Marketing Director, Consumer & Brand Communications at Tubi

Leads Tubi’s consumer and brand communications strategy, shaping earned media, cultural storytelling, campaigns, and product narratives.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a Director, Consumer & Brand Communications to help shape how one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms shows up in culture.

Reporting to the VP, Communications, this leader will own communications strategy across Tubi’s brand, consumer, and platform storytelling: connecting what Tubi is building and marketing to the conversations, communities, and cultural moments that matter to audiences.

We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and creativity, planned campaigns and real-time culture, earned media and emerging forms of influence. Someone who asks, “Why would anyone care?” and “What is uniquely Tubi about this?” before “What’s the PR plan?” Someone who can work upstream with Brand, Product, Social, Content, and other partners to help find the story before the campaign is formed.

The right person deeply understands how earned attention works today. They know how to tell a story that can travel through journalists, creators, communities, social conversation, partnerships, and unexpected cultural moments: and how those channels can work together to change what people understand about a brand.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles or New York office. You must be willing to travel to our office 2-3 days/week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Tubi’s consumer and brand narrative. Develop and lead communications strategies that translate Tubi’s brand, audience, and business priorities into stories people care about.
  • Help build a consistent external understanding of what makes Tubi differentiated and why it matters now.
  • Partner closely with Brand and cross-functional teams at the earliest stages of campaign development.
  • Identify the cultural insights and earned premises before execution begins, helping answer, “What’s the story?” “Why now?” “Why Tubi?”
  • Originate and shape earned-first ideas that can break through: distinguish between an activation that can generate content and an idea press and fans will actually talk about.
  • Help ensure Tubi is an active and ongoing participant in culture by building a disciplined approach to proactive and reactive cultural opportunities.
  • Identify moments where Tubi has the right to participate in the conversation and move quickly alongside Social, Brand, Talent, and Agency Partners to turn those opportunities into meaningful attention.
  • Lead consumer-facing product storytelling by translating Tubi’s product and platform innovation into compelling consumer stories.
  • Connect new features and experiences into broader shifts in how people discover, watch, and share entertainment.
  • Expand the definition of earned media at Tubi in order to continually evolve where and how Tubi earns attention.
  • Develop relationships and ideas across traditional consumer and entertainment media as well as creators, newsletters, Substack, podcasts, communities, and emerging cultural voices.
  • Turn audience insights into storytelling by working with research, analytics, and finance teams to identify behaviors, trends, and data that can fuel consumer narratives and fan participation.
  • Lead agencies toward better work by setting clear strategic briefs and expectations for agency partners.
  • Help build integrated campaigns across One Tubi Marketing team so consumer storytelling contributes to a larger, coherent Tubi narrative.
  • Measure what matters and define success beyond clips and impressions.

Your Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer communications, public relations, cultural marketing, or related fields, ideally spanning entertainment, technology, media, or consumer brands.
  • A track record of developing and executing earned-first ideas and consumer campaigns that generated conversation, not just coverage.
  • Strong cultural instincts and curiosity about entertainment, creators, fandoms, and how audiences discover and share what they love.
  • Excellent news judgment and an intuitive understanding of what makes an idea interesting to journalists and consumers.
  • Fluency across traditional earned media and newer channels of influence, with a point of view on how communications is changing.
  • Ability to translate product innovation and technology features into accessible, human stories.
  • Strong storytelling and strategic writing skills.
  • Experience leading agency partners through ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-moving news cycles.
  • Collaborative instincts and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively when the earned premise isn’t there.

Product Lead Product Manager at Multiverse

Owns the strategy, experiments, conversion metrics, and outcomes for Multiverse’s AI-enabled learner prescription product.

Lead Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that’s transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

We are at an inflection point in our journey. Our platform now serves tens of thousands of learners, demand for AI skills is accelerating, and we are investing seriously in the product and technology that will take us to the next stage of scale. This is a role for someone who wants to build the product that gets more people into transformative learning, and upskill people with critical data and AI skills faster.

The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own Prescribe: the product that helps a prospective learner find the right programme for their skills and their employer’s goals, then takes them to a confident commitment and a successful start. You will be the strategic counterpart to a Senior Engineering Manager, working alongside design and data, and closely with our go-to-market and fulfilment teams.

Growth at Multiverse means getting more people from first interest to a confident start, and it is a product problem, not a marketing problem. You will own the conversion metrics, set the strategy, run the experiments, and drive the outcomes. AI will drive much of the improvement, and you will decide where it helps.

As a Lead, you will work regularly with the most senior leaders across the company. You will report to the Single Threaded Leader for Diagnose & Prescribe and will not manage other product managers. The role is based in London, hybrid, three days a week in the office.

What You’ll Own

AI-native product experiences

  • Shape new conversational, AI-first experiences that help learners and customers understand the best programme for their skills and career development.

  • Decide where AI genuinely improves a match and where it only adds noise, and build the evaluation and guardrails that keep it trustworthy in front of real users.

  • Turn learner and customer behaviour into product direction.

Prescription and eligibility

  • Own the logic that connects a learner’s skills to a programme and to a customer’s levy funding, where mistakes carry a real financial and regulatory cost.

  • Work with Legal, Compliance and Fulfilment to make eligibility and compliance rules configurable and explainable, so business owners can change them without a rebuild.

  • Make every recommendation something a learner and a customer can understand and challenge.

Recommendation, commitment and finalisation

  • Own the journey from recommendation to a learner committing and starting.

  • Identify high-leverage drop-off points and own the experimentation roadmap.

  • Design product interventions that adapt to learner needs and behaviour and shorten the time to a confident start.

  • Collaborate with GTM, Operations and Data teams to improve attribution and the quality of what enters the funnel.

Metrics and experimentation

  • Own conversion from prospect to committed learner, with retention and programme fit as the guardrails.

  • Champion a culture of hypothesis-led, structured experimentation.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Co-own the strategy and roadmap with your Senior Engineering Manager, with disagreement surfaced early and alignment as your shared deliverable.

  • Involve GTM, Fulfilment and Support before changes ship. They run what we build, so know their biggest pain points.

  • Author the narratives the group needs, from the press release and FAQ (PRFAQ) for your area to the sales-facing briefing for a launch.

  • Represent Prescribe in roadmap conversations with senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

The best candidates will have owned a growth-critical product before, ideally in a B2B or ideally a B2B2C context. You should have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features and the ability to navigate complexity without losing sight of the learner.

Must-have experience:

  • Substantial experience as a PM with a track record of improving measurable growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, automation).

  • Confidence with data: pulling analysis, running cohort studies, and building dashboards.

  • Experience designing and running rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Strong instincts for user experience and a focus on sustainable long-term strategies.

  • Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority, including with commercial, GTM and operations counterparts.

  • Hands-on experience building products using AI/LLMs to generate or personalise content.

  • AI Builder mindset with experience of using AI as your engine to drive repeatable and automated systems, processes and artefacts that create step changes in performance and efficiencies.

Strong signals we look for:

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) in a B2B context.

  • Experience designing personalisation systems, including data models and trigger logic.

  • Previous work in a company that has scaled from hundreds to thousands of users.

  • A point of view on where AI genuinely improves outcomes versus creating noise.

  • A bonus if you’ve done this in a regulated environment, such as funding, eligibility or compliance-heavy products. Knowledge of UK apprenticeships and the levy is an additional plus.

How you work:

  • Solve for Customer Value: You’re direct about data, even when it challenges existing priorities.

  • Drivers, Not Passengers: You think in systems, take completion seriously, and raise bad news as quickly as good.

  • Be Decisive, Even in Ambiguity: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and define structure in new spaces.

  • AI to Deliver Outcomes: You have a bias for action (ship, measure, iterate) and ask “how would AI help do this?” before scoping the work.

Not for you if:

This role won’t fit if you’d rather write specs than stay close to the data, the design, and the customer. It also won’t fit if you see AI as a productivity tweak rather than a step change in how a product team works. And it needs someone who renegotiates scope out loud when it’s wrong, not someone who absorbs it and hopes it works out.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work on a product that genuinely changes economic trajectories.

  • A team that takes craft seriously and holds a high bar.

  • Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful influence over product direction.

  • A place in a company rebuilding itself as product-powered and AI-native, where you help define the result rather than inherit it.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme- you’ll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We’re an equal opportunities employer. And proud of it. Every applicant and employee is afforded the same opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. This will never change. Read our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policy here.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

Multiverse is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners. We expect all employees to share this commitment and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, our Prevent Policy and all other Multiverse company policies. Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).

For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check. Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings.

Providing false information is an offence and could result in the application being rejected or summary dismissal if the applicant has been selected, and possible referral to the police and the DBS.

Obsidian Security is a global leader in cyber security protecting the SaaS and non-human identity layer modern enterprises run on — from Salesforce and Snowflake to the AI agents now deployed inside them. The Obsidian Security platform gives unified visibility into every human and machine identity, app, and integration across their SaaS estate, detects identity-based and supply chain attacks in real time, and enforces least-privilege access before it’s exploited. Trusted by major Fortune 500 companies T-Mobile, Workday, Snowflake, and S&P Global, Obsidian ranked No. 95 on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, growing nearly 1000% from 2021–2024 — helping CISOs turn an unmonitored attack surface into one they can govern with confidence. Obsidian has also been recognized by Forbes as America’s Best Startup Employers in 2026.

In August 2026, Obsidian raised $85 million in Series D financing led by Crescent Cove Advisors, with participation from existing investors including Greylock Partners, Menlo Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, IVP, Wing Ventures, and GV — pushing Obsidian’s valuation to $1.1 billion, crossing into unicorn status. Obsidian is using the funding to deepen its R&D in agentic AI security and extend its platform as the standard for governing what AI agents can access and do inside third-party applications.

With global momentum, a growing partner ecosystem including SentinelOne, Databricks, and Google Cloud, and fresh capital from its Series D behind it, Obsidian is scaling rapidly toward long-term growth and IPO readiness.

Team: Global Services & Delivery

Location:[Remote / Hybrid - NYC, NY/Dallas, TX/Philadelphia, PA

About the Role:

Obsidian Security protects organizations against threats across their SaaS and identity environments. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to run customer support and lead a team of five support engineers.

You will be Obsidian’s technical lead for complex customer support issues: helping engineers investigate difficult cases, taking ownership of critical escalations, and working with Product and Engineering to drive them to resolution. You will also manage the team day-to-day, coaching engineers, setting priorities, maintaining coverage, and building a consistently strong customer experience.

As we introduce automation and agentic AI into support, you will help the team adopt new ways of working and use what you learn from customer issues to improve those systems. This role is suited to someone who enjoys both solving hard technical problems and developing the people who solve them.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five support engineers, including performance management, career growth, and hiring as the team evolves.
  • Own the support team’s daily operation: case prioritization, workload, coverage, escalation paths, quality standards, and customer communication.
  • Serve as the technical lead for complex and high-priority escalations. Investigate issues alongside the team, form clear technical assessments, and coordinate resolution with Product and Engineering.
  • Build deep expertise in Obsidian’s platform and the SaaS, identity, API, and security environments our customers rely on.
  • Raise the team’s technical capability through case reviews, troubleshooting guidance, documentation, and coaching.
  • Represent support in critical customer situations, providing clear updates, setting expectations, and maintaining ownership through resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with Product and Engineering on product fixes, better diagnostics, and improvements to the support experience.
  • Partner with the team building our agentic AI systems to introduce new capabilities into support, train engineers, and provide feedback from real customer cases.
  • Track support quality, resolution time, SLA performance, customer satisfaction, and the impact of automation; use those measures to improve how the team operates.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant hands-on experience supporting a complex B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure product.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to investigate ambiguous issues, work across APIs and integrations, interpret logs and product behavior, and engage Engineering effectively.
  • Experience leading a small technical team, either as a people manager or as a technical lead with meaningful coaching and operational responsibility.
  • Sound judgment during customer escalations, with the ability to balance technical investigation, urgency, and clear communication.
  • A track record of developing engineers and improving team practices while staying close to the technical work.
  • Comfort using support metrics to identify problems and improve quality and efficiency.
  • Interest in applying automation and AI to support workflows, with a practical understanding of where human judgment remains essential.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS security, identity, OAuth, SAML, or enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience leading support for security incidents or other time-sensitive customer issues.
  • Experience introducing automation, AI, or self-service capabilities into a support team.

Support Director Customer Support at SecurityScorecard

Leads and develops the customer support organization, improving service operations, customer experience, and AI-assisted case resolution.

Lead Hybrid Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About SecurityScorecard:

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of theWorld’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.”  SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an AI-native support leader to own and evolve our customer support function. This role sits at the intersection of support, customers, and engineering. The person in this seat is obsessed with the customer experience, thinks in patterns rather than tickets, and treats every support interaction as a signal that can shorten time to value, prevent the next escalation, and move the needle on retention and growth.

This role follows a hybrid work model based on proximity to our office locations. Employees who live within 75 miles of our Midtown NYC or Downtown Austin office are required to work onsite 1–2 days per week. Employees who live outside a 75-mile radius of both offices are eligible for fully remote work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing support team, building an operating model that uses AI tools to triage, resolve, and route cases faster, without losing the human judgment high value customers need for complex issues.
  • Relentless focus on reducing time to value and removing friction at every touchpoint.
  • Identify and remove internal blockers that slow the team down, whether that’s tooling, process, staffing, or cross-team handoffs.
  • Partner closely with Product on the support roadmap, feeding customer signal into prioritization and closing the loop on shipped fixes.
  • Analyze support case data to identify patterns and emerging trends, and work directly with Engineering to get ahead of issues before they escalate or repeat at scale.
  • Build and maintain an escalation management process that catches risk early and keeps the right stakeholders informed.
  • Get on calls with customers regularly, this is not a desk-only leadership role. Show up for high-value or high-risk conversations, listen first, and use what you hear to improve the broader system.
  • Partner with CSMs and Account teams to align support strategy with account health, renewal conversations, and expansion opportunities.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter CSAT, time to resolution, time to value, escalation rate and tie support performance directly to NRR and GRR outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of customer obsession across the team: hire, coach, and develop support professionals who listen well and advocate hard for the customer.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a support, customer success, or technical services team, with a track record of measurably improving customer experience metrics.
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools in a support context, implementing or scaling AI-assisted triage, drafting, knowledge retrieval, or case deflection, and you understand both the upside and the limits.
  • Strong analytical instincts: comfortable digging into case data to find root causes and trends, not just closing tickets.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional operating style to build real partnerships with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams rather than working in a silo.
  • Excellent listening skills and genuine comfort being customer-facing, including joining live calls when it matters.
  • A clear grasp of how support work connects to revenue outcomes like NRR and GRR
  • Strong people leadership skills hiring, coaching, performance management, with a customer centric culture centered on the customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with support and CS tooling (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceCloud & Zendesk, Zapier, Claude, Snowflake, Python) and experience integrating AI copilots or agents into those workflows.
  • Experience building or scaling a support function through a period of growth.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000 USD (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.

What this role involves

We are a hybrid, remote-office company dedicated to growing our talent anywhere!

We have onsite locations in: Sioux Falls, SD,  Scottsdale, AZ,  Louisville, KY,  Troy, MI,  Franklin, TN,  Easton, PA.

At Pathward, we take tremendous pride in our purpose to create financial inclusion for all™. We are a financial empowerment company that works with innovators to increase financial availability, choice, and opportunity for all.  We strive to remove barriers that traditional institutions put in the way of financial access, and promote economic mobility by providing responsible, secure, high quality financial products.

We are a team of problem solvers and innovators who celebrate our differences and know that our unique perspectives make us stronger and well-positioned for success.  We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve.

About the Role:

The Manager, Complex Investigations Unit leads a team of investigators responsible for the review, investigation, and resolution of complex and high-risk financial crime matters across AML, Sanctions, and Fraud domains. The role bridges investigative execution and program ownership: the Manager applies the escalation, quality, and documentation frameworks established by the VP, Complex Investigations, and ensures those standards are executed consistently by the Analysts performing the casework. The Manager serves as the day-to-day escalation point for multi-account, multi-entity, and cross-product matters, reviews and challenges SAR decisioning and narratives before final disposition, manages workload assignment and capacity, and develops investigator capability through coaching, calibration, and targeted training. The Manager is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of the unit’s investigative outputs under OCC, FinCEN, and internal program standards, and escalates novel typologies, systemic issues, and emerging risks to the VP, Complex Investigations.

What You Will Do:

  • Complex Investigations & Escalation Management

    • Manage the intake, assignment, and resolution of complex and high-risk investigations across products and customer types, including multi-account, multi-entity, and cross-product matters.
    • Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for urgent or high-severity matters, elevating to the VP, Complex Investigations where senior leadership awareness or immediate action is required.
    • Apply and enforce established escalation and routing criteria, including handling of repeat SAR subjects, continuing activity, and examiner-, audit-, or enforcement-referred matters.
    • Ensure appropriate identification of subjects, activity scope, and risk exposure across the unit’s caseload.
    • Identify emerging typologies, thematic issues, and potential control gaps surfaced through casework and escalate with supporting analysis and recommendations.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly manage a team of Complex Investigations Analysts; assign work, manage capacity and coverage, and balance inventory against aging and regulatory timeliness requirements.
  • Partner with People & Culture on hiring and staffing for the unit, including requisitions, interviews, and selection.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, and deliver coaching and development plans; address performance issues with timely documentation and escalation.
  • Build team capability through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and targeted training on typologies, investigative methods, and narrative quality.
  • Promote a strong control culture, accountability, and adherence to procedures, desktop procedures, and checklists.

Investigative Oversight, SAR Quality & Documentation

  • Review and challenge investigative analyses, conclusions, and SAR/no-SAR determinations to confirm they are sound, defensible, and fully documented.
  • Ensure SAR narratives, Continuing Activity Reports (CARs), and decisioning meet regulatory expectations and withstand examiner, audit, and law enforcement scrutiny.
  • Confirm investigative documentation meets the five-element documentation baseline and internal quality standards prior to filing or closure.
  • Oversee the unit’s response to QC/QA feedback; drive remediation of identified defects and calibrate standards across analysts to reduce repeat findings.
  • Support 314(a)/314(b), OFAC, and PEP-related investigative activity assigned to the unit.

Program Execution, Governance & Reporting

  • Execute the investigative standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks owned by the VP, Complex Investigations, and provide feedback to strengthen them.
  • Monitor and report unit-level metrics, including inventory, aging, timeliness, SAR volumes, and quality results, to BSA/AML leadership.
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation activities tied to investigations, escalations, audit findings, and MRAs.
  • Maintain examiner-ready case artifacts and contribute to procedure, desktop procedure, and checklist updates as processes evolve.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regulatory Support

  • Partner with Sanctions Operations, Fraud Operations, Compliance Advisory, Legal, and Technology on cross-domain and sensitive high-risk matters.
  • Support regulatory examinations, internal audit, and model/program validation efforts by preparing case artifacts and coordinating responses to information requests. Provide investigative support and coaching to product-aligned SAM, Fraud, and Sanctions teams to drive consistency across the enterprise.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Business, or related field).
  • CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud investigations experience, including SAR decisioning and filing.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-risk typologies and multi-account or multi-entity investigations.
  • Working knowledge of transaction monitoring systems (e.g., Actimize, FCRM) and watchlist/screening tools (e.g., Bridger).
  • Demonstrated success defending investigative decisions in audit, exam, or regulatory settings.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to review and elevate SAR narrative quality and to present results to senior leadership.

Products & Services Knowledge

SAR narratives and investigative conclusions must accurately describe how funds move through each Pathward product, and the unit reviews activity across the full estate. The Manager must hold product-level knowledge of the funds flows, typologies, and party designations across the Bank’s seven product categories and its program-manager model, including:

  • Card Issuing / Prepaid — GPR, payroll, corporate disbursement, gift, government-benefit and student cards, and the load/spend typologies (structuring, funnel accounts, bust-out) that drive SAR narratives.
  • Tax Products (EPS Financial / Refund Advantage) — refund transfers, taxpayer advances (including Emerald AdvanceÂŽ), and tax-office loans, and the IRS/ERO funds flows behind seasonal SAR/CTR volume.
  • Acquiring (Merchant & ATM) — merchant/ISO/payment-facilitator activity, transaction laundering, and ATM cash-access typologies.
  • Digital Payments & Faster Payments (Visa Direct / Mastercard Send) — push/pull disbursements, P2P, and cross-border rails.
  • Consumer Lending, Commercial Finance, and Commercial Deposits — the CTR, continuing-activity, and 314(a) obligations Pathward retains as lender/bank of record and depository institution.

The Bank-vs-Program-Manager framework — Pathward files all SARs, CTRs, and 314(a) responses, so the Manager and their team must trace activity back through the program-manager escalation model.

The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.

Salary range:  $72,000 – $120,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.  Pathward offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.

Taskrabbit’s greatest growth opportunity lies in deepening customer relationships and accelerating repeat purchases. Our most valuable customers are those who return frequently, discover new service categories, and increase their spending over time. There’s significant untapped potential in the marketplace: repeat customers spend 3-5x more than one-time users, and category expansion unlocks new revenue streams within our existing customer base.

  • Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Develop monitoring and observability systems to understand data quality and model performance in complex systems. Collaborate with engineering and science teams to optimize algorithms for training, inference, and evaluation.
  • Software Engineering Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Participate actively in code reviews, documentation, and best practices across the full software engineering lifecycle.

Your Areas of Expertise:

  • Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in machine learning, particularly in search, ranking, recommender systems, pricing/elasticity modeling, or predictive analytics.
  • Solid software engineering skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python.  The candidate should have experience with popular ML libraries like Scikit-learn, lightgbm, xgboost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL is also required for writing complex queries and transforming data.

  • Experience with modern data and ML technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow, data warehouses (eg snowflake, redshift or BigQuery), and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with dbt is a plus for transforming and testing data.

Prior to applying please note:

  • This role is hybrid requiring 2 days in office at our San Francisco hub every Tuesday & Wednesday (located at 130 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA).

About the Role:

The Architecture Team drives Taskrabbit’s Platform Modernization efforts, guiding engineering teams toward our Target State Architecture (TSA). As a Staff Software Architect, you’ll serve as an embedded representative of the Architecture team, partnering with engineering teams across the platform to accelerate their modernization work.

You’ll operate as a subject matter expert on platform modernization within a small team of architects, applying AI-assisted and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to help teams build new components using our Target State Architecture stack of technologies. This role is hands-on and results-oriented: pairing directly with engineers and technical leads, not just advising from the sidelines.

You will be:

  • Acting as the Architecture team’s representative to assigned engineering teams, driving platform modernization projects in accordance with the TSA.
  • Applying AI tooling and Spec-Driven Development practices to help teams modernize the parts of the platform they own.
  • Pairing with engineers and technical leadership to unblock modernization work and transfer architectural patterns directly into team practice.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on platform modernization, advising on migration approach, sequencing, and risk.

  • Collaborating with a small team of architects to maintain consistency across modernization efforts platform-wide.
  • Writing and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and RFCs, and coaching authors to strengthen their proposals.
  • Defining standards for tooling, coding, processes, AI usage, and documentation strategies that make modernization repeatable across teams.

This is not a purely consultative role. You’re expected to engage directly with projects and drive results forward — TDDs, code, and outcomes.

You should have:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a primary focus on building and scaling backend systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
  • TypeScript/Node.js experience preferred; candidates with a background in another strongly typed language (e.g., Java, .NET) will also be considered.
  • Experience with containerization and containerized application deployment.
  • An enthusiast for AI tooling and AI-assisted development practices, with a proven track record of applying them professionally.

Product Lead Product Manager, Messaging at ZipRecruiter

Lead Product Manager owns the messaging portfolio strategy, deciding which messages to send, to whom, and when to optimize job seeker engagement and retention.

Lead Hybrid Posted 16 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We offer a hybrid work environment. Most US-based positions can alsobeperformed remotely (any exceptions will be noted in the Minimum Qualifications below.)

Our Mission:

To actively connect people to their next great opportunity.

Who We Are:

ZipRecruiter is a leading online employment marketplace. Powered by AI-driven smart matching technology, the company actively connects millions of all-sized businesses and job seekers through innovative mobile, web, and email services, as well as through partnerships with the best job boards on the web. ZipRecruiter has the #1 rated job search app on iOS & Android.

Summary:

Messaging is how ZipRecruiter shows up for job seekers when they are not on the site. Every day we send millions of emails and push notifications: new job alerts, fresh matches, communications from employers, and updates on applications already in flight. This portfolio is one of the largest single sources of job applications on ZipRecruiter, and it is the primary channel for re-engaging job seekers who would otherwise drift away.

You will own Product for this entire channel. That means deciding which messages exist and what each one is for, who receives them and when, how the portfolio balances message volume against job seeker trust and long-term retention, and how we decide for each job seeker the single best thing to send next.

The role sits at the center of the marketplace. Your messages carry the output of our matching and ranking models, so you will work daily with data science and machine learning teams. Your sends drive employer outcomes, so you will coordinate with employer-side Product teams on how to drive the most effective outcomes for them. And you own a channel with real constraints: deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and a finite budget of seeker attention.

Key Focuses:

  • Act as an Owner: Take full accountability for the jobseeker messaging domain, from portfolio-level KPI setting to the details of individual message performance.
  • Optimize the portfolio: We send dozens of distinct message types. You will lead the thinking behind which, when, and how many messages we send, and via which channels.
  • Obsess over your metrics: Applications delivered, job seeker activation and retention, unsubscribes and complaint rates, and the revenue carried by email placements. You will know how every message class contributes to each, and you will interrogate the why behind the numbers.
  • Run on experiments: You will design experiments, read, and resolve them with judgment about long-term business health, looking beyond short-term engagement.
  • Partner deep in the stack: Work with the engineering teams that own the messaging platform, with recommendations and matching teams on ranking and match quality inside your sends, and with the marketplace teams to understand how your product can move the needle on supply and demand.
  • Protect the channel: Deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out systems are critical areas of Product focus.
  • Voice of the Job Seeker: Serve as the voice of the job seeker for off-platform touchpoints. Talk to job seekers, run research, and develop the storyline behind how our messaging strategies impact the users and the business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: 7+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results.
  • Deeply Analytical: You are a data-obsessed problem solver who doesn’t just look at dashboards but interrogates the “why” behind the numbers. You are comfortable in SQL and fluent in A/B experimentation.
  • Lifecycle or Notifications Experience: You have owned email, push, or lifecycle messaging products at consumer scale, and you understand the tension between engagement volume and user trust.
  • AI/ML Fluency: You understand how to leverage machine learning to solve user problems, and you have shipped product features powered by ranking, relevance, or recommendation models.
  • Customer Obsession: You have a passion for speaking directly with your users and personally conducting user research.
  • Strong Communication: You write and speak clearly, and collaborate well across engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: You are highly driven and thrive when given the autonomy to drive massive impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketplace Experience: Previous experience at a two-sided marketplace (e.g., jobs, real estate, rideshare), where your work on one side had to account for outcomes on the other.
  • Send-Decisioning or Growth Systems: Experience building message selection, frequency capping, or channel orchestration systems, or growth/CRM automation at scale.
  • Deliverability Literacy: Working knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance regimes including SMS/RCS.

As part of our team you’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive salary
  • Exceptional benefits package
  • Flexible Vacation & Paid Time Off
  • Employer-matched 401(k) plan

#LI-Remote

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $215,000-$255,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
