Leads Tubi’s consumer and brand communications strategy, shaping earned media, cultural storytelling, campaigns, and product narratives.
About the Role:
Tubi is looking for a Director, Consumer & Brand Communications to help shape how one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms shows up in culture.
Reporting to the VP, Communications, this leader will own communications strategy across Tubi’s brand, consumer, and platform storytelling: connecting what Tubi is building and marketing to the conversations, communities, and cultural moments that matter to audiences.
We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and creativity, planned campaigns and real-time culture, earned media and emerging forms of influence. Someone who asks, “Why would anyone care?” and “What is uniquely Tubi about this?” before “What’s the PR plan?” Someone who can work upstream with Brand, Product, Social, Content, and other partners to help find the story before the campaign is formed.
The right person deeply understands how earned attention works today. They know how to tell a story that can travel through journalists, creators, communities, social conversation, partnerships, and unexpected cultural moments: and how those channels can work together to change what people understand about a brand.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles or New York office. You must be willing to travel to our office 2-3 days/week.
What You’ll Do:
Your Background:

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager owns two connected mandates: generating partner-sourced demand, and building the partner capability to convert it. On demand, the role leads channel and co-marketing planning and manages the programs that fund and feed the partner pipeline — MDF/PDF, lead sharing, trial campaigns, and annual joint marketing planning. On capability, it designs, delivers, and measures the enablement programs that equip partners to sell Chaos products effectively, owning readiness, onboarding, ongoing training, and certification against the product portfolio and commercial strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Partner marketing:
Work closely with the Channel Managers to understand business goals and planned revenue growth per territory and region, and translate those targets into partner marketing plans and channel-only campaigns where they make commercial sense.
Deliver consistent, high-quality partner communication - owning the partner newsletter, portal updates, and release communications to ensure partners are informed and engaged.
Build annual joint marketing plans with strategic partners: agreeing objectives and activities per partner, supporting and tracking execution through the year, and reporting on performance quarterly and annually.
Run the Partner Development Fund (PDF) program: review and approve requests, support and track funded activities, and report on return.
Manage the Partner Trial Program and other lead-sharing initiatives, with accountability for partner follow-up and conversion, not just lead volume.
Support alignment across the go-to-market organisation on behalf of the channel marketing: working with Product Marketing, Direct Sales, and other GTM teams to keep partner-facing plans, campaigns, and release communication moving in step, and to represent partner needs in cross-team planning.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with channel partners and the Channel Managers, acting as the marketing point of contact for the partners in scope.
Partner enablement:
Own the partner training cadence and the partner-facing Learning Management System (LMS): maintain the curriculum, retire outdated content, publish new modules alongside product releases, and keep certification requirements current.
Design and deliver partner enablement programmes, building role-based learning paths, sales plays, and certification paths for sales-facing partner audiences.
Create and commission enablement assets - product documents, competitive battle cards, and objection handling - drawing on Product Marketing, Solutions and Direct Sales for source material.
Deliver 1:1 and small-group workshops and live sessions for priority partners alongside regional Channel Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on product positioning, customer use cases and best-practice selling motions.
Track engagement and performance metrics across training, certification and enablement content, and use them to improve program effectiveness.
Required Experience
5+ years in channel or partner-facing roles: channel marketing, partner enablement, channel management, or a mix.
Experience working with an indirect sales model: resellers, VARs, distributors, with hands-on experience building joint marketing plans with individual partners and owning recurring partner-facing communication such as a newsletter, portal, or resource hub.
Hands-on experience managing MDF, co-op funds, or a comparable partner marketing budget, including approvals and performance reporting.
Experience building and running training programmes or certification paths for a sales-facing audience, and delivering workshops or live sessions with confidence.
Experience creating partner-facing product documentation, competitive battle cards, and sales plays.
Experience working alongside a channel or indirect sales team, translating commercial targets into partner marketing activity and reporting on revenue contribution.
Advantageous: software or SaaS vendor environment; multi-region scope; familiarity with 3D, design, AEC, or media & entertainment markets.
Working knowledge of marketing and enablement tooling: LMS platforms, PRM or partner portals, marketing automation, and CRM reporting.
Required Skills
Manage multiple concurrent partner programmes and stakeholder relationships without losing pace or accuracy: track commitments, surface risks early, and keep cross-functional workstreams moving in parallel.
Applies commercial and analytical thinking, comfortable working with data and acting on what it shows.
Influence without authority, across independent partner businesses and internal GTM teams.
Clear, structured written and verbal communication, including presenting plans and results.
Strong editorial judgement: able to brief, adapt, and quality-check partner-facing content and enablement materials.
Relationship building across cultures, with a service-oriented but goal-driven approach to partners.
Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Confidentiality of all applications is assured.

Manages Google Ads campaigns across multiple international e-commerce brands, optimizing performance and ROI while overseeing ÂŁ250k+ monthly ad spend.
ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC.
As we scale toward €160m+ annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us ASAP and take ownership of the Google Ads performance of one of our brands within our portfolio, with direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and profitability.
This is not a typical agency PPC role focused on managing a handful of campaigns. You will be working inside a multi-brand international e-commerce group with significant advertising budgets, multiple markets, and direct visibility into how your work impacts revenue and profitability.
Google Ads is a core part of our growth strategy. We operate across multiple countries and brands, creating both complexity and opportunity. We are looking for people who enjoy working with large datasets, finding performance opportunities, and continuously improving results through testing, analysis, and execution.
You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to ensure campaigns are not only performing well today but continue to scale efficiently as the business grows. You will take hands-on responsibility for Google Ads across international markets, managing ÂŁ250,000+ in monthly spend.
This is an urgent hire with an immediate start available. The role is London-based hybrid, with one day per week working from our London office and the remainder working remotely.
Take ownership of Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability
Be directly accountable for growth, efficiency, and performance within your portfolio
Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience segments
Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives
Work closely with developers and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance and landing page effectiveness
Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
Stay current with platform developments, AI-driven advertising features, and industry best practices
Contribute to testing strategies and experimentation frameworks that improve long-term account performance
You will not be joining a business that is trying to figure out whether Google Ads works. It already does. Your role is to help us take performance to the next level by identifying opportunities, improving efficiency, and scaling what works. We operate in a competitive e-commerce environment where small improvements can have a significant impact.
You will be working with experienced colleagues who move quickly and care about results. We value people who can think independently, challenge assumptions with data, and take ownership of outcomes. This is not a support role and it is not a reporting role. You will be trusted to make decisions, own results, and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.
This role is strictly for candidates with in-house e-commerce experience. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.
We are looking for people who have owned performance outcomes inside an e-commerce business, where success is measured by revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth rather than client management and campaign delivery. You should have experience working directly within a commercial business and be comfortable taking ownership of results, not simply providing recommendations. Our office is near High Street Kensington tube station - we offer a hybrid model.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability
Strong experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Proven experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team rather than as an agency, consultant, or freelancer
Comfortable analysing large datasets and identifying actionable insights
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement
Able to take ownership and make decisions independently
We are actively pushing AI and automation across the business, so you need to be comfortable working in that direction and not resistant to change
Senior, but practical
Data-driven without becoming overly theoretical
Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
Naturally curious and always looking for performance improvements
Focused on outcomes rather than activity
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Motivated by building and scaling rather than simply maintaining campaigns
Available to start immediately / ASAP
We are investing in building a stronger presence there and expect it to become an increasingly important location for our team over time. Our wider team is spread across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou.
The role requires travel approximately every 4-8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, London, or other team locations for planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions. While most work is done remotely, we believe that spending time together in person remains valuable, particularly as the company continues to scale.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international e-commerce business over the coming years.
In Our Culture at ennovationHUB, We Value:
Accountability over excuses
Execution over talk
Clarity over politics
Learning through doing
