Drives strategic alignment, operating discipline, and execution visibility across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s global data center construction portfolio.
Leads a complex federal healthcare program, coordinating partnerships, teams, risks, strategy, and execution across departments.
Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.
Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.
We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.
Abridge is embedded in 250+ health systems and expanding rapidly across the federal healthcare ecosystem. The Federal program is one of the most consequential and complex programs in the company, spanning clinical deployment, enterprise IT, government contracting, product integration, and policy. This role owns the success of the program at large.
The Program Director is the operational center of gravity for the federal program. You are responsible for the overall health and forward momentum of key federal partnerships — and for ensuring that every team touching the program is rowing in the same direction. At the heart of this role is a genuine commitment to the mission: improving the lives of clinicians and the patients they serve. That mission is not a backdrop; it is the lens through which strategy is set, trade-offs are made, and progress is measured.
You hold the picture across commercial, product, clinical, engineering, legal, and government affairs, and are accountable for driving alignment, surfacing risk, and ensuring the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You translate strategy into execution, create clarity where there is ambiguity, and serve as the connective tissue that keeps a complex, multi-stakeholder program moving with purpose.
This is a role for someone who has run complex programs before and knows the difference between keeping a tracker current and actually moving a program. You will have a lot of surface area to cover and not a lot of hand-holding. You will need to evolve operating rhythms as the program matures, earn trust with senior internal and external stakeholders, and be the person who knows where everything stands.
This role reports to the Head of Partner Success.
What You’ll Do
Mission-driven leadership and cross-functional alignment
Ensure that every internal team contributing to the federal program — product, clinical, commercial, engineering, legal, and government affairs — understands the strategy, is aligned on goals, and is working in a unified direction. Ground cross-functional priorities in the mission to serve clinicians and patients, and hold that mission as the north star when navigating trade-offs, resolving friction, or making day-to-day decisions. Create the clarity teams need to execute with confidence, and proactively resolve misalignment before it becomes drag.
Program operations and rhythm
Design and run the operating cadence for the federal program, including weekly cross-functional syncs, dependency tracking, quarterly planning cycles, and exec-level reporting. Maintain the single source of truth on strategy, delivery status, outcomes, and goals — ensuring the full team has a shared understanding of what we are working toward, where we stand, and what needs to change. Translate program status into clear, action-oriented communication for internal leadership and federal stakeholders.
Accountability and outcomes
Drive progress against cross-functional goals by establishing clear ownership, tracking delivery against program milestones, and holding internal teams accountable. Lead escalation when things are off track and quarterback cross-functional problem-solving on issues that don’t fit neatly into one team’s lane. When friction arises — internally or with external partners — provide clear direction and make the calls that keep the program moving.
ELT reporting and escalation
Serve as the primary voice of the federal program to executive leadership. Report out regularly on program health, strategic progress, risks, and outcomes. Escalate decisions, blockers, or resource needs with the context and recommendations needed for swift resolution. Ensure leadership has what they need to act, and that the program has what it needs to succeed.
Federal stakeholder management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key federal stakeholders across program offices and clinical leadership. Translate customer needs into internal priorities and ensure Abridge is delivering on its commitments. Be a trusted partner to clinicians and program leaders — someone who understands their environment, advocates for their needs, and brings a solutions orientation to every interaction. Partner with the federal commercial team on account strategy and renewal. Lead Abridge relationships with teaming partners to ensure effective service delivery that meets Abridge standards, whether outsourced or internal.
Cross-functional coordination
Serve as the connective tissue across product, commercial, sales, clinical success, legal, and government affairs. Identify where workstreams are misaligned or under-resourced and drive resolution. Own the swim lanes. Know the dependencies. Flag the gaps before they become problems. Ensure that innovation efforts — particularly those aimed at solving complex federal healthcare challenges — are supported, unblocked, and connected to the right internal teams.
Operational infrastructure
Build program management tooling, templates, BI dashboards, and playbooks that scale as the federal footprint grows. This includes intake processes, status reporting frameworks, and onboarding infrastructure for new federal deployments, as well as leveraging business intelligence tools and data capabilities to drive insight and action for internal federal teams and federal customers.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years in program or operations leadership, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Healthcare or federal experience is preferred but not necessary.
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations.
Exceptional communication skills. You can seamlessly flow from writing a crisp status memo for the CEO to running a productive meeting with federal stakeholders to translating clinical needs for builder teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams and hold teams accountable to shared goals and outcomes.
Technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for complex software solutions.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach to complex, cross-functional projects. Strong judgment about when to escalate, when to decide, and when to align.
Comfort with ambiguity. This program has a lot of moving parts, with many unknowns. You should find that energizing.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling internal and external dynamics with a proven record of achieving shared outcomes.
A genuine belief in the mission — that AI can meaningfully improve the lives of clinicians and the patients they serve — and the drive to make that real across complex healthcare environments.
Tier 1: $207K–$258K
Tier 2: $186K–$232K

Leads complex client programs, coordinating Product, Engineering, and enterprise stakeholders from scoping through launch and adoption.
Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.
At Assured, we provide large insurers with the software solutions they need to win in a modern, technology-driven world. From self-service claim-filing software to backend fraud detection, we’re the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers in the world.
The challenges we face are deep and diverse, from creating digital experiences that provide comfort and clarity to claimants at their most stressed and vulnerable to orchestrating large-scale ML-driven decision-making on billions of dollars of claims payments, life at Assured is dynamic, collaborative, and rewarding.
We’re looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Client Engagement team.
In this role, you’ll help turn complex client priorities into clear, executable programs across Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders. You’ll own the operating rhythm for high-stakes client initiatives, from kickoff and scoping through launch, adoption, and long-term success.
This is a role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, keep cross-functional work moving, and build trust with both internal teams and enterprise customers.
P&C insurance industry experience is a strong plus, but not required. What matters most is the ability to learn the domain quickly and build credibility with enterprise clients.
🔗 Turn client needs into clear execution plans. Sit between Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to translate client priorities into scoped initiatives, owners, timelines, risks, and next steps.
🚀 Drive high-stakes carrier initiatives from kickoff to launch. Own the operating plan for client-facing projects, including dependencies, decision points, launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and the many details that determine whether a rollout feels controlled or chaotic.
📋 Build the Client Engagement operating muscle. Create the intake, tracking, status, and escalation rhythms that help Client Engagement manage carrier work consistently as Assured scales.
🧭 Make risks and tradeoffs visible early. When timelines shift, scope expands, or dependencies get stuck, surface the issue clearly, frame the options, and help the right people make the right call before it becomes a client-facing fire drill.
🗣️ Be the translator across clients and internal teams. Turn carrier feedback, asks, and concerns into clear internal action. Turn Product and Engineering constraints into client-ready explanations that build confidence instead of confusion.
🔍 Find patterns across client work. Notice when multiple carriers are asking for the same thing, running into the same friction, or needing the same support, and help turn those patterns into better processes, product improvements, or scalable client programs.
⏱️ Keep multiple concurrent initiatives balanced and honest. Manage the mechanics that keep complex work moving, including RAID logs, dependency mapping, launch plans, follow-ups, status reporting, and critical path management, without adding process for process’s sake.
🎯 Improve confidence in client delivery. Help Assured give enterprise clients clearer visibility, tighter execution, and more predictable launches across complex initiatives. You’ll build trust by being organized, precise, and honest about what is known, unknown, and changing.
🔍 Keep everyone aligned without meeting overload. Build clear status updates, trackers, launch plans, and decision logs so leadership, Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders can understand where things stand without needing another meeting just to find the answer.
⚡ Use AI to move faster. Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to draft project plans, synthesize client feedback, maintain documentation, identify risks, and keep work moving without letting coordination consume the week.
📈 Help scale Client Engagement. As Assured grows, Client Engagement needs better systems for managing client commitments, launches, escalations, and cross-functional work. You’ll help build the operating model that lets the team scale without losing the high-touch client experience.
🏗️ Have deep program management experience. You’ve led complex, cross-functional work with real stakeholder pressure, shifting timelines, ambiguous requirements, and external customers in the mix. You know how to create structure, drive alignment, and keep teams moving when the path is not perfectly defined.
💬 Are client-facing and internally rigorous. You can communicate clearly with client stakeholders, then turn around and drive internal follow-through with the right level of detail.
🛠️ Are comfortable being technical-adjacent. You don’t need to write code, but you need to understand product and engineering constraints well enough to ask good questions, scope honestly, and avoid hand-wavy commitments.
🧭 Can operate without waiting for perfect clarity. You know how to create structure when the path is still forming. You can identify what matters, what’s blocked, who owns what, and what decision needs to happen next.
⚖️ Balance urgency with discipline. You move quickly, but you don’t skip the basics: owners, dates, risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up.
🗣️ Lead through influence. You know how to get people moving together by being clear, trusted, and relentlessly organized.
🔄 Learn the domain fast. Prior insurance experience is helpful, but curiosity and speed of learning matter more. You should be able to quickly understand claims workflows, carrier operations, product behavior, and the client context behind each request.
Benefits:
🤑 Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages for all employees
🏥 Healthcare Plan: Platinum medical, dental, and vision
🛡️ Free life insurance: Including long-term disability & short-term disability
🏄 Unlimited PTO: Uncapped vacation days & paid holidays
👶 Family Leave: Maternity & paternity
📈 401(k) Contribution: Assured contributes 3% of your income, even if you don’t contribute
🏠 WFH Benefits: Lunch on us 2x/week, monthly phone stipend & other home office perks
👪 Health FSAs & HSAs: Pre-tax accounts for out-of-pocket medical expenses
🤝 Team events & Offsites: We’re remote, but we regularly get together

Engineering manager leads two infrastructure squads from prototype to production, owns execution, prioritization, and team growth while shipping code alongside engineers.
Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Job overview:
We are hiring a Engineering Manager to lead two squads building Omada’s Platform and Engineering Systems. These squads own problems from prototype to production, including the maintenance and the on-call rotation for what they ship. You are responsible for those squads: what they work on, in what order, and how your people and teams grow.
As a Engineering Manager, you ship code alongside your AI-powered engineers. You own the execution and will run the squad’s rituals: iteration shaping, prioritization, backlog refinement, and initiative estimation are your calls. Being in charge means you have an opinion about the tradeoffs you and the squad are making, and are comfortable partnering with the squad’s stakeholders and finding solutions to problems, should they arise.
You partner closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, IT, InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and beyond. Your relationships with the people in those departments will be very important. You will manage millions of dollars in annual vendor budget and spending, through key contracts including Amazon Web Services, Datadog, Gitlab, and Anthropic. You will be responsible for annual internal and external audit controls, and must help your teams develop automation and evidence management processes to streamline audit responses.
You are comfortable being accountable for what your squad ships. You still write code, and you want to. This role ships production work every sprint, off the critical path, in the same codebase and the same agentic workflows as your squad: you’ll feel the friction your people feel because you experience it first-hand.
You are an experienced engineering leader, and you are opinionated about the systems you maintain. You understand why the most important work must be done, and you own the roadmap that will get it done. You are respected technically, but do not need to be the strongest engineer in the squad: your work generally stays off the critical path, but you must possess the fundamental understanding to know what great looks like, and the communication skills to build strong relationships with your teams and colleagues.
You are opinionated about where AI-assisted development helps and where it produces work someone else has to redo, because you have first-hand experience from doing the work rather than from reading about it.
Above all, you are enthusiastic about providing the best possible care for our members, and building the best engineering team of your career.
Architecture & Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, IAM, RDS, SQS, etc), Docker, GitLab, Argo/Kargo, Vault, Datadog, PagerDuty.
Application Engineering: Ruby on Rails, Python (Flask, FastAPI), React, native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI), native Android (Kotlin), PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Claude
Benefits:
It takes a village to change health care. As we build together toward our mission, we strive to embody the following values in our day-to-day work. We hope these hold meaning for you as well as you consider Omada!
About Omada Health: Omada Health (Nasdaq: OMDA) is reverse engineering the way healthcare is delivered in America, putting the space between doctor visits–where health is won or lost–at the center of care. Today’s healthcare system poorly serves chronic conditions that require ongoing support outside of the exam room, like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and musculoskeletal conditions. Omada’s virtual-first model combines human-led care teams, connected devices, and AI-enabled technology to deliver personalized care at scale, including support for GLP-1 therapy. Omada has served more than two million members since launch across 2,000+ employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and health systems. Learn more at omadahealth.com.
Omada is thrilled to share that we’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work! Please click here for more information.
We carefully hire the best talent we can find, which means actively seeking diversity of beliefs, backgrounds, education, and ways of thinking. We strive to build an inclusive culture where differences are celebrated and leveraged to inform better design and business decisions. Omada is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and affirmative action employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, physical or mental disability, legally protected medical condition, family care status, military or veteran status, marital status, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal laws.

Leads two engineering squads building infrastructure and platform systems, managing prioritization, execution, stakeholder partnerships, and vendor budgets while shipping production code alongside the team.

Leads an SRE team managing infrastructure, observability, and application reliability across DoD and AWS environments, balancing operational support with strategic improvements.
Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination.
Military planning is complex by nature, requiring teams to coordinate information, people, and decisions across systems and locations. Onebrief brings planning, collaboration, simulation, and AI into one connected environment, helping teams test strategies, adapt to changing conditions, and make decisions with greater clarity when the stakes are real.
We are a distributed team of builders from military, operational, and technology backgrounds who care deeply about improving how important work gets done. Some team members work remotely, while others work directly alongside customers in operational environments around the world.
Founded in 2019, Onebrief is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital. Valued at more than $2 billion, we continue to invest in product innovation, AI capabilities, and team growth.
This role requires regularly working on-site at customer locations.
If you are not currently within commuting distance, you must be willing to relocate. Onebrief provides relocation assistance.
Active Secret clearance required.
We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our SRE team within Infrastructure & Security. You’ll work closely with platform engineering, application engineering, security, and customer success to ensure Onebrief’s mission-critical deployments are reliable, secure, and well supported across on-prem DoD and AWS environments.
You’ll lead a team whose work spans customer-facing operations, infrastructure, observability, automation, and application reliability. Most of the team focuses on deploying and operating Onebrief in demanding customer environments.
You’ll own the team’s priorities, planning, execution, and development. A significant part of this role is coordinating work: understanding demand, balancing capacity, sequencing tasks, managing dependencies, and keeping commitments realistic as customer needs change. You’ll help the team deliver immediate operational support while making steady progress on improvements that reduce future support demands.
You’ll bring the technical grounding to evaluate risks, ask useful questions, and guide decisions. Your engineers will own technical implementation and lead incident response. You’ll provide direction, remove blockers, and create the conditions for them to succeed.
You care deeply about reliability and understand the challenges of operating software in environments where connectivity, access, and deployment options can be constrained. You treat infrastructure and operability as products that deserve clear ownership, thoughtful design, and continuous improvement.
You’re an effective people manager who sets clear expectations, gives useful feedback, and helps engineers grow. You build accountability through clear priorities and meaningful ownership, and you recognize when your team needs direction, support, or room to solve a problem.
You’re comfortable managing a changing workload. You can turn competing requests into an actionable plan, account for operational interruptions, and explain what the team can commit to with its available capacity. You surface tradeoffs early and work with stakeholders to make deliberate decisions about scope and timing.
You bring calm and structure when priorities shift or incidents occur. You support engineers leading the response, help resolve escalations, and coordinate with customer-facing partners. You build a culture where engineers can surface risks early and examine failures honestly.
You have the technical judgment to help the team determine whether a recurring problem needs an infrastructure change, better automation, an application fix, or a clearer process. You bring the right people together to address it and ensure they have time to follow through.
Lead and develop the SRE team: Hire, coach, and support engineers across infrastructure, operations, and application reliability. Set expectations, manage performance, support career development, and build the skills and coverage the team needs.
Own capacity and work planning: Maintain a clear view of incoming requests, ongoing support needs, and planned engineering work. Break initiatives into manageable tasks with the team, establish ownership, sequence work, and adjust commitments as priorities or capacity change.
Coordinate delivery across teams: Manage dependencies with platform engineering, application engineering, security, and customer success. Identify blockers early, resolve competing priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
Set the reliability roadmap: Translate customer needs, production data, incident patterns, and operational risks into a prioritized improvement plan. Protect capacity for work that reduces recurring failures and makes deployments easier to operate.
Establish operational ownership: Ensure production deployments have clear support responsibilities, escalation paths, and readiness criteria. Plan with partner teams for new deployments, releases, and ongoing customer support.
Support team-led incident response: Establish sustainable on-call coverage and clear incident response expectations. Coach engineers who serve as incident commanders and lead blameless postmortems / After Action Reviews (AARs). Help the team assess corrective actions, assign ownership, and schedule follow-through.
Guide technical priorities: Work with engineers and technical leads to evaluate approaches to infrastructure, automation, observability, and application reliability. Ensure plans account for operability, security requirements, and the constraints of on-prem and air-gapped environments.
Make reliability and workload visible: Guide the team’s use of SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics. Use service health, support demand, and delivery progress to explain where investment is needed and whether improvements are working.
Reduce operational toil: Give engineers time and support to automate repetitive deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and recovery work. Help turn lessons from individual customer environments into reusable improvements.
An active Secret clearance
5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a related role, with substantial infrastructure and operations experience
Experience directly managing engineers, including coaching, performance management, career development, and hiring
Experience planning team capacity, prioritizing competing requests, and coordinating engineering work across teams

Experience with incident response and post-incident review practices, including helping engineers develop leadership and ownership
Technical judgment sufficient to evaluate engineering proposals, understand operational risks, and guide prioritization
Clear communication, including the ability to explain constraints and negotiate scope, timing, and commitments with stakeholders
You should have practical experience operating production systems and enough breadth to guide engineers working across these areas:
Infrastructure and automation: Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and scripting, using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Go, or Bash
Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes deployment, troubleshooting, and operations

Leads a team of software engineers building operational software products for business management.
Leads and manages an engineering team focused on platform development and application excellence, overseeing technical delivery and team performance.
Leads and builds engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining Sotheby's technology systems, from internal tools to client-facing platforms and real-time auction infrastructure.
ABOUT SOTHEBY’S
Established in 1744, Sotheby’s promotes access and ownership of exceptional art and luxury objects through auctions, private sales and retail. Our deep expertise across 70 selling categories is supported by a leading technology platform and a global network of specialists spanning 40 countries. Selling categories include Contemporary Art, Modern and Impressionist Art, Old Masters, Chinese Works of Art, Jewelry, Watches, Wine and Spirits and Design, as well as collectible cars and real estate through RM Sotheby’s and Concierge. Sotheby’s Financial Services is a leading art lender and provides capital solutions for collectors around the world, having originated more than $12 billion in loans since its inception. Sotheby’s new global headquarters is now open at the iconic Breuer building at 945 Madison Avenue in New York City.
THE ROLE
Established in 1744, Sotheby’s is the world’s premier destination for art and luxury. The engineering that powers it today reflects that same ambition, built on modern technologies and modern practices.
Auctions are the most visible part of what we do, but every sale that runs through Sotheby’s is backed by the entire engineering organisation. The work starts months before a lot crosses the block, from the systems that support how we acquire and value inventory, through to the platforms our clients and specialists interact with daily, the identity and compliance infrastructure that keeps it all trustworthy, and the services that make the live event itself possible.
That breadth is what makes the engineering here different. Whether you’re working on internal tooling, client-facing products, platform infrastructure, or the real-time systems behind a sale moving hundreds of millions of dollars, your work connects to something tangible.
We’re looking for engineering managers who can build and lead the teams that own these systems. People who care as much about the engineers they work with as the software those engineers produce, and who are curious enough to learn a domain that will surprise them.
Our engineering teams are remote-first and globally distributed. It’s how we’re built, and it’s how we intend to stay.
We’re not async-only. There are regular calls, cross-team meetings, and plenty of direct collaboration alongside the written communication you’d expect from a distributed organisation. The balance works because the people here are good at both.
This role is London or remote within the UK.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
You’ve done this before. 3+ years managing teams of five or more engineers. You’ve hired, developed and retained good people. You know what a healthy team looks like and you know how to get there when it isn’t.
You have real technical depth. You don’t need to write code every day, but you can engage credibly with architectural decisions, review trade-offs, and spot when something is going sideways before it becomes an incident. Your engineers trust your judgment because you’ve earned it.
You deliver through others. You’re measured by what your team ships, not what you build yourself. You care about outcomes, not activity.
You communicate clearly and adapt to your audience. Whether that’s giving context to your team, presenting a plan to leadership, writing up a post-mortem, or navigating a difficult conversation with a direct report. You’re comfortable in all of those.
You create clarity in ambiguity. Priorities shift, dependencies tangle, and plans change. You’re the kind of leader who absorbs that complexity and gives your team something they can actually act on.
