Develops strategies for submissions to FDA and other regulatory agencies.

Prepares and/or compiles information required by ex-U.S. regulatory associates to register or license products outside the U.S. Interacts and negotiates with U.S. regulatory agencies.

Participates in the development and review of product release documents.
Reviews clinical protocols to assure collection of appropriate data for regulatory submissions.
Periodically monitors status of clinical studies and reviews analysis of resultant clinical study data.

Reviews labels, labeling, and promotional materials for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Setpoint is building the infrastructure that powers these relationships, enabling the world’s largest banks, credit funds, asset managers, and capital markets counterparties to operate with trust and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings expertise across capital markets, structured finance, and technology transactions, with the ability to operate as both a trusted legal advisor and a commercial partner. You’ll play a critical role in supporting Setpoint’s growth by building scalable legal processes, negotiating complex agreements, and helping our customers and partners confidently navigate the evolving credit ecosystem.

Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents, automates critical calculations and compliance reporting, and digitizes assets like homes or cars. Setpoint’s technology makes warehouse transactions instant and error-free.
In August 2024, Setpoint closed a $31 million Series B led by 645 Ventures, with strategic investments from Citi and Wells Fargo, alongside Andreessen Horowitz, NextView Ventures, Henry Kravis, Zillow founder’s 75 & Sunny, and others.
Compensation
Compensation includes a target OTE range of $175,000 - $200,000consisting of base salary and a performance-based bonus. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, and market considerations. Additionally, equity is a component of the overall compensation package, providing employees with the opportunity to share in the long-term success and growth of the company.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), short- and long-term disability coverage, and flexible vacation. We have offices in Austin, TX, New York City, NY, and Salt Lake City, UT, with hybrid roles based in these locations and an expectation of two days per week in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
