Leads new-rider incubation programs, analyzes onboarding performance, coordinates training and support, and improves the early rider journey.

What this role involves

Hey, mabuhay! 👋

Thanks for dropping by. We know looking for the right job can feel like being stuck in EDSA traffic, so we’ll keep it moving and get straight to the point.

With over 8 million downloads and a powerful network of thousand of dedicated biker-partners, we are a leading ride-hailing platform operating across the Philippines. Our vision is to end poverty in the Philippines through revolutionary transportation solutions. We aim to provide our customers with convenient, reliable, and safe rides, impacting millions of lives positively every single day.

Now, we’re looking for a Incubation Manager, to lead one of the most important parts of our business: helping newly signed-up riders become confident, successful, and consistently earning members of the Angkas community.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a step-by-step program that helps new riders build confidence, develop good habits, and reach consistent earnings within their first month.
  • Set clear, achievable milestones for new riders at each stage of their journey — from completing their first successful trip to becoming a regular, dependable earner.
  • Analyze rider behavior and performance data to identify exactly where new riders tend to struggle or drop off, and design targeted solutions to address those specific problems.
  • Develop and manage communications (in-app messages, notifications, and other content) that motivate and guide new riders through their early weeks on the platform.
  • Collaborate with our Product team to improve in-app features that make it easier for new riders to succeed — things like guided walkthroughs, earnings tools, and progress tracking.
  • Work closely with our Operations team to make sure the on-the-ground onboarding experience (training, orientation, local support) is consistent and effective across different locations.
  • Partner with our Data team to track key performance indicators, measure the success of new programs, and continuously refine the new rider journey based on real results.
  • Coordinate with our rider community and support programs to connect new riders with mentorship, peer support, and other resources that help them succeed early on.

At Angkas, we believe in giving our people the trust and flexibility to work in a way that helps them and their teams perform at their best. Whether you’re working onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid setup, we provide the flexibility, you bring the drive. ⚡

Let’s get this show on the road!🚦

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer/user lifecycle management, growth, or a related field — ideally in a business where you had to help new customers or partners succeed early on (e.g., a marketplace, subscription service, gig-economy platform, or app-based business).
  • A track record of using data to figure out why something isn’t working, not just reporting that it isn’t working. You should be comfortable digging into numbers to find the real reason behind a problem before proposing a solution.
  • Experience with tools that send automated messages or communications to users based on their behavior (for example, tools that send reminders, tips, or offers at the right moment).
  • Strong ability to work with different teams — you’ll regularly collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to get things done.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both in writing and in person.
  • A genuine interest in understanding what motivates people who earn their income through flexible, independent work — and how to support them.
  • Experience in the Philippine market is a strong plus. Familiarity with ride-hailing, delivery, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.

Work your way – Enjoy flexibility and the freedom to thrive in your role.

Work-life balance – Build a career without sacrificing your personal life.

Free perks – Fuel up with free meals and stay active with gym access.

Grow fast – Unlock career advancement and promotion opportunities.

Get rewarded – Earn a competitive salary with opportunities for pay increases.

Operations Senior Product Operations Manager at Tekmetric

Leads product operations, coordinating processes, cross-functional execution, and operational improvements for Tekmetric's software business.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tekmetric

Tekmetric is the all-in-one, cloud-based software helping auto repair shops run smarter, grow faster, and serve customers better.

Built by a shop owner and shaped by the needs of the industry, Tekmetric brings together innovation, real-world experience, and a thriving community to help shops thrive - not just survive. From running a shop, to securing payments to engaging customers, our platform simplifies operations so shop owners can focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional service, earning trust, and growing sustainably.

Officially founded in Houston in 2017, Tekmetric has grown from a single shop’s vision to the industry’s leading solution - all by staying true to our values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset.

But we’re not just building shop management software. We’re building a movement. We’re empowering repair shops to rise above the daily grind, create meaningful connections with their customers, and lead the industry forward - one interaction at a time.

Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.

Working the Tekmetric Way

At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.

We move fast, stay curious, and take full ownership of our results — no excuses, no finger-pointing. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and view honest feedback as fuel for growth, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your manager’s). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.

Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves — but if you’re driven by meaningful work and real results, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and you’ll thrive. If that energizes you, we can’t wait to meet you.

At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Product Operations Manager will be the analytical and operational engine behind how product outcomes are defined, measured, and understood across Tekmetric. This person will work closely with product leadership to build the company’s metrics program from the ground up, contributing to its design, owning execution, and bringing the statistical foundation that makes it credible. If you’ve worked inside a well-run analytics or metrics program and have been waiting for the chance to help build one, this is that seat.

Responsibilities:

Metrics Program Design & Outcome Modeling

  • Partner with product leadership to design and evolve Tekmetric’s product metrics program, contributing to what we measure, why it matters, and how metrics connect to the outcomes the business is trying to drive.
  • Build and maintain a multi-variable outcome model that captures the relationships between product inputs and business results across retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement.
  • Apply statistical methods, including regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling, to validate metric definitions and ensure the model reflects how the business actually works, not just what’s easy to measure.
  • Contribute to the frameworks, taxonomies, and standards that make metrics consistent, trustworthy, and actionable across product and leadership.

Insights & Analytics

  • Conduct proactive, deep-dive analyses to uncover customer behavior trends, product usage patterns, friction points, and revenue-impact opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic insights that inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs, not just findings, but clear recommendations with a point of view on what to do next and why it matters.
  • Translate data into compelling narratives for executive reviews, board decks, and product planning cycles.
  • Manage your own backlog of analytical work, identifying what needs attention, setting priorities, and closing the loop with stakeholders on what was learned and what it means.

Enablement & Data Democratization

  • Develop easy-to-use dashboards, templates, and toolkits that empower PMs and cross-functional teams to self-serve insights.
  • Train stakeholders on how to interpret and leverage product data to make better decisions.

Operations Senior Product Operations Manager at Tekmetric

Manages product operations, coordinating processes, cross-functional execution, and operational improvements for Tekmetric’s software business.

  • Standardize reporting practices across product teams, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Data Infrastructure & Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to define and maintain event tracking, taxonomy standards, and data governance practices across the product.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support strategic product decisions.
  • Build and maintain core product metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models within the existing analytics stack (Looker, Pendo, Mixpanel, Redshift).

The Manager, Complex Investigations Unit leads a team of investigators responsible for the review, investigation, and resolution of complex and high-risk financial crime matters across AML, Sanctions, and Fraud domains. The role bridges investigative execution and program ownership: the Manager applies the escalation, quality, and documentation frameworks established by the VP, Complex Investigations, and ensures those standards are executed consistently by the Analysts performing the casework. The Manager serves as the day-to-day escalation point for multi-account, multi-entity, and cross-product matters, reviews and challenges SAR decisioning and narratives before final disposition, manages workload assignment and capacity, and develops investigator capability through coaching, calibration, and targeted training. The Manager is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of the unit’s investigative outputs under OCC, FinCEN, and internal program standards, and escalates novel typologies, systemic issues, and emerging risks to the VP, Complex Investigations.

What You Will Do:

  • Complex Investigations & Escalation Management

    • Manage the intake, assignment, and resolution of complex and high-risk investigations across products and customer types, including multi-account, multi-entity, and cross-product matters.
    • Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for urgent or high-severity matters, elevating to the VP, Complex Investigations where senior leadership awareness or immediate action is required.
    • Apply and enforce established escalation and routing criteria, including handling of repeat SAR subjects, continuing activity, and examiner-, audit-, or enforcement-referred matters.
    • Ensure appropriate identification of subjects, activity scope, and risk exposure across the unit’s caseload.
    • Identify emerging typologies, thematic issues, and potential control gaps surfaced through casework and escalate with supporting analysis and recommendations.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly manage a team of Complex Investigations Analysts; assign work, manage capacity and coverage, and balance inventory against aging and regulatory timeliness requirements.
  • Partner with People & Culture on hiring and staffing for the unit, including requisitions, interviews, and selection.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, and deliver coaching and development plans; address performance issues with timely documentation and escalation.
  • Build team capability through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and targeted training on typologies, investigative methods, and narrative quality.
  • Promote a strong control culture, accountability, and adherence to procedures, desktop procedures, and checklists.

Investigative Oversight, SAR Quality & Documentation

  • Review and challenge investigative analyses, conclusions, and SAR/no-SAR determinations to confirm they are sound, defensible, and fully documented.
  • Ensure SAR narratives, Continuing Activity Reports (CARs), and decisioning meet regulatory expectations and withstand examiner, audit, and law enforcement scrutiny.
  • Confirm investigative documentation meets the five-element documentation baseline and internal quality standards prior to filing or closure.
  • Oversee the unit’s response to QC/QA feedback; drive remediation of identified defects and calibrate standards across analysts to reduce repeat findings.
  • Support 314(a)/314(b), OFAC, and PEP-related investigative activity assigned to the unit.

Program Execution, Governance & Reporting

  • Execute the investigative standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks owned by the VP, Complex Investigations, and provide feedback to strengthen them.
  • Monitor and report unit-level metrics, including inventory, aging, timeliness, SAR volumes, and quality results, to BSA/AML leadership.
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation activities tied to investigations, escalations, audit findings, and MRAs.
  • Maintain examiner-ready case artifacts and contribute to procedure, desktop procedure, and checklist updates as processes evolve.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regulatory Support

  • Partner with Sanctions Operations, Fraud Operations, Compliance Advisory, Legal, and Technology on cross-domain and sensitive high-risk matters.
  • Support regulatory examinations, internal audit, and model/program validation efforts by preparing case artifacts and coordinating responses to information requests. Provide investigative support and coaching to product-aligned SAM, Fraud, and Sanctions teams to drive consistency across the enterprise.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Business, or related field).
  • CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud investigations experience, including SAR decisioning and filing.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-risk typologies and multi-account or multi-entity investigations.
  • Working knowledge of transaction monitoring systems (e.g., Actimize, FCRM) and watchlist/screening tools (e.g., Bridger).
  • Demonstrated success defending investigative decisions in audit, exam, or regulatory settings.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to review and elevate SAR narrative quality and to present results to senior leadership.

Products & Services Knowledge

SAR narratives and investigative conclusions must accurately describe how funds move through each Pathward product, and the unit reviews activity across the full estate. The Manager must hold product-level knowledge of the funds flows, typologies, and party designations across the Bank’s seven product categories and its program-manager model, including:

  • Card Issuing / Prepaid — GPR, payroll, corporate disbursement, gift, government-benefit and student cards, and the load/spend typologies (structuring, funnel accounts, bust-out) that drive SAR narratives.
  • Tax Products (EPS Financial / Refund Advantage) — refund transfers, taxpayer advances (including Emerald Advance®), and tax-office loans, and the IRS/ERO funds flows behind seasonal SAR/CTR volume.
  • Acquiring (Merchant & ATM) — merchant/ISO/payment-facilitator activity, transaction laundering, and ATM cash-access typologies.
  • Digital Payments & Faster Payments (Visa Direct / Mastercard Send) — push/pull disbursements, P2P, and cross-border rails.
  • Consumer Lending, Commercial Finance, and Commercial Deposits — the CTR, continuing-activity, and 314(a) obligations Pathward retains as lender/bank of record and depository institution.

The Bank-vs-Program-Manager framework — Pathward files all SARs, CTRs, and 314(a) responses, so the Manager and their team must trace activity back through the program-manager escalation model.

The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.

Director leads enterprise operational transformation initiatives, process improvement programs, and post-acquisition integrations across the organization.

Exec Hybrid Posted 14 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

How You’ll Shape Our Success

TSS is growing rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions, and we need an experienced operator to help us scale how the business works. As Director of Operational Transformation and Integrations, you will lead enterprise initiatives that improve processes, strengthen operating discipline, integrate acquired companies, and turn business needs into practical, measurable solutions.

This is an operations-led transformation role, not an IT leadership position. Technology will often enable the work, but your focus will be the business: understanding how work gets done today, designing a better future state, building the structure required to execute, and ensuring changes are adopted and sustained.

You will bring the rigor of a scaled organization without overcomplicating the solution. The right person is a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable mapping a process, analyzing performance data, structuring a major program, leading an integration, and helping leaders and frontline teams navigate change.

Your Day-to-Day Environment

  • Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and acquired companies to solve cross-functional business challenges
  • Move between strategy and hands-on execution, from diagnosing a process and analyzing data to building the roadmap and leading implementation
  • Lead multiple enterprise initiatives using clear governance, milestones, decision points, risks, and measurable outcomes
  • Manage and develop project managers, business analysts, and data analysts
  • Translate structured transformation methods into practical tools that fit the audience and the business
  • Travel approximately 10–25% to support integrations and other strategic initiatives

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

  • Build and lead TSS’s operational transformation roadmap, turning business priorities into sequenced programs with clear owners, milestones, and measurable results
  • Assess how work is performed across the company; map current-state processes, identify root causes and constraints, and design scalable future-state processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, capacity, customer experience, or revenue performance
  • Establish practical operating mechanisms, including KPIs, dashboards, management cadences, standard work, accountability structures, and continuous-improvement routines
  • Serve as the business leader for major system deployments, partnering with IT and functional teams from requirements and process design through testing, rollout, adoption, and value realization
  • Support acquisition due diligence through operational assessments, process and systems reviews, risk identification, and integration planning
  • Lead post-acquisition integration across people, operating processes, systems, data, and performance management while protecting business continuity and respecting the strengths of the acquired company
  • Build repeatable integration playbooks, tools, and governance that improve speed, consistency, and value realization across future acquisitions
  • Structure major programs with the appropriate core team, executive sponsors or steering committee, decision gates, dependencies, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, test assumptions, measure impact, and ensure improvements are sustained
  • Develop project managers and analysts to operate as strong business partners who bring clarity, insight, and execution discipline
  • Lead change with sound judgment and high emotional intelligence, introducing only the level of structure needed to help the business move forward

Perks, Pay, and Benefits

  • Earn $130,000–$170,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus, based on your experience, skills, and overall qualifications
  • Opportunity to influence how a rapidly growing company operates and integrates future acquisitions
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Professional growth opportunities and direct exposure to executive leadership

Your Journey With Us

  • Recruiter screen
  • Interview with the hiring manager
  • Business case study and presentation
  • Conditional offer
  • Background check
  • Start your new role!

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operational transformation, operational excellence, business operations, process improvement, enterprise programs, integration leadership, or related work
  • 5+ years leading and developing teams, including experience managing project managers, business analysts, data analysts, or continuous-improvement professionals
  • Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional programs from problem definition and business case through implementation, adoption, and measurable results
  • Hands-on experience using Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, root-cause analysis, or comparable process-improvement methods; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience serving as the business or program leader for at least one significant ERP, CRM, field-service, workflow, or data-platform deployment from planning through launch and adoption
  • Direct experience leading or sponsoring post-acquisition integrations and aligning operating processes, teams, systems, and data
  • Experience establishing program governance, including core teams, executive sponsors or steering committees, decision gates, KPIs, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Strong analytical capability and a record of tying transformation work to quantified business outcomes
  • Business judgment and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand how process and systems decisions affect customers, employees, revenue, cost, and scalability
  • Experience in field services, healthcare services, laboratory services, manufacturing, or another multi-site service environment is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs

We are especially interested in candidates whose resumes show measurable results. Examples may include cost savings, productivity or capacity gains, shorter cycle times, improved quality, increased revenue, faster integrations, stronger adoption, or improved customer outcomes.

  • Partners with Governance, Risk & QA on QA/QC themes, procedure adequacy, corrective actions, and audit and exam evidence; partners with Strategy, Analytics & Product Controls on detection rules, thresholds, and control improvements.
  • Recommends changes to policies and procedures affecting fraud alerting, investigation, and escalation, and drives continuous improvement in alert-to-case workflows, automation, documentation standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Manages, mentors, and develops management and analyst talent, including hiring, assigning and directing work, establishing goals, evaluating performance, developing schedules and standards, and resolving employee-related issues; may hold budget responsibilities.

  • Strong people leadership, including developing managers, building scalable structures, and setting performance and quality standards.
  • Sound judgment under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing queues, manage escalations, and balance risk-based approaches with regulatory expectations.
