Product AI Powered Product Manager at Medrio

Leads product discovery and backlog delivery while using AI tools and low-code platforms to prototype, validate, and communicate software features.

Senior Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Summary:

As an AI-Powered Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution by acting as a hybrid product strategist and AI-assisted builder. You will leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants and no-code/low-code platforms to rapidly build interactive prototypes, validating feature concepts with stakeholders before production development begins. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of product experience, thrives in a fast-paced growth environment, and possesses the exceptional communication skills needed to align both technical teams and non-technical customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with customers to define, document, and validate the scope, functionality, and usability requirements for software features.
  • Translate discovery findings into clear, actionable artifacts—user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes—so stakeholders can see and react to ideas, not just read about them.
  • Manage customer expectations transparently around feature development timelines, releases, and training—keeping communication proactive, not reactive.
  • Represent the product in customer-facing settings including demos, training sessions, and technical sales support as needed.

AI-Powered Product Development

  • Leverage AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code builder platforms, and vibe coding techniques to produce interactive prototypes that validate ideas before a single line of production code is written.
  • Demonstrate new feature concepts to internal teams and customers using working builds—reducing ambiguity and accelerating stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion AI-augmented workflows within the product team: prompt engineering for spec drafting, automated test case generation, rapid documentation, and more.
  • Stay current with the evolving AI tooling landscape and continuously bring high-value techniques back to the team.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Execution

  • Own and maintain a well-groomed product backlog: write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, detailed test cases, and supporting visuals.
  • Collaborate daily with the Scrum team—developers, QA, and design—to ensure features are built, tested, and shipped to spec and on schedule.
  • Communicate sprint progress, milestones, risks, and blockers to all stakeholders with clarity and consistency.

Documentation & Enablement

  • Author and maintain customer-facing content: user manuals, in-app help, best practices guides, and release notes.
  • Develop internal documentation—feature specs, process guides, and onboarding materials—keeping knowledge accessible and up to date.

Skills and Abilities:

  • 4+ years of experience in a product role—product management, product development, or a hybrid builder/PM function.
  • Demonstrable history of using AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to build and ship working prototypes—”vibe coding” is your superpower, not a buzzword.
  • Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and acceptance-criteria definition.
  • Experience writing functional requirements and detailed test cases in an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you write clearly, present confidently, and adapt your message for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in the fast, ambiguous, high-ownership environment of a small, growth-stage company.
  • Proficiency with core productivity tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard SaaS collaboration platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the clinical research industry—sponsors, CROs, eClinical providers, or regulatory frameworks (GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Hands-on experience with eClinical platforms (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, eConsent, RTSM, etc.).
  • Background in a formal AI builder or developer role where you shipped production-quality features with AI assistance.

About Calm

Calm is the leading mental health brand on a mission to make the world happier and healthier. Calm has been recognized as a TIME100 Most Influential Company and one of Fast Company’s Brands That Matter. Learn more at calm.com.

What You'll Do

As a Growth Product Manager on Calm's direct-to-consumer business, you'll help more people discover, adopt, and build daily habits with Calm. You'll own the growth product strategy and roadmap, accountable for driving subscriber growth, activation, revenue per user, and retention. You'll set the priorities, design and run the experiments that test them, and partner with engineering, product design, marketing, data, and research to ship what works. Your goal is to make it effortless for users to form a lasting mindfulness habit while helping Calm reach and sustain its growth goals.

As a Product Manager working on Calm’s direct-to-consumer business, you will drive measurable impact across top-of-funnel conversion, trial-to-paid transitions, user activation, and long-term retention. You will design, execute, and analyze product experiments in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams.

Day to day, you will:

  • Own growth strategy and roadmap: Develop and own Calm's growth product strategy and roadmap, translating company revenue, subscriber, and DAU goals into a prioritized set of bets across activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Run a high-velocity experiment program: Form sharp hypotheses, design and ship A/B tests with engineering and data science, and read results honestly — including the ones that don't win.
  • Remove friction from key journeys: Use quantitative and qualitative data to find where users drop off in onboarding, habit-building, and account flows, then test simpler paths through them.
  • Ship habit mechanics: Build the features that help users plan, track, and celebrate progress, so a first session becomes a daily practice.
  • Write PRDs that make decisions easy: Spell out the job to be done, the opportunity, success metrics, and the plan to ship and iterate — then bring engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership along as the plan changes.

Who You Are

  • A growth PM, or equivalent, who's owned the number: 4+ years in consumer product, with a track record of owning a growth metric (subscriber growth, conversion, retention) and setting the strategy to move it, across consumer mobile (iOS and Android) and web.
  • A subscription-business operator: Fluent in the economics of consumer subscription (trial and paywall conversion, LTV, churn) and how product decisions show up in them.
  • A rapid experimenter: Experienced in fast experiment design and analysis (A/B tests, holdouts, sequential testing), with the statistical judgment to know when a result is real and when it's noise.
  • Data-fluent: Adept at sourcing quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize a roadmap and make feature calls, and decisive when the data won't settle it.
  • A student of habit formation: You know what drives repeat daily usage and how to build the mechanics (streaks, reminders, progress, celebration) that turn a new user into a daily one.
  • AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in leveraging AI tools to drive team velocity and build lasting workflows, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't.
  • Technically agile: Comfortable discussing complexity and tradeoffs with engineers, and able to prototype your own ideas rather than wait in a queue.
  • Exceptional at documentation and organization: You keep the experiment log, results archive, and roadmap docs in a state where anyone can find what was tested, what it showed, and what's live (so the team builds on its own learnings instead of rediscovering them.)
  • A low-ego, persuasive partner: You present your thinking clearly in writing and in the room, to stakeholders and senior leadership alike, hold positions with conviction and update them on evidence, and make Product Design, User Acquisition, Research, and Engineering better for working with you.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in subscription-based consumer tech (onboarding, paywalls, or retention initiatives).
  • Familiarity with product analytics or experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude).
  • Experience working with or passion for the health & wellness domain.
  • Experience in developing features that drive habit formation and lifestyle change.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in growth, product management, or equivalent.

  • You think about the product from both a human and an agent perspective. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on how agents should interact with product surfaces
  • You have experience running experiments and working with product analytics to drive roadmap decisions

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked on platform or horizontal product teams where you set patterns that other teams adopt
  • Have an engineering background or have built software yourself

Product Product Manager, Software Factory at Vercel

Owns the vision, roadmap, workflows, quality standards, and customer adoption of an AI-powered software development automation product.

Senior Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what’s next. For more than a decade we’ve helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now we’re scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention has become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement. You will define how agents help fix bugs, implement features, improve performance, mitigate security issues, improve code quality, and increase test coverage. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you’re located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Software Factory.
  • Define the workflow model — how work moves through classification, analysis, implementation, and review, and where the handoff back to a person belongs
  • Own the trust and quality bar: evals, verification, retry behavior, and what the factory is permitted to touch without human approval
  • Define how factories integrate with where engineering work already lives, including GitHub and Linear, and with agent harnesses such as Codex and Claude Code. And define new dedicated surfaces for how to interact with factory agents.
  • Shape the memory and context model that lets a factory accumulate real knowledge of a repository over time
  • Work directly with design partners and Enterprise customers adopting factories against their own codebases

About You:

  • You’ve worked on developer tooling products, ideally CI/CD, code review, developer productivity, or AI coding tools
  • You have deep hands-on experience with coding agents and a substantiated point of view on where they succeed and where they fail today
  • You have the technical depth to reason about agent orchestration, evals, context management, and sandboxed execution
  • You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
  • You have experience with products whose output is probabilistic, including defining acceptance bars and measuring quality over time
  • You have experience working directly with design partners or Enterprise customers on adopting new engineering workflows

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked on multi-agent systems or agent orchestrators.
  • Have worked on evals or systematic measurement of AI output quality
  • Have worked on products adopted bottom-up by individual developers before spreading to teams
  • Have run or operated a large open-source project

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Product Product Manager, Compute at Vercel

Owns the vision, roadmap, developer experience, pricing, and customer requirements for Vercel’s compute platform.

You will own Vercel’s compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel, Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).

Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called “Fluid compute”. Fluid changed what’s now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we’ve delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid is can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you’ll decide where that platform goes next.

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel’s compute platform.
  • Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic.
  • Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files.
  • Partner with Engineering on the performance and reliability bar for compute, including cold starts and creation time latency
  • Define pricing for new products and resources.
  • Set the compute primitives that adjacent product areas build on, and work with those teams on what they need from the platform
  • Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field on compute requirements that block adoption or scale

About You:

  • You’ve built and shipped infrastructure or developer platform products, ideally compute, serverless, containers, or runtime platforms
  • You have the technical depth to reason about concurrency, cold starts, isolation models, and the cost and performance tradeoffs of a compute platform
  • You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
  • You have experience with AI or agent workloads and how their resource profile differs from conventional web traffic
  • You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on infrastructure requirements
  • You have experience using usage and product analytics data to drive roadmap decisions

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform
  • Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
  • Have worked on multi-runtime platforms and the tradeoffs of supporting several language runtimes
  • Have worked on sandboxing, isolation, or secure execution of untrusted code

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

Product Product Manager | HR Tech, LMS & Talent Platforms | Hybrid, Princeton, NJ | Open to US-based candidates only at Infopro Learning, Inc

Owns an HR technology product area, roadmap, requirements, prototypes, customer discovery, AI feature evaluation, and collaboration with engineering.

Senior Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Product Manager | HR Tech, LMS & Talent Platforms | Hybrid, Princeton, NJ | Open to US-based candidates only

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)

Full-Time, Exempt

Join our AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform, helping organizations understand the skills their people have, the skills their business needs, and the path between the two.

We’re looking for a Product Manager, ideally with a background in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, to own a product area end to end and turn product vision into the specs, prototypes, and decisions that engineering builds from. This role has real scope from day one, including mentorship of associate product talent as the team grows.

If you’re an exceptional communicator, a structured thinker, and someone who already uses AI tools every day to produce better work faster, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

This product is built within Infopro Learning, a global learning and talent solutions company, giving us access to enterprise customers from day one. It’s already in use by real customers, and we’re building rapidly as we help organizations make smarter talent, skills, learning, and workforce decisions through AI.

This role requires some overlap with our India-based team, typically in the Eastern Time morning.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product roadmap for a defined area, turning customer feedback and business priorities into clear requirements, feature briefs, and product documentation

  • Partner closely with engineering leads on scope and tradeoffs, and direct the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and product artifacts using AI-powered tools

  • Build working prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering commits, and define the evaluation criteria that tell us whether an AI feature is working

  • Work daily with engineers to resolve ambiguity and keep delivery on track

  • Lead customer and user conversations, translating insights into prioritized product decisions

  • Maintain and evolve product documentation as priorities shift

  • Mentor associate product managers and help shape how the product team works

  • Build deep expertise in AI, skills intelligence, learning, and talent management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally at an HR tech, LMS, or talent platform company, with a track record of owning features or a product area end to end

  • Excellent written communication and the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into prioritized, actionable plans

  • Strong product thinking and a structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving

  • Experience mentoring or supporting more junior product talent

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and ownership is expected

  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools, not as an occasional aid, but as a core part of how you think, write, and build

  • Authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas for this role.

AI-Native Product Deliverables

Modern product work goes beyond traditional PRDs. In an AI-assisted world, product managers deliver spec documents that both engineers and AI coding tools build from, working prototypes that test ideas before engineering commits, and the prompts and evaluation criteria that define what “good” looks like for AI features.

Who Might Be a Great Fit?

You’ve spent several years around HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, owning product decisions in a role such as product management, implementation, or customer success with product ownership. What matters most is your ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, drive ambiguous problems to resolution, and use AI to accelerate your work.

What You’ll Gain

  • Ownership of a product area within an AI-native platform, built from the ground up

  • Direct exposure to enterprise customers and high-visibility product decisions

  • Deep expertise in the talent, skills, and learning technology space

  • The opportunity to help shape the product team as it grows

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $85,000 to $120,000. Final compensation depends on experience and skill alignment.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off and holidays.

If you’re excited by AI, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and want to lead product decisions on a fast-growing platform, we’d love to hear from you.

Infopro Learning is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application process, please contact learningtalent@infoprolearning.com .

    • Partner with Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable business outcomes.
    • Prioritize PBS investments to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, revenue operations priorities, finance transformation goals, customer experience improvements, and NextGen migration objectives.
    • Balance legacy-system investment with future-state transformation by supporting only the legacy enhancements that deliver measurable value, reduce operational risk, or improve migration readiness.

    • Manage delivery across both business-as-usual (BAU) and NextGen (future-state transformation) workstreams, ensuring clear separation of legacy support, transformation delivery, and migration-readiness activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with technical leads, engineers, QA, enterprise architecture, fulfillment operations, finance operations and customer support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating operational pain points and business needs into system requirements and scalable design decisions.
    • Drive alignment across upstream and downstream teams to ensure impacts are understood before changes are introduced into production.
