What this role involves

Our Purpose

At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here.

About Us

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As an Integrated Campaign Manager, you will be tasked with owning the strategy behind one of SentinelOne’s highest-priority demand generation campaigns. Sitting within the Demand Generation & Campaigns team, this role is the connective tissue between Product Marketing and Regional Leaders (AMER, EMEA & APJ) to develop a cohesive strategy, working with the teams across paid digital, events, webinars, email, and ABM who will execute, and tracking performance through pipeline. It’s an ideal role for a marketer who’s hands-on, channel-fluent, and driven by pipeline outcomes.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Own the end-to-end integrated campaign strategy, from creative brief through launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Translate Product Marketing positioning and messaging into a cross-channel campaign architecture that connects awareness through pipeline.
  • Build and maintain the campaign calendar, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across all internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Campaign Leads and adjacent campaign programs to identify opportunities for cross-campaign synergy or audience overlap.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for campaign performance, owning the KPI dashboard and presenting results to Demand Gen leadership.
  • Work with Product Marketing to identify, brief, and activate the campaign content assets needed at each funnel stage.
  • Provide messaging feedback and content direction grounded in campaign performance signals and audience insights.
  • Jointly plan with partner marketing and sequence partner activation against the core campaign timeline so channel motions reinforce the direct campaign rather than competing with it.
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to adapt the campaign to theater-level realities, managing strategic input, ongoing communication, and joint accountability to KPIs.
  • Work with the paid media team on media plans and audience targeting strategies, ensuring paid programs are tightly aligned with ICP and ABM account lists.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize ad creative, audience targeting, and spend allocation based on performance data.
  • Own the audience acquisition, promotion, and follow-up strategy for campaign webinars in collaboration with the Webinars Team.
  • Partner with the Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to embed the campaign into appropriate nurture tracks and lifecycle journeys.
  • Ensure content assets and campaign activations are properly tagged, tracked, and attributable within Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Coordinate localization needs for priority markets, and build campaign kits that make regional activation seamless.
  • Partner with the ABX team to build account-level targeting lists for the campaign, leveraging 6sense or DemandBase intent signals.
  • Coordinate personalized campaign plays for strategic accounts, aligning marketing touchpoints with SDR and sales outreach.
  • Track account-level engagement and pipeline influence for ABM-targeted accounts within the campaign.
  • Define campaign KPIs and own regular reporting cadences.
  • Monitor funnel conversion metrics, and bring optimization recommendations to the team.
  • Deliver performance readouts to Demand Gen leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations for budget, channel mix, and creative adjustments.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on integrated campaign management and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of taking integrated campaigns to market across multiple channels, including paid digital, events, content/email, and/or ABM.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, Content, and Marketing Ops teams.
  • Experience marketing in the cybersecurity industry, especially to security operations, or IT/security leadership personas.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo and Salesforce); comfort managing campaigns within these systems.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to read campaign performance data, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to translate complex technical messaging into crisp, compelling campaign briefs and copy directions.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed marketing org with both global strategy and regional execution teams, having built campaigns that regional teams could actually run, and comfortable collaborating across time zones.
  • Fluency with AI tools in day-to-day marketing workflow, using them to accelerate research, briefing, analysis, and content iteration.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a partner-led organization, and familiarity with MSPs/MSSPs, distribution partners, and CSPs.
  • Hands-on experience with intent and ABM platforms such as 6sense or DemandBase.
  • Familiarity with ABX strategy, including account selection, tiering, and personalized campaign plays.
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and how to accurately tie campaign activities to pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Experience building campaigns for multiple markets, including localization and regional adaptation.

Our platform is trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. Founded in 2011, AlphaSense is headquartered in New York City with more than 2,000 employees across the globe and offices in the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland. Come join us!

About the Role:

The Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager owns both the strategy and scaled production of customer proof-point content: case studies, customer quotes and testimonials, logo usage and compliance, and the customer reviews program (G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius). This role also owns the Customer Awards program, on-site customer content capture (video/filming) at flagship events, and the review-platform vendor relationships and budget. The ideal candidate can set a proof-point content roadmap and prioritize it against business impact, not just execute a queue — while also running a high-volume content operation end-to-end, from sourcing through legal and customer approval. This role partners closely with our Senior Manager who owns high-touch programs like our CAB, Executive Sponsorship, RKO, and customer community.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of setting a content roadmap and prioritizing initiatives against business impact, not just delivering against an intake queue.
  • Proven track record of owning content projects end-to-end, including legal/compliance coordination.
  • Experience owning vendor relationships and budget, ideally for review-generation or reference platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for turning customer insight into compelling assets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content intelligence tools (e.g., Peerbound, Gong) preferred.
  • Comfortable managing on-site logistics for large customer-facing events.

What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Prioritization

  • Define the annual case study and proof-point content roadmap in partnership with Product Marketing, aligned to revenue and pipeline priorities.
  • Determine which customer stories, quotes, and proof points to pursue based on expected pipeline, bookings, and adoption impact, rather than a first-in-first-out intake queue.

Content Production

  • Own the scaled creation and end-to-end delivery of customer content — quotes, testimonials, and case studies — from sourcing through legal and customer approval.
  • Use tools like Peerbound to transform customer insights from Gong calls into approved, actionable content at scale.
  • Own the creation and promotion of customer spotlights.
  • Manage updates to existing case studies and customer stories as messaging and strategy evolve.

Customer Reviews & Platform Ownership

  • Own the customer reference database and the review-generation program across platforms including G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and TrustRadius.
  • Own vendor relationships and budget for review platforms, including contract renewals and spend decisions.

Logo Management

  • Own the end-to-end process for customer logo usage, ensuring adherence to contract terms and legal/brand compliance.

Customer Awards Program

  • Own the customer awards program on a recurring annual cadence: nominee sourcing, winner selection coordination, winner notification, awards production, and integration into the event schedule.

Event Content Capture

  • Own on-site video filming and customer engagement logistics at flagship events, including building the customer filming schedule and securing signed participation agreements ahead of the event.

Workflow & Operations

  • Own and continuously refine the end-to-end content workflow, from intake to publication.
  • Project manage creation, review, and approval processes for all customer proof-point assets.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report on the performance and business impact of proof-point content (pipeline, bookings, adoption influence).
  • Deliver regular reporting to stakeholders and feed the consolidated advocacy narrative owned by the Advocacy Programs Senior Manager.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain proactive communication with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and Legal.
  • Serve as the point of contact and escalation path for each owned initiative; surface project risks before they affect a deadline.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range

$90,000—$124,000 USD

AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. All employees share in the responsibility for fulfilling AlphaSense’s commitment to equal employment opportunity. AlphaSense does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, military or veteran status, disability, or any other non-merit factor. Marketing Head of Corporate Communications at Nash

Leads corporate communications, media relations, executive messaging, analyst engagement, and market positioning for an AI logistics company.

Exec Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Background

Nash is a logistics AI company that moves real things in the real world. Our platform plans, dispatches and adjusts deliveries for brands like Walmart, 7-Eleven, Ahold Delhaize and Square, and every decision it makes ends with groceries, prescriptions or a dinner order arriving at someone’s door. It already dispatches to drones and autonomous vehicles alongside human drivers, through partners like Flytrex and Autolane. Most AI stories play out on a screen. Ours plays out in stores, on streets and at front doors, which makes it more consequential, harder to explain, and a far better story when it’s told well.

We’re backed by a16z and Y Combinator, and a new category is forming around what we do: autonomic logistics, meaning systems that plan, run and improve delivery operations continuously on their own. We’re hiring our first Head of Corporate Communications to make sure Nash is the company telling that story.

The Role

You’ll own how Nash is understood by everyone outside a sales conversation: press, analysts, our own team, our customers’ executives and the wider market. You’ll report to our Chief Growth Officer (Twilio, Plaid, Salesforce) and work closely with our CEO on his external voice, alongside a small, senior, fast-moving team. We’re not looking for someone to write press releases on request. We want the person who gets the market to understand a category before it has a Magic Quadrant.

What We’re Looking For

Editorial judgment. You know the difference between something we’d like to announce and something a reporter wants to write about, and you can find the second inside the first.

Business fluency. You understand why a grocer buys from us and what a technical buyer pushes back on, because coverage only matters if it shapes the deals Sales is working next quarter.

Composure. When AI makes a mistake in the physical world, someone’s groceries arrive late, and that can become a story quickly. When it does, you already have the plan, and the right people already know what to say.

AI-native craft. You use Claude to read a reporter’s last fifty bylines before you pitch them, to build monitoring that surfaces the three things that matter each morning, and to run a mock hostile interview with our CEO before a launch. Journalists spot AI-written copy instantly, so the research goes deep and what goes out sounds like a person wrote it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Nash’s corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners and our own team, working alongside Product Marketing, which owns product positioning.

  • Build our media program across business, technology and trade press, including supply chain, retail, grocery and the growing autonomous delivery beat.

  • Build analyst relations from scratch, so autonomic logistics becomes a category analysts can describe accurately, with Nash as the reference point.

  • Prepare our CEO and senior leaders as spokespeople, each with a recognizable voice and a clear point of view.

  • Own internal communications, so the team hears important news from us before they read it anywhere else.

  • Turn customer wins into public proof, making sure every figure can survive a reporter asking how it was calculated.

  • Own issues and crisis management, along with speaking, awards and agency relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in communications, with in-house leadership at a high-growth B2B technology company, or senior agency experience and a real appetite to move in-house.

  • Has built or led an analyst relations program for a complex enterprise platform.

  • Real relationships with business, technology and trade press, and a track record of placing stories there.

  • Has prepared C-level executives as spokespeople.

  • Uses Claude (or an equivalent LLM) as a core part of how you research, prepare and work, well beyond copy editing.

  • Exceptional writing, strong opinions held loosely, and the discretion to hear everything first.

  • Bonus: experience on the analyst side, category creation at an infrastructure, logistics or autonomy company, or a public writing presence of your own.

  • Location: Bay Area (hybrid) or US remote.

How to Apply

Send your resume, links to coverage or campaigns you’ve owned, and a short note on the story you’re proudest of getting told. Or skip the cover letter and send a Loom of you pitching Nash to a reporter of your choice in under five minutes.

Want to skip the queue? Record a video at testimonials.nash.ai with code JOIN-NASH, and your application will ping us directly in Slack.

More about Nash

Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.

Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company’s own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.

We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.

Marketing CRO Marketing Manager - Web (Remote, Contract) at Huckleberry

Owns web conversion and experimentation, optimizing the full funnel through testing, interactive tools, AI-driven systems, and cross-functional marketing partnerships.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Huckleberry

At Huckleberry, our purpose is simple yet powerful: to build life-changing products and experiences that help all families unlock everyday magic.

Today, more than 6.5 million families trust Huckleberry and our app to be their partner through parenthood. Real pediatric expertise works hand-in-hand with data science, AI, and behavioral science to provide support behind-the-scenes that guides every parent through their unique journey.

We believe every family should feel taken care of—which is why we’re growing quickly and expanding our product offerings to help every family thrive.

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager - Web to own conversion across Huckleberry’s web experience — from the first visit through app install, free trial, and purchase.  This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week, 1099 contract position.

You’ll carry your own web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, and you’ll own the experimentation program that moves it. The work spans further than most CRO roles. You’ll write build specs for interactive web tools, partner with our Guidance team to make sure anything we tell a parent is clinically sound, and build AI-driven systems that let a small team run a testing cadence that would otherwise take several people.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing on an interim basis and is expected to move under the Senior Director of User Acquisition and Growth once that role is filled. You’ll work closely with Brand Editorial, Guidance, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships, and User Acquisition.

Areas of Responsibility

Web Conversion & Experimentation

  • Target Ownership: Own a web conversion target that rolls up into our broader user acquisition goal, expressed as either acquisition or revenue depending on current company priority. When that expression changes, you re-point the roadmap without losing program continuity.

  • Full Funnel Optimization: Drive conversion across the entire web path — blog and promo units, landing pages, account creation, checkout, pricing, and paywall. Marketing surfaces and product surfaces both count.

  • Experimentation Program: Operate and extend an established testing program, including a weekly promo-unit copy testing cadence with defined scoring, prioritization, and readout standards. Write test plans, define metrics, set call conditions, and maintain the roadmap and tracker as the source of truth.

  • Readouts: Deliver performance updates and test readouts to marketing leadership, publish quarterly web priorities, and contribute web reporting to executive and board updates.

Interactive Web Experiences

  • Concept to Spec: Conceive, impact-size, and scope interactive web experiences — calculators, quizzes, guided recommendations — that demonstrate product value before signup. Write the engineering build specs: input and output logic, edge cases, handoff behavior, and event instrumentation.

  • Clinical Guardrails: Anything that returns guidance to a parent requires Guidance team partnership by default. You’ll work with them to set the thresholds and logic behind each tool, source recommendations to recognized pediatric guidelines, and make sure a “not yet” result lands supportively.

  • Monetization Discipline: Surface scope and monetization risks early and drive them to a decision — including recommending against builds that would give away a paid in-app mechanic.

Systems, Data & Automation

  • AI-Built Systems: Our testing cadence runs at this scale because the recurring work is built into AI-driven systems. You’ll maintain and extend those systems, and build new ones — with documented logic, edge-case handling, state tracking across runs, and human approval gates wherever judgment is required.

  • Measurement: Partner with Business Analytics to shape how web performance is instrumented and reported. Specify event instrumentation for new experiences, validate it lands, and flag when an existing metric is unfit for its purpose.

  • Source of Truth: Keep content taxonomy in Contentful aligned with downstream reporting so subcategory performance data stays trustworthy.

  • Documentation: Set and document web optimization and A/B testing standards, and make them usable by partner teams through reusable systems.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Web Scoping Partner: Lead web projects end-to-end, and serve as the web scoping partner on projects led by other teams — including commerce and partnership integrations, where you define ownership boundaries and downstream flow requirements before build.

  • Strategic Consultation: Be consulted at scoping on initiatives affecting web performance. Represent web conversion in the weekly cross-functional User Acquisition sync.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, web growth, or experimentation

  • Owned a Number: You’ve carried a conversion, acquisition, or revenue target yourself and can point to before/after results

  • Experimentation Depth: Hands-on building, launching, and reading out A/B and multivariate tests on a testing platform

  • Analytical Depth: You can define metrics, specify event instrumentation, spot measurement that’s quietly misleading, and work with structured data and APIs without needing engineering for routine work

  • Builds With AI: Demonstrated experience building working systems with AI tooling. You should be able to describe a recurring process you turned into a reliable system, how you handled failure cases, and where you deliberately kept a human in the loop

  • Technical Partnership: Can write clear specs for engineering and hold their own in a scoping conversation

  • Judgment on Accuracy: Recognizes when content or a tool output needs clinical review, and routes it to experts

  • Writing: Strong writing with a lens toward product positioning and placement

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contentful, Amplitude (Analytics and Web Experiments), Google Analytics, or AppsFlyer

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic AI tooling, including building reusable skills or workflows

  • Experience in parenting, family wellness, or consumer health — and with the sourcing standards clinically-informed content requires

  • Subscription or freemium monetization experience: free trial, paywall, pricing

$50 - $65 an hour

Huckleberry Labs makes hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs at the time.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Marketing Director, Consumer & Brand Communications at Tubi

Leads Tubi’s consumer and brand communications strategy, shaping earned media, cultural storytelling, campaigns, and product narratives.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a Director, Consumer & Brand Communications to help shape how one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms shows up in culture.

Reporting to the VP, Communications, this leader will own communications strategy across Tubi’s brand, consumer, and platform storytelling: connecting what Tubi is building and marketing to the conversations, communities, and cultural moments that matter to audiences.

We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and creativity, planned campaigns and real-time culture, earned media and emerging forms of influence. Someone who asks, “Why would anyone care?” and “What is uniquely Tubi about this?” before “What’s the PR plan?” Someone who can work upstream with Brand, Product, Social, Content, and other partners to help find the story before the campaign is formed.

The right person deeply understands how earned attention works today. They know how to tell a story that can travel through journalists, creators, communities, social conversation, partnerships, and unexpected cultural moments: and how those channels can work together to change what people understand about a brand.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles or New York office. You must be willing to travel to our office 2-3 days/week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Tubi’s consumer and brand narrative. Develop and lead communications strategies that translate Tubi’s brand, audience, and business priorities into stories people care about.
  • Help build a consistent external understanding of what makes Tubi differentiated and why it matters now.
  • Partner closely with Brand and cross-functional teams at the earliest stages of campaign development.
  • Identify the cultural insights and earned premises before execution begins, helping answer, “What’s the story?” “Why now?” “Why Tubi?”
  • Originate and shape earned-first ideas that can break through: distinguish between an activation that can generate content and an idea press and fans will actually talk about.
  • Help ensure Tubi is an active and ongoing participant in culture by building a disciplined approach to proactive and reactive cultural opportunities.
  • Identify moments where Tubi has the right to participate in the conversation and move quickly alongside Social, Brand, Talent, and Agency Partners to turn those opportunities into meaningful attention.
  • Lead consumer-facing product storytelling by translating Tubi’s product and platform innovation into compelling consumer stories.
  • Connect new features and experiences into broader shifts in how people discover, watch, and share entertainment.
  • Expand the definition of earned media at Tubi in order to continually evolve where and how Tubi earns attention.
  • Develop relationships and ideas across traditional consumer and entertainment media as well as creators, newsletters, Substack, podcasts, communities, and emerging cultural voices.
  • Turn audience insights into storytelling by working with research, analytics, and finance teams to identify behaviors, trends, and data that can fuel consumer narratives and fan participation.
  • Lead agencies toward better work by setting clear strategic briefs and expectations for agency partners.
  • Help build integrated campaigns across One Tubi Marketing team so consumer storytelling contributes to a larger, coherent Tubi narrative.
  • Measure what matters and define success beyond clips and impressions.

Your Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer communications, public relations, cultural marketing, or related fields, ideally spanning entertainment, technology, media, or consumer brands.
  • A track record of developing and executing earned-first ideas and consumer campaigns that generated conversation, not just coverage.
  • Strong cultural instincts and curiosity about entertainment, creators, fandoms, and how audiences discover and share what they love.
  • Excellent news judgment and an intuitive understanding of what makes an idea interesting to journalists and consumers.
  • Fluency across traditional earned media and newer channels of influence, with a point of view on how communications is changing.
  • Ability to translate product innovation and technology features into accessible, human stories.
  • Strong storytelling and strategic writing skills.
  • Experience leading agency partners through ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-moving news cycles.
  • Collaborative instincts and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively when the earned premise isn’t there.

About McGaw

Our Mission at McGaw.io is to help companies of all sizes realize their customer data is their most valuable business asset, and we help them realize that through customer data infrastructure, high power analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and funnel optimization.

McGaw.io supports businesses with analytics, marketing automation, customer data platforms, data piping, websites, AB testing, and all sorts of marketing operations. As we derive insights from these technical efforts, we also inform & execute growth strategies that routinely move the needle for our clients.

Our track record is impeccable, and our leadership has supported some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. McGaw.io’s core client base sells online and has complex data and marketing practices that drive our team to dig deeper every day.

Mission

Own client engagements end to end. Hold the relationship, set the strategy, design the solution, and deliver it with a team you direct. Grow the accounts you hold and help win the next ones.

Why this role exists

This is a player-coach hybrid. Splitting a senior consultant into a strategist and a technical lead costs more than it saves, and the accounts that need both do not respect the split anyway.

This person is credible in a CMO’s office and credible in a CDP workspace. They present a roadmap on Tuesday and debug identity resolution on Wednesday.

Three problems this role solves:

  1. Clients get relationship coverage and technical coverage from different people, and outside North America, at the wrong hour.
  2. Expansion happens late, because the person who sees the opportunity cannot price it.
  3. Pre-sales competes with delivery for the same few senior people.

Responsibilities

Account ownership

  • Own the relationship. You are the primary contact and the person an executive calls when they are unhappy.
  • Run the cadence: biweekly client meetings, monthly roadmap and SOW reviews, quarterly business reviews.
  • Keep three or more months of planned work on the roadmap for every account.
  • Protect the budget. Flag pacing, overages, and under-use as soon as the trend appears.

Strategy

  • Find where the client’s revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Tie every recommendation to a metric and a business outcome.
  • Build growth roadmaps with the client, not at them.
  • Show what moving to a stage of maturity is worth to them.

Technical leadership and hands-on work

  • Design the stack architecture: CDP, analytics, lifecycle messaging, warehouse, and the integrations between them.
  • Do the strategic hands-on work yourself: taxonomy design, measurement plans, attribution modeling, segmentation logic, QA of critical builds.
  • Direct engineers and contract developers. Review their work before it reaches the client.
  • Delegate on purpose. Your time is worth more on strategy than on tag deployment. Know where that line sits on each account.

New business

  • Supports some pre-sales discovery to identify opportunities and needs.
  • Build the proposal: scope, phasing, level of effort, and the business case. Present it live. We do not send proposals cold.
  • Price work so it stays profitable. An accurate estimate beats a heroic recovery in month four.
  • Support the Sales team through the close, and take the account into delivery where it makes sense.

Commercial

  • Every scope change gets estimated, documented, and confirmed in writing before work starts.
  • Drive expansion on your portfolio. You are measured on it.

Skills and experience

Required

  • Fully fluent in English. That is the company’s working language.
  • 8+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services. At least 4 owning client relationships directly.
  • Understand the full marketing lifecycle: demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth. You can tell a client which stage is costing them money, and why.
  • Understand how martech drives marketing, from ads to CDPs to marketing engagement platforms, CRM, and analytics.
  • Advise on the systems below, not just use them. Which tool fits, how the pieces connect, what each costs to run badly, and how to get more from what a client already owns. High-level familiarity is not enough here.
  • Review a funnel report, a cohort, and an attribution model, and challenge what they claim.
  • Track record retaining and growing accounts, with numbers you can describe.
  • Pre-sales experience: discovery, scoping, and proposals you then delivered against.
  • GDPR and consent handled as part of the work.

Systems. Depth in at least three groups, working familiarity with the rest.

  • Customer data platforms: Segment, Hightouch, RudderStack
  • Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4
  • Lifecycle and marketing automation: Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable
  • Warehouse and transformation: Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt
  • Tag management: Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM
  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Consent management: OneTrust, Cookiebot, Didomi

Preferred

  • Multilingual with professional working proficiency in English as well as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Engagements across multiple countries or regulatory regimes.
  • Work across both European and North American clients.

What you get out of this

  • Many stacks in a year instead of one stack in five. Different industries, scale, and failure modes.
  • The customer data layer is changing right now. Warehouse-native patterns, composable CDPs, and reverse ETL are replacing a decade of assumptions. You build on the new pattern.
  • We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors. You see how it all fits together, which is where the hard problems are visible.
  • You own the full commercial arc of an account, from discovery through renewal. At a larger firm that is three people’s jobs.
  • Both the European and North American markets from one seat.

Observable indicators

Month 2

  • Onboarded onto your accounts and current on every tool in their stacks.
  • Time tracked in Harvest weekly, without reminders.
  • Every account has a current-state assessment and named client objectives.

Month 4

  • Running your accounts independently: meetings, roadmap reviews, scope conversations.
  • Every account has three or more months of planned roadmap.
  • Zero undocumented scope changes.
  • Labor efficiency ratio of 2.5 or better across your portfolio.
  • Contributing scope and estimates to proposals.

Month 6

  • 90% of client objectives hit within the project timeline.
  • Client approval for a case study or testimonial on at least one account.
  • Labor efficiency ratio of 3.0 across your portfolio.
  • Running discovery and writing proposals end to end.

Month 9

  • 80% retention of your accounts in recurring contracts over a rolling three months.
  • One account expanded in scope or revenue, sourced and priced by you.
  • Your proposals deliver at or above target labor efficiency. Your estimates hold up.

What this role is not

  • Not a pure strategy seat. You will be in the tools. If you have not touched an implementation in three years, this will not go well.
  • Not a pure technical seat. About half your week is relationship, strategy, and commercial work.
  • Not a prospecting seat. You run discovery, write proposals, own expansion, and earn commission on it. You do not cold prospect.
  • Not a management seat at hire. You direct a project team. Direct reports come later, if the business grows and you have shown you can.

Values

  • Never Settle, Be Amazing. Fix it properly, not just enough to close the ticket.
  • Get Better Every Day. Ask for feedback and change what you do when you get it.
  • Give Context and Set the Stage. Nobody on your account is surprised by what you already knew.
  • Let the Data Create Transparency. Recommendations come with evidence. So does bad news.
  • Show Hospitality to Build Trust. Clients and teammates get proactive, responsive treatment.

Plus extreme ownership. Own the outcome, surface blockers early, and never hand a problem back to the person who gave it to you.

Benefits

Engaged as a full time contractor. These follow our current international contractor terms.

  • Flexible PTO
  • Flexible hours
  • Work remotely
  • Monthly per diem for premium health, dental, and vision coverage if not already available
  • Maternity and paternity leave
  • Retirement contribution of 3% of salary annually.
  • Company laptop, monitor, and remote setup equipment
  • National holidays off.
  • Radically transparent workplace
  • Room to act on your own ideas

The job in practice

McGaw is a customer data and revenue operations consultancy. Clients come to us with traffic, tools, and data, and no system connecting them. We find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention, then we fix it with our hands on the keyboards.

The CDP is the center of most of our work. We build on Segment, Hightouch, and RudderStack, chosen per client. We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors.

Our clients are in North America and Europe. Your portfolio will be a mix.

Month 1. Learn our clients, cadence, and tooling. Shadow live accounts on both the client and technical sides. Sit in on pre-sales calls. Start owning one account.

Months 2 and 3. Take full ownership of your first accounts. Run the meetings, build the roadmaps, direct the build. An experienced account owner stays close.

Months 4 to 6. Run your portfolio independently. Hit your labor efficiency target. Start running discovery and writing proposals.

After 6 months. You own the commercial and delivery arc on your accounts, from first discovery call through renewal. New hires learn from you.

What is hard. The role spans two jobs and will pull you both ways in the same week. Pre-sales competes with delivery, and both are urgent. Work is billable by the hour, so time tracking is not optional. A portfolio across two continents splits your day in half.

• Track record of building and developing high-performing product marketing teams and increasing the strategic impact of the function.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and drive decisions without direct authority.

• Exceptional research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity, cryptography, cloud infrastructure, or another technical enterprise software category is a significant advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

With market intelligence and search built on proven AI, AlphaSense delivers insights that matter from content you can trust. Our universe of public and private content includes equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, trade journals, and clients’ own research content.

The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. Together, AlphaSense and Tegus will accelerate growth, innovation, and content expansion, with complementary product and content capabilities that enable users to unearth even more comprehensive insights from thousands of content sets.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions through customer insight, market evidence, competitive intelligence, and commercial judgment.

• Proven success translating technical capabilities into differentiated positioning and leading go-to-market strategy from market validation through launch, adoption, and optimization.
