Translates customer and business needs into product requirements, prototypes, documentation, and delivery support for an AI-powered HR talent platform.
Associate Product Manager | HR Tech, LMS & Talent Platforms | Hybrid, Princeton, NJ | Open to US-based candidates only
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)
Full-Time, Exempt
Join our AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform, helping organizations understand the skills their people have, the skills their business needs, and the path between the two.
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager, ideally with a background in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, to help turn product vision into the documents, decisions, and experiences that engineering builds from. This is a growth-oriented role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in product management, with mentorship and a clear path to Product Manager.
If you’re an exceptional communicator, a structured thinker, and someone who already uses AI tools every day to produce better work faster, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
This product is built within Infopro Learning, a global learning and talent solutions company, giving us access to enterprise customers from day one. It’s already in use by real customers, and we’re building rapidly as we help organizations make smarter talent, skills, learning, and workforce decisions through AI.
This role requires some overlap with our India-based team, typically in the Eastern Time morning.
What You’ll Do
Transform ideas, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements, feature briefs, and product documentation
Create wireframes, mockups, presentations, and product artifacts using AI-powered tools
Build quick working prototypes with AI tools to test ideas early, and support the team in defining the evaluation criteria that tell us whether an AI feature is working
Work daily with engineers to clarify requirements and support product delivery
Participate in customer and user conversations, translating insights into product improvements
Maintain and refine product documentation as priorities evolve
Build deep expertise in AI, skills intelligence, learning, and talent management
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Implementation, or Customer Success, ideally at an HR tech, LMS, or talent platform company
Excellent written communication and the ability to simplify complex topics clearly
Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into actionable plans
Strong product thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
Eagerness to learn quickly and take on more ownership over time
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
Daily, hands-on use of AI tools, not as an occasional aid, but as a core part of how you think, write, and build
Authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas for this role.
AI-Native Product Deliverables
Modern product work goes beyond traditional PRDs. In an AI-assisted world, product owners deliver spec documents that both engineers and AI coding tools build from, working prototypes that test ideas before engineering commits, and the prompts and evaluation criteria that define what “good” looks like for AI features.
Who Might Be a Great Fit?
You’ve spent your career around HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, in a role such as product management, implementation, customer success, or business analysis. What matters most is your ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, learn quickly, and use AI to accelerate your work.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience building an AI-native product from the ground up
Mentorship and direct exposure to enterprise customers and real-world product decisions
Deep expertise in the talent, skills, and learning technology space
A clear growth path from Associate Product Manager to Product Manager
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $62,000 to $93,000. Final compensation depends on experience and skill alignment.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off and holidays.
If you’re excited by AI, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and want to accelerate your product management career, we’d love to hear from you.

Associate Product Manager supports product operations by tracking data metrics, maintaining documentation as source of truth, QA'ing engineering work, and communicating changes to internal and partner teams.
Tint enables SaaS platforms and marketplaces to unlock growth and improve profitability through embedded insurance. We offer plug-and-play and white-labeled integrations, equipping brands we partner with a sophisticated mix of technology infrastructure, services, and deep industry expertise. Embedded insurance can transform insurance from a product bought separately to a feature of brands consumers love and we are on a mission to make that happen.
Happy Tint customers include Turo, Deel, uShip, Guesty, Neighbor, BabyQuip, and CitizenShipper, among others.
We’ve raised $30M and are backed by world-class investors such as Y Combinator, QED, Deciens, Nyca, Plug and Play, WIN, Soma Capital, and Pioneer Fund.
We’re hiring a Associate Product Manager to support one of our largest and most operationally complex product programs. You’ll report to the Staff Product Manager who owns the program, and work day to day with a small pod of engineers plus ops, data, and partner-facing teammates.
This role sits at the operational core of the product. You’ll support the product and the projects moving through it on the operational side: watching the data behind it, tracking the issues that come in, QA’ing what engineering builds against its acceptance criteria, and keeping everyone, both internally and on the partner side, current on what changed and why.
This is a first product role. You don’t need to know our domain, our partners, or our stack, and we’re not expecting prior PM experience or a technical background. We’re looking for someone curious enough to dig, disciplined enough to close the loop, and unintimidated by unfamiliar systems. The rest we will teach you.
Tint isn’t just focused on transforming the entire insurance industry - we have ambitious goals, value merit and open communication, celebrating diversity and unique ideas. At Tint, we support your personal and professional growth by offering the below benefits:
This role is fully remote, however the ideal candidate will need to work in US time zones and be able to travel as often as 6 - 8 weeks for collaborative work opportunities.
It is Tint’s intent to pay all employees competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Tint’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage employees to stay with our organization.
This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected hiring salary ranges for this role are set forth below.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
Our careers page has everything you need to get a real feel for who we are — the traits we hire for, how we operate as a remote-first team, recent company news, and why people love working here. Worth a look before your interview.
Tint uses AI tools to support parts of our hiring process, including resume review and candidate evaluation. These tools inform but do not replace human judgment. All hiring decisions are made by people.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive company. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives. Tint is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities. Please let your recruiter know if you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability.
