Reports to: Team Lead, Strategic Deployments

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, data-driven, and client-focused Implementation Manager to join our growing Customer Success team at AlphaSense. In this role, you will own the onboarding and rollout program for our largest enterprise clients, starting at the pre-sale handoff and running through the first 90 days of adoption. You will coordinate the work that moves a newly signed client from purchase to sustained usage at scale, partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers throughout. Your focus is on program coordination and driving adoption. If you’ve worked as an Onboarding Manager, Enterprise/Scaled Customer Success Manager, or any other form of program management role where the focus was adoption post roll-out, then this position may be a good fit for you!

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment. Relevant backgrounds include Onboarding Manager, Enterprise or Scaled Customer Success Manager, and Professional Services or Implementation roles where the focus was rollout and adoption
  • Experience with change management practices that help client organizations adopt a new tool after purchase
  • Sense of seeing a program through to completion and managing tasks. Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking rollouts and client information is a must
  • Ability to work with adoption data, read signals such as time to first login and platform utilization, understand key trends, and develop both internal and external reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
  • Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change through scalable processes and documentation
  • Strong communication skills to work with senior client stakeholders such as managing directors and partners, ensuring internal teams are aligned and projects are on track

What You’ll Do

  • Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, including the project plan, critical milestones, and risk mitigation, from the pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days
  • Serve as one of the main points of contact for the rollout, leading regular status meetings and aligning resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Track signals such as time to first login, percentage of users reaching first login, retention on platform, and frequency of use, then act on them alongside the account team
  • Partner with Sales before close to shape the rollout plan, then hand each account to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers with a maintenance plan after roughly 90 days
  • Analyze adoption trends and potential bottlenecks and translate the data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement in our onboarding approach, document best practices and standardized playbooks, and build scalable processes for a smoother, faster onboarding experience across future clients
  • Develop an understanding of the product, the customer persona, the reason for investment, and how this maps back to the customer lifecycle

Project Management Senior Product Delivery Manager, Production (f/m/x) at HelloFresh

Leads the design, optimization, and international rollout of production processes, equipment, and layouts across fulfillment centers.

Senior Onsite Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Product Delivery Manager at HelloFresh. This role is pivotal to the future of our fulfillment network. You will be at the helm of further developing and deploying a high-profile, highly complex strategic project that fundamentally redefines our production methods and capabilities across our DCs.

Working closely with Tech and Operations Leadership, you will be responsible for taking our new, next-generation production setup and refining its processes, equipment, and layouts. Once optimized, you will lead the charge in deploying this new operational blueprint into other DCs across our international markets.

This is not a traditional desk-bound product role; it requires a strong operational background, deep understanding of physical process design, and the ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. The international role will be based in our Berlin office and will involve frequent travel to our local warehouses across markets and potentially extended stays during roll-out periods.

Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

What you’ll do

  • Process and Equipment Design: You will actively design, evaluate, and refine DC layouts, operational workflows, and physical equipment setups for our next-generation production models.
  • Project Deployment & Rollout: Working cross-functionally, you will be the driving force for the end-to-end implementation and deployment of production technologies. Including this complex new production model across multiple international fulfillment centers.
  • Lean Management & Continuous Improvement: You will apply Lean principles to continuously test, tweak, and optimize the operational setup and production capacity before, during, and after site rollouts.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: You will act as the central node between global engineering, local operations teams, tech, and senior leadership. You will manage expectations, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution across a matrixed international environment.
  • Problem Solving: You will identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of complex physical and systematic business problems on the shop floor, using analytics, engineering principles, and strong business judgment.
  • Strategy and Planning: You will support the development of rollout strategies and produce the resulting project plans, ensuring that we deploy at scale without disrupting ongoing operations.
  • Documentation and Standardization: You will drive towards clear and structured project documentation, clearly defining and outlining the solutions, requirements, … You will help us create standard deployment playbooks which speed up bringing our solutions to market.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: You have a strong track record within a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
  • Design Expertise: You possess highly specific, demonstrated experience in DC layout design, process design, and equipment design/optimization.
  • Methodology: You have deep expertise in Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies within a physical operational setting.
  • Leadership: You have exceptional project delivery and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams in an environment that requires intense cross-functional collaboration.
  • Academic Record: An excellent academic record with a degree from a top-tier college or University (Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business degrees strongly preferred).
  • Consulting Experience: Demonstrated experience at an (operational / management) consulting firm with a focus on manufacturing/operations projects is a big plus.
  • Autonomy: You have a demonstrated ability to deliver heavy-hitting impact and work highly independently in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving high-growth environment.
  • Mobility: You have an interest and willingness to frequently travel abroad (~50%).

Learn more at Planful.com.

About the Role

Planful’s implementation partners extend our delivery capacity and are often the face of Planful to new customers. The Sr. Partner Delivery  Coordinator  owns the day-to-day operating rhythm behind that ecosystem, tracking partner-led implementation projects, keeping delivery quality high, and acting as the connective tissue between partner firms and Planful’s internal teams.

This is a hands-on, execution focused role for someone who likes bringing order to a lot of moving parts. You’ll spend your days in project trackers, partner conversations, and cross-functional standups, and you’ll be the person who knows the real status of every partner project.

Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain the partner project tracker as the single source of truth: stage, health, ARR, milestone dates, and project age across all active partner-led implementations
  • Build and refresh recurring partner performance reporting — project counts by stage, risk distribution, signed-contract ARR by quarter, and partner-versus-Planful delivery benchmarks
  • Prepare materials for partner QBRs and internal pipeline and delivery reviews
  • Flag data gaps and chase partners and internal owners for accurate, timely updates

Delivery Quality & Escalations

  • Run regular project health checks and surface at-risk implementations before they become customer problems
  • Coordinate escalation response: assemble the facts, convene the right people, track mitigation actions to closure, and close the loop with stakeholders
  • Track root causes and recurring failure patterns, and feed them back into enablement content and partner coaching
  • Monitor adherence to Planful’s implementation methodology and deliverable standards

Partner Onboarding & Certification

  • Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team on new partner onboarding, helping ensure all readiness areas are addressed
  • Support certification tracking across partner firms, working with Partner Enablement to surface coverage gaps and keep partners moving toward certification targets
  • Help coordinate partner training sessions and office hours, and partner with the team to keep enablement current as the product evolves

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for partner delivery leads and project managers
  • Partner closely with Professional Services on methodology, resourcing, and handoffs; with Sales on scoping and partner assignment; and with Customer Success on post-go-live transitions
  • Translate between partner-side and Planful-side processes so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction in the partner delivery model

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in partner enablement, professional services operations, project coordination or PMO, channel operations, or implementation delivery — ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated ownership of project tracking and reporting for a portfolio of concurrent projects
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; comfortable building and maintaining reporting from imperfect source data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can brief an executive and coordinate with a partner consultant in the same hour
  • Proven ability to drive action across teams you don’t manage, including with external organizations
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with sound judgment about what needs escalating and what you can resolve
  • Experience in the EPM, FP&A, CPM, or finance-technology space
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tooling (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar), and BI or reporting tools
  • Background working with or inside systems integrators or consulting partners
  • Exposure to enablement content development or partner certification programs
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management coursework

Why Planful

To foster the best in class work we’re so proud of, we’ve created a best in class culture, including:

  • 2 Volunteer days per year, Birthday PTO, and quarterly company Wellness Days

  • Deep Technical Acumen: Mandatory and demonstrable advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional Program Management: Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects across various timelines. You are a powerful and effective communicator for both executives and individual contributors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Field Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting, enabling, or working directly with technical sales, architecture, professional services, or technical support teams.
  • Architectural Fluency: Strong understanding of how to translate technical product specs and “how-it-works” logic into field-consumable materials (playbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration SOPs).

About the Job:

The Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager is a crucial team member for the Technical Enablement Programs organization. This role owns the creation and delivery of dedicated programming to support the overarching efforts of our technical enablement team. You are the conductor of enablement programming to ensure role efficacy and the steward of deep product expertise across all of our technical audiences. You will work directly with the technical enablement program managers team to implement our most important programs.

In this role, you will go upstream and collaborate with technical leadership, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, the CTO organization, and our broader enablement teams to ensure that as our processes evolve and our product grows, our technical field teams have the deep-dive knowledge required to effectively position, implement, and support our solutions.

Responsibilities:

The Architect

  • Ensure Technical Efficacy: Be the voice of the technical field on New Product Introductions. You’ll rapidly absorb complex architectural changes and translate them into actionable, high-impact technical requirements—answering the essential questions for our technical teams: “How do we deploy this?” “How do we troubleshoot it?” and “What are the known limitations?”
  • Build the Technical Toolkit: Convert product updates into the “Survival Guide” the field uses every day. This includes everything from implementation playbooks and API documentation summaries to troubleshooting trees and technical checklists.
  • (Co)Design Impactful Programs: You are the strategic mind building programs that ensure our technical teams have the product, process, tool, and best practice knowledge needed for excellence. From onboarding to ongoing enablement and strategic initiatives, you drive our teams to success with measurable, worldwide programming.

The Builder

  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the strategic hub between technical leadership (who defines role-based gaps), implementation groups, the Content Creation team, AI tool builders, and more. Some days will be heavily focused on Program Management—making sure critical projects that benefit the broader enablement team cross the finish line. Other days will be more hands-on—influencing requirements, rapidly prototyping, or whipping up content yourself. You will translate complex technical workflows into precise content requirements and lab scoping documents for production. When you’re at your best, our SMEs spend more time in the field and less time on content.
  • Facilitate Key Sessions: You’re not just a partner behind the scenes; you are the face of technical enablement programming for your audiences. You lead key enablement sessions, can create a killer deck, and get to know your audience well.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge Manager: Working with our content builders and governance teams, you take full responsibility for the key materials needed for our technical roles to succeed. You will consistently review, refresh, and retire outdated guides and documentation to ensure our technical knowledge base is always current and accurate.

The Impact Maker

  • Enablement Impact: Go beyond delivery by actively measuring the effectiveness of technical enablement programs. Use field data, engagement metrics, and audience feedback to drive constant improvement, optimizing for technical proficiency and quantifiable success in the field.
  • Stakeholder Consultant: You are the face of and strategic thought leader for technical enablement for our internal audiences. Project Management Technical Project Manager at Fidus Systems

Leads complex electronic product development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, customers, scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery.

What this role involves

Fidus is a global high-tech design firm headquartered in Ottawa, with additional design centres in Kitchener-Waterloo and San Jose. We specialize in leading-edge electronic product development, with hardware, embedded software, FPGA/ASIC, and signal integrity teams working together to design and deliver next-generation products for clients in emerging technology markets.

Position Overview/Mandate:

The Project Manager plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex development projects for Fidus clients, from initial scope through to final delivery. You will work directly with customers, Sales, and Fidus’s technical teams to manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and to keep everyone aligned as the project moves from design through implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on project diversity, enjoys building strong relationships across technical and business teams, and takes pride in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Make an Impact with Us:

At Fidus, you’ll lead high-speed, high-complexity electronic system projects, often built on emerging technologies before they reach the broader market. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams spanning FPGA/DSP, hardware, embedded software, verification, SI/PI, PCB layout, and mechanical/thermal design to deliver real products for our clients.

In practice, that means managing projects in areas such as space and satellite systems, next-generation communications and networking, high-performance compute and storage platforms, advanced video, imaging, VR/AR applications, and industrial, medical, and automotive systems. You won’t be limited to a single product or industry — your work will follow the technology, not just one roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan, deliver, and manage multiple concurrent projects ranging in size from medium to large
  • Coordinate project teams that may be distributed across multiple location sites and disciplines
  • Forge strong partnerships with Sales, the Customer, and the Project Team to ensure efficiency across all aspects of the project
  • Work closely with Sales and Technical Leads to understand project requirements
  • Take independent ownership of project decisions related to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Regularly update customers and internal management on project status via meetings and/or reports
  • Manage project process and resources, including budget and schedules, from design and development through implementation
  • Identify process gaps and implement process improvements at the project level
  • Manage technical negotiations with suppliers

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical industry experience, including at least three (3) years of Project Management experience
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record managing large projects using project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated delivery of innovative solutions to project challenges
  • Experience using project management tracking software, such as Microsoft Project
  • Completed or working towards PMP is an asset
  • Completion of an Engineering degree and previous technical engineering experience is an asset

Location and travel: Fully remote role and travel may be required domestically and internationally to support customer engagements and project delivery.

Benefits

Our competitive compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, matching 401(k) contributions, annual profit-sharing bonus, along with other supplementary benefits.

We also recognize that candidates show interest throughout different career stages and welcome all applications. When there is a great fit, the level of the role may be shifted as applicable.
