy seat. You will be in the tools. If you have not touched an implementation in three years, this will not go well.
  • Not a pure technical seat. About half your week is relationship, strategy, and commercial work.
  • Not a prospecting seat. You run discovery, write proposals, own expansion, and earn commission on it. You do not cold prospect.
  • Not a management seat at hire. You direct a project team. Direct reports come later, if the business grows and you have shown you can.

Values

  • Never Settle, Be Amazing. Fix it properly, not just enough to close the ticket.
  • Get Better Every Day. Ask for feedback and change what you do when you get it.
  • Give Context and Set the Stage. Nobody on your account is surprised by what you already knew.
  • Let the Data Create Transparency. Recommendations come with evidence. So does bad news.
  • Show Hospitality to Build Trust. Clients and teammates get proactive, responsive treatment.

Plus extreme ownership. Own the outcome, surface blockers early, and never hand a problem back to the person who gave it to you.

Benefits

Engaged as a full time contractor. These follow our current international contractor terms.

  • Flexible PTO
  • Flexible hours
  • Work remotely
  • Monthly per diem for premium health, dental, and vision coverage if not already available
  • Maternity and paternity leave
  • Retirement contribution of 3% of salary annually.
  • Company laptop, monitor, and remote setup equipment
  • National holidays off.
  • Radically transparent workplace
  • Room to act on your own ideas

The job in practice

McGaw is a customer data and revenue operations consultancy. Clients come to us with traffic, tools, and data, and no system connecting them. We find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention, then we fix it with our hands on the keyboards.

The CDP is the center of most of our work. We build on Segment, Hightouch, and RudderStack, chosen per client. We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors.

Our clients are in North America and Europe. Your portfolio will be a mix.

Month 1. Learn our clients, cadence, and tooling. Shadow live accounts on both the client and technical sides. Sit in on pre-sales calls. Start owning one account.

Months 2 and 3. Take full ownership of your first accounts. Run the meetings, build the roadmaps, direct the build. An experienced account owner stays close.

Months 4 to 6. Run your portfolio independently. Hit your labor efficiency target. Start running discovery and writing proposals.

After 6 months. You own the commercial and delivery arc on your accounts, from first discovery call through renewal. New hires learn from you.

What is hard. The role spans two jobs and will pull you both ways in the same week. Pre-sales competes with delivery, and both are urgent. Work is billable by the hour, so time tracking is not optional. A portfolio across two continents splits your day in half.

Designs and builds customer data architectures, integrations, tracking systems, and pipelines while directing technical delivery for client accounts.

Our track record is impeccable, and our leadership has supported some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. McGaw.io’s core client base sells online and has complex data and marketing practices that drive our team to dig deeper every day.

Mission

Own technical delivery across your accounts. Design the stack, build the hard parts, direct the technical team, and keep projects on schedule and profitable.

Why this role exists

Our clients are spread across North America and Europe, but our technical bench is not. European accounts wait a day for answers and North American accounts compete for the same people. This role adds senior technical capacity in a time zone that covers both.

Responsibilities

Architecture and design

  • Design end-to-end customer data stacks: CDP, analytics, marketing automation, CRM, warehouse, pipelines, tag management, testing.
  • Lead taxonomy design. Define events, properties, and naming before implementation, not after.
  • Solve identity resolution across web, app, offline, and CRM.
  • Write ecosystem docs that show where data moves and what breaks if it stops.

Hands-on build

  • Build. This is not an advisory seat: you will be in the CDP, the warehouse, GTM, and the code.
  • Write and review tracking, server-side integrations, and reverse ETL pipelines.
  • Run QA to our two-person standard. Check every property in both the CDP and the destination, with a recorded walkthrough.

Directing the team

  • Turn client requirements into scoped, sequenced tasks for engineers and contract developers.
  • Review their work before it reaches a client. You are the quality gate.
  • Unblock people. When a build stalls, you get it moving.

Keeping delivery on track

  • Run the cadence: two-week sprints, a groomed backlog, and a roadmap with three or more months of planned work.
  • Flag budget pacing early. Never surprise a client on budget.
  • There are no free scope changes. Every change gets estimated, documented, and confirmed in writing before work starts.

New business

  • Write technical specs for new opportunities. What gets built, in what order, and what it depends on.
  • Produce level of effort estimates accurate enough that Sales can price without a rebuild.
  • Join pre-sales calls when a prospect needs a technical answer in the room.
  • Say when a prospect is not ready, and what would make them ready.

Skills and experience

Required

  • Fully fluent in English. That is the company’s working language.
  • 6+ years designing and integrating marketing and customer data technology. At least 3 in an agency, consultancy, or professional services with multiple clients.
  • Understand how CDPs drive marketing, with working knowledge of Segment, Hightouch, or RudderStack. No preference among them. Know one and you can learn the others.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and SQL. Comfortable in a shared repo.
  • Designed at least three full stacks, not just operated tools someone else picked.
  • GDPR and consent handled as part of the build.

Systems

Depth in at least three groups, working familiarity with the rest:

  • Customer data platforms: Segment, Hightouch, RudderStack
  • Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4
  • Lifecycle and marketing automation: Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable
  • Warehouse and transformation: Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt
  • Tag management: Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM
  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Consent management: OneTrust, Cookiebot, Didomi

Preferred

  • Multilingual with professional working proficiency in English as well as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Server-side tracking under EU consent rules.

  • Both European and North American markets from one seat.

Observable indicators

Month 2

  • Onboarded to every tool in your accounts’ stacks.
  • Time tracked in Harvest weekly, without reminders.
  • QA to the two-person standard on 100% of what you ship.

Month 4

  • Running technical delivery on two or more accounts independently.
  • Every account has three or more months of planned roadmap.
  • Zero undocumented scope changes.

Month 6

  • Labor efficiency ratio of 2.5 or better across your projects.
  • 90% of client objectives hit within the project timeline.
  • Client approval for a case study or testimonial on at least one account.
  • New business specs and estimates accepted by Sales without rework 80% of the time.

Month 9

  • Leading technical discovery without US support on the call.
  • One expansion opportunity per quarter, surfaced with an estimate attached.

What this role is not

  • Not account leadership. You will not own the relationship, the renewal, or the P&L.
  • Not a sales seat. You write specs and estimates and are paid a bonus on the result. You do not prospect.
  • Not people management. You direct technical work. No direct reports at hiring stage.
  • Not advisory. If you want to stop building, this is the wrong role.

Values

  • Never Settle, Be Amazing. Fix it properly, not just enough to close the ticket.
  • Get Better Every Day. Ask for feedback and change what you do when you get it.
  • Give Context and Set the Stage. Nobody on your project is surprised by what you already knew.
  • Let the Data Create Transparency. Recommendations come with evidence. So does bad news.
  • Show Hospitality to Build Trust. Clients and teammates get proactive, responsive treatment.

Plus extreme ownership. Own outcomes, surface blockers early, and never hand a problem back to the person who gave it to you.

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO
  • Flexible hours
  • Work remotely
  • Monthly per diem for premium health, dental, and vision coverage if not already available
  • Maternity and paternity leave
  • Retirement contribution of 3% of salary annually.
  • Company laptop, monitor, and remote setup equipment
  • Federal holidays off for US citizens, national holidays off for international contractors

Shadow live accounts. Run QA on other people’s work to see our standard from the inside. Start owning tasks on one account.

Months 2 and 3. Take technical ownership of your first accounts. Build the roadmaps. Run the sprints. You still have support on client calls.

Months 4 to 6. Run delivery independently across accounts. Direct the resources assigned to you. Start writing specs for new business.

After 6 months. You are a technical authority across the portfolio. You lead discovery, scope new work, and set the standard new hires learn from.

What is hard? Accounts run at the same time and the work is billable by the hour, so time tracking is not optional. A portfolio across two continents splits your day in half. You will sometimes be the only person awake when a pipeline breaks.

Owns MarTech client engagements, develops growth and automation strategies, leads technical delivery, manages accounts, and supports sales expansion.

Our track record is impeccable, and our leadership has supported some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. McGaw.io’s core client base sells online and has complex data and marketing practices that drive our team to dig deeper every day.

Mission

Own a portfolio of client relationships. Set the strategy, keep accounts healthy and profitable, grow them, win new ones, and get the technical work delivered through the team rather than by doing it yourself.

Why this role exists

Accounts need a senior owner accountable for whether they renew and whether they grow. Outside North America that accountability sits in the wrong time zone, so the client’s executive sponsor talks to us at the end of their day and the relationship runs a meeting behind.

This is the commercial and strategic owner. It is not the technical builder.

Three problems this role solves:

  1. Nobody outside North America is accountable for account health, retention, and expansion.
  2. Executive conversations happen at inconvenient hours, so they happen less often.
  3. Expansion is reactive. Nobody plans the next six months before the current scope runs out, and nobody runs discovery in European hours.

Responsibilities

Relationship ownership

  • Own the relationship at executive level. You are who the client’s CMO or VP of Growth calls.
  • Run the cadence: biweekly client meetings, monthly roadmap and SOW reviews, quarterly business reviews covering results, maturity, next quarter, and risks.
  • Keep the client informed before they have to ask. Never surprise them on budget or timeline.

Strategy and consulting

  • Find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Map every problem to pain, metric, impact, and fix.
  • Build and defend the growth roadmap with the client, not at them.
  • Do the strategic hands-on work yourself: measurement frameworks, KPI definition, funnel and cohort analysis, lifecycle program design, experiment roadmaps, readouts.
  • Translate technical decisions into business consequences the client can act on.

Delegation and project leadership

  • Scope the work, then hand it to architects and engineers with enough detail that it gets built right.
  • Manage the project, not the build. Sprint cadence, board hygiene, dependencies, risks, critical path.
  • Review delivered work against the client’s objectives before it ships. You are not the QA engineer, but you are accountable for whether the client got what they were told they would get.
  • Know enough to challenge an estimate and spot a bad technical answer. You do not write the code.

New business

  • Run pre-sales discovery. Qualify hard, and say no when a prospect is not ready.
  • Build and present proposals: scope, phasing, investment, and the business case. Presented live, never sent cold.
  • Price work so it delivers profitably. A generous estimate at proposal is a delivery problem in month three.
  • Work with Sales through qualification, discovery, and close, then take the account into delivery.

Commercial

  • Own retention and expansion on your portfolio. You are measured on both.
  • Every scope change gets estimated, documented, and confirmed in writing before work starts.
  • Run the six-month roadmap cycle so the next engagement is signed before the current one ends.

Skills and experience

Required

  • Fully fluent in English. That is the company’s working language.
  • Multilingual with professional working proficiency in English as well as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • 10+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services. At least 5 owning senior client relationships with a revenue number attached.
  • Understand the full marketing lifecycle: demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth, and where revenue leaks between the stages.
  • Understand how martech drives marketing, from ads to CDPs to marketing engagement platforms, CRM, and analytics.
  • Advise on the systems below: which to use, how they fit together, the tradeoffs, and how to get more from what a client already owns. You do not configure them. You do need to be right about them, and to spot a bad technical answer when you are given one.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing and growth analytics, attribution, and how to leverage data to improve marketing returns.
  • Track record retaining and expanding accounts, with figures a former manager would confirm.
  • Pre-sales experience: discovery, scoping, writing proposals, and presenting them to executive buyers.
  • Scope and price technical work profitably.
  • Know how European businesses buy, contract, and operate across markets, including procurement, data protection, and consent.

Systems. Advisory command of these. Depth in at least three groups.

  • Customer data platforms: Segment, Hightouch, RudderStack
  • Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4
  • Lifecycle and marketing automation: Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable
  • Warehouse and transformation: Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt

  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Consent management: OneTrust, Cookiebot, Didomi

Preferred

  • Accounts across multiple countries or regulatory regimes.
  • Work across both European and North American clients.
  • Built or seeded a regional practice before.

  • Technical work delegated with specs good enough that it does not come back for rework.
  • Running discovery calls and contributing to proposals.

Month 6

  • 90% of client objectives hit within the project timeline.
  • Labor efficiency ratio of 3.0 across your portfolio.
  • Client approval for a case study or testimonial on at least one account.
  • Writing and presenting proposals independently.

Month 9

  • 80% retention of your accounts in recurring contracts over a rolling three months.
  • 20% of your retainers expanded over a rolling 90 days.
  • Your proposals deliver at or above target labor efficiency. Your estimates hold up.
  • Representing McGaw independently in sales and partner meetings.

What this role is not

  • Not a prospecting seat. You run discovery, write and present proposals, own retention and expansion, and earn commission on it. You do not cold prospect.
  • Not a people management seat at hire. You direct a project team. Managing a team comes later, if the business grows and you have shown you can.

Benefits

Month 1. Learn our clients, delivery model, and commercial standards. Meet every stakeholder on your accounts. Shadow client meetings, QBRs, and pre-sales calls.

Months 2 and 3. Take ownership of your accounts. Run the meetings, rebuild the roadmaps, take over the budget conversations. An experienced account owner stays close.

Months 4 to 6. Run your portfolio independently. Hit your labor efficiency target. Start running discovery and writing proposals.

After 6 months. You own the commercial arc on your accounts, from first discovery call through renewal. You help define what the next hires look like.

What is hard. You are accountable for delivery you did not perform, done mostly by people in another time zone. Managing that gap is most of the job. Pre-sales competes with delivery, and both are urgent. Work is billable by the hour, so time tracking is not optional. Expansion targets are real and measured.

Engineer Site Reliability Engineer - India at JumpCloud

Builds and operates reliable cloud infrastructure, observability, Kubernetes platforms, disaster recovery automation, and incident response systems.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

All roles at JumpCloudÂź are Remote unless otherwise specified in the Job Description.

About JumpCloudÂź

JumpCloudÂź is the AI-powered unified IT management platform designed to secure the modern workforce. By consolidating identity, device, and access management, JumpCloud provides intelligent, secure IT that scales from human users to autonomous AI agents. We help organizations around the globe eliminate complexity and turn AI risk into an optimized advantage, ensuring the right people and agents have secure access to the right resources at all times.

JumpCloud is Intelligent, Secure IT.

About the role:

We are seeking a Software Engineer 3 (SRE) to join our Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering team. This role sits at the center of platform resilience—ensuring high availability, performance, recoverability, and operational maturity across JumpCloud’s production systems.

This is not a traditional operations role.

Our SREs are engineers first: designing automation, building observability frameworks, defining reliability standards, and reducing operational toil through code. You will build and scale cloud-native infrastructure, participate in incident management, and implement reliability best practices across our directory platform and microservices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of critical JumpCloud systems and APIs across AWS and GCP.

  • Operationalize SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets in direct partnership with core application teams.

  • Build and refine end-to-end observability across microservices and cloud infrastructure using tools like Datadog.

  • Implement actionable monitoring across Golden Signals (Latency, Traffic, Errors, Saturation) to optimize detection (MTTD) and minimize alert fatigue.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and blameless post-incident reviews to drive continuous systemic improvements.

  • Manage and operationalize production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters utilizing GitOps delivery workflows (Argo CD, Kargo).

  • Provision and secure multi-cloud infrastructure using modular Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).

  • Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) dashboards, runbooks, multi-region failover automation, and validation tests to ensure alignment with defined RTO and RPO targets.

  • Eliminate operational toil by writing production-grade Python or Go scripts and automation tools.

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate scripting, runbook generation, and incident triage.

We’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering operating 24⁄7 mission-critical systems.

  • Python/Go Proficiency:Hands-on capabilities writing code for SRE tools, custom automation, and cloud integrations.

  • Kubernetes Ecosystem: Production experience with Kubernetes cluster operations, container orchestration, and GitOps pipelines (Argo CD).

  • Infrastructure as Code: Solid experience writing, maintaining, and modularizing Terraform configurations.

  • Cloud Architecture: Direct experience operating cloud workloads on AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC networking, Route53, ALB/NLB) or GCP.

  • FinOps & Cost Visibility: Practical experience setting up cost-allocation tagging, resource right-sizing, and building FinOps dashboards to visualize cloud spend.

  • Disaster Recovery & Monitoring: Experience building DR dashboards, running failover drills, and configuring monitoring tools to track system health and recovery metrics

  • Observability & Incident Management: Practical experience with Datadog (or similar), PagerDuty, alerting hygiene, and working within SLI/SLO frameworks.

  • Solid operational experience configuring and troubleshooting production service meshes (Istio or similar) and managing high-availability proxy solutions (HAProxy, NGINX, or similar).

  • Problem Solving & Mindset: Strong troubleshooting skills, effective collaboration, and a track record of driving operational efficiency through code.

  • A strong team player who helps us live by our core values: building connections, thinking big, and getting 1% better every day.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab Pipelines.

  • Basic understanding of chaos engineering principles or testing resilience in staging/production.

  • Familiarity with secrets management tools (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, External Secrets Operator).

  • Basic knowledge of DevSecOps tools and scanning/fixing infrastructure-as-code vulnerabilities.

Senior Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Please Note: This is a remote position available in the state listed on this job. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

AI at BambooHR: At BambooHR, we believe in leveraging cutting-edge technology to empower people and transform HR. We’re actively integrating AI into our solutions and workflows to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. To that end, we’re looking to our existing team members and future hires to share this forward-thinking mindset: individuals who are curious about AI’s potential, eager to learn and adapt, and ready to explore how intelligent tools can elevate their work along with BambooHR’s impact on setting people free to do great work. Join us in reimagining the future of HR!

Essential Job Duties

BambooHR is on a mission to set people free to do great work. Our software powers the HR work that small and mid-sized businesses depend on every day. We’re looking for software engineers who use AI to build production-quality software. As a Senior Agentic Software Engineer, you lead complex features that span multiple workstreams, and you shape the technical direction other engineers execute from. You influence what gets built across your product area, working with product, design, and support to shape both what should be built and how to build it.

AI tools and capabilities change rapidly. To stay resilient through change, you prioritize curiosity and continual learning, and you actively apply new best practices. You are accountable for outcomes that reach beyond your own features: the technical direction you set, the engineers you mentor, and the full lifecycle of the work from specification through production.

What You’ll Do

Your work runs through four loops, each building on the last: specifying intent, delegating execution to agents, verifying and integrating their output, and codifying best practices and processes to compound value.

  • Shape ambiguous product opportunities into technical direction that other engineers build from.
  • Write agent specifications complete enough for a teammate to execute confidently, setting the quality bar for the constraints, acceptance criteria, risks, and tradeoffs they define.
  • Apply agentic judgment at the workstream level, setting the example for the team on when to delegate to agents and where human judgment is needed.
  • Steer multiple agents through implementation across concurrent workstreams, multiplying what you deliver while keeping engineering judgment and ownership.
  • Set the verification bar for a feature or workstream, matching review depth to risk and blast radius and validating with tests, observability, and production-readiness checks.
  • Own the full feature lifecycle, from specification through production monitoring, including the correctness, security, maintainability, and customer impact of the work.
  • Decide which prompts, agent instructions, repo conventions, test harnesses, and playbooks are worth building to speed up the engineers around you.
  • Influence product decisions across your product area, bringing engineering judgment into what gets built.
  • Co-create specifications and technical direction with product, design, and support, converging on alignment across your product area.
  • Mentor engineers on agentic craft, raising how the team specifies, delegates, and verifies.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • You will need depth in these areas to lead workstreams, shape technical direction, and raise the engineers around you.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a record of building and shipping customer-facing software in production, including ownership through production monitoring.
  • Track record of using AI coding agents to deliver features across parallel workstreams.
  • Proficiency in designing systems, data models, and architecture that other engineers build on, including performance and data-flow tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to write agent specifications a teammate can execute confidently, and technical documentation readable by both people and agents.
  • Depth in context engineering: structuring repo and task context so agents execute reliably across a team.
  • Proven ability to design agent workflows for parallel execution, with human checkpoints throughout.
  • Confidence reading unfamiliar code and running root-cause analysis to debug it.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform threat-modeling and identify security vulnerabilities: injection, data-handling, and unsafe generated output.
  • Fluency setting test design and evaluation standards that others follow.
  • Sound judgment managing version control at parallel-workstream scale: branching, reviewing, and integrating concurrent changes safely.
  • Track record of setting safe-release and reliability standards: CI/CD, feature flags, staged rollout, and rollback.
  • Experience operating and maintaining software in production with observability, metrics, traces, and incident response.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions beyond your own features.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including synthesizing technical direction and tradeoffs for technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Love About Us

  • A Great Company Culture that has been recognized by multiple organizations like Inc, and Salt Lake Tribune
  • Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance
  • Generous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life
  • 401k plans with up to 6% company match
  • $2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus
  • EAP through Headspace
