We help organizations make better pay decisions at every stage of the compensation lifecycle, from leveling and offers to promotions and merit. Our platform gives HR, compensation, and finance leaders the data and decision support they need to govern pay fairly, compliantly, and with confidence. Join us in our mission to help companies make smarter pay decisions they can trust!
About the role
Syndio is the leader in compensation equity and pay decision intelligence, helping the world’s largest employers make fair, defensible, and transparent pay decisions at scale. As Decisions expands across the compensation lifecycle — from leveling and offers to promotions and merit — the compensation practice depth behind our recommendations has to keep pace.
The Senior Domain Expert (Total Rewards) is a hands-on compensation practitioner on the Applied Pay Intelligence team. Draw on your past experience in total rewards strategy as well as Syndio-provided training on pay equity best practices to provide expert advice on advanced pay equity topics to customers, fellow employees, and external audiences. This is a senior individual contributor role. You are the person our customers, our product, and the rest of the team turn to when the question is how pay should actually be structured — job architecture, market data, pay ranges, offer construction, geographic differentials — and how it should hold up in front of a CHRO, a comp committee, or a works council.

Abnormal AI is building one of the most ambitious AI-native security companies in the world, and our People team is expected to operate at the same level. We’re looking for a People Programs Manager who brings the rigor of a great operator, the instincts of a strategist, and the curiosity of someone who genuinely wants to reimagine how HR works in an AI-first world.
In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue of the People team — the person who makes sure our biggest programs actually land. You’ll own the performance and pay cycle from start to finish, run the post mortems that make each cycle better than the last, partner with Analytics to close gaps in our People data, and assist with AI transformation initiatives that change how the team works. You’ll also be the PM who brings structure, accountability, and forward momentum to cross-functional projects across the People function.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It’s for someone who wants to build something.

Senior People Advisor partners with CEO and executive team to build and scale HR systems, culture, and talent strategies for a growing African youth employment organization.
🌍 Africa has the world’s youngest and fastest-growing population. By 2035, the continent is poised to contribute more young people to the global workforce each year than the rest of the world combined.
At Educate! we’re obsessed with impact. We leverage iterative learning to build highly scalable youth employment solutions aimed at unlocking the potential of the world’s youngest continent.
Educate! prepares youth in Africa to learn, earn and thrive in today’s economy by:
To date, more than 500,000 youth have been meaningfully impacted across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania, and along the way, Educate! has become the largest youth employment and skills provider in East Africa.
Educate! is a team of over 300 largely African staff and 300 volunteer youth mentors. We prioritize building an engaging, fulfilling and growth oriented work environment. 50% of our top 30 leaders have been with us for over 5 years, 10+ alumni have started their own organizations, and 6 current or former team members were Acumen Fund East Africa fellows.
We have been backed by top foundations such as Imaginable Futures, Livelihood Impact Fund, Jack Dorsey’s #startsmall, CIFF and Echidna Giving. Educate! won a 2018 Klaus J. Jacobs Prize and a 2015 WISE Award, and has been highlighted by the World Bank’s S4YE’s Impact Portfolio, an Al Jazeera documentary, BBC, The Brookings Institution as one of 14 case studies on scaling education, and the Gates Foundation as a Goalkeepers Accelerator. In 2022, we received a catalytic investment from philanthropist Mackenzie Scott to scale our systems change work.
Educate!’s long-term vision is to design solutions that measurably impact millions of youth across Africa each year.
We know that incredible candidates sometimes hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply!
We’re looking for passionate individuals who believe in our mission and can bring unique perspectives to our team—not just those who check every box. We value diversity and strongly encourage women and individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
Educate! is looking for a Fractional Senior People Advisor to partner with our CEO and executive team as a senior people advisor.
Educate! is now 300+ staff across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. At this size our most interesting people problems aren’t administrative. They’re about how we manage growth across countries, how we apply policy and employment law to get the best outcome for the business and the people in it, and most importantly, strong communications in bringing our people along in the decisions we make.
This is a senior, part-time advisory engagement, roughly 10–12 hours per week, fully remote. You will not run the people function; that sits with our Global People & HR Director. You will be the seasoned people business partner our executive team leans on when the stakes are high: someone who reads a situation quickly, can decipher what the policy and the law actually allow, and helps the exec team choose the option that holds up commercially, legally, and with the team.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
We’re ambitious. Are you? Educate! is growing fast, so new opportunities are opening up and expanding all the time. We’re inspired by people with drive, and we love to help them reach their full potential. We expect everyone at Educate! to contribute above and beyond their job description, grow their skills, and advance their careers, and we are committed to supporting our staff members on that journey of their careers, and we are committed to supporting our staff members on that journey.
Every person at Educate! — from interns to the executive director — is evaluated by how they live up to these five cultural tenets. They are at the core of how we achieve our mission and why we work as well as we do. Educate is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all who interact in our community. In creating this environment, we encourage people from a variety of cultures, backgrounds and life experiences to join our diverse team.
We’re committed to ensuring all candidates are screened for child and youth safety. As part of the process, candidates must successfully complete our standard background verification and safeguarding review in accordance with local legal standards. Educate! reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if any screening results indicate potential risks to youth.
