Finance Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy - Go-To-Market at Apollo.io

Leads GTM financial planning, revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, investment analysis, and executive decision support for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.

Senior Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Apollo.io is the leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies and millions of users globally, from rapidly growing startups to some of the world’s largest enterprises. Founded in 2015, the company is one of the fastest growing companies in SaaS, raising approximately $250 million to date and valued at $1.6 billion. Apollo.io provides sales and marketing teams with easy access to verified contact data for over 210 million B2B contacts and 35 million companies worldwide, along with tools to engage and convert these contacts in one unified platform. By helping revenue professionals find the most accurate contact information and automating the outreach process, Apollo.io turns prospects into customers. Apollo raised a series D in 2023 and is backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, and more, and counts the former President and COO of Hubspot, JD Sherman, among its board members.

Apollo.io is seeking a sharp, strategic, and analytical Senior Manager to join our Finance & Strategy (F&S) team as a lead business partner to our go-to-market organization. Apollo grows through two very different revenue motions — a high-volume self-serve funnel and a rep-driven sales org — and this role owns the financial view of both. You’ll be a core thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps leadership, and one of two senior GTM finance leads driving Apollo’s revenue forecast, long-range plan, and go-to-market investment decisions. This is a builder’s seat: hands-on modeling, direct exposure to the CFO and executive team, and real ownership of the numbers the company runs on.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary Finance & Strategy business partner to the go-to-market organization — Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.
  • Own the top-line revenue forecast and build a deep understanding of the supporting operations through business partnership.
  • Build and maintain Apollo’s long-range plan and scenario models, translating GTM strategy into a defensible multi-year growth path.
  • Own GTM investment economics: LTV:CAC and payback by segment and channel, paid spend returns, sales capacity and quota coverage, and the bridge from spend and headcount to pipeline and ARR.
  • Build the financial case for go-to-market investments — new segments, geographies, partnerships, and routes to market — and hold the post-mortem on whether they delivered.
  • Synthesize key takeaways for executive leadership, including risks, opportunities, and performance updates, through recurring business reviews.
  • Partner with Analytics and RevOps on the data the forecast depends on.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance on board and investor materials, annual operating planning, and scenario modeling.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with at least 2+ years in a finance role at a high-growth company.
  • A sharp problem solver who can cut through ambiguity and connect dots between data, strategy, and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of comfort building bespoke financial models and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue and go-to-market economics — ARR build, retention and expansion, pipeline conversion, sales capacity, and CAC payback.
  • Experience partnering directly with a sales organization — pipeline, capacity planning, quota coverage, and rep productivity — is a strong complement to the team’s existing coverage.
  • Comfort working directly in the data. You can pull, validate, and defend your own numbers rather than waiting on a request queue.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional partners — credible enough to hold a position with a revenue leader and be additive rather than a scorekeeper.
  • Bonus: Experience spanning both self-serve/product-led and rep-driven sales motions, and fluency in SQL and AI tools.

The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity; company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; at least 10 paid holidays per year, flex PTO, and parental leave; employee assistance program and wellbeing benefits; global travel coverage; life/AD&D/STD/LTD insurance; FSA/HSA and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Tier 1 Pay Range (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle)

$183,000—$228,000 USD

Tier 2 Pay Range (All other US Locations)

$159,000—$200,000 USD

Finance Senior Paraplanner at Moneybox

Prepares and quality-checks complex financial advice cases, writes suitability reports, maintains templates, and coaches paraplanners.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Senior Paraplanner is the technical engine room of our advice service. You take the output of the advice engine, the fact find data, and the rest of the case context, and you make sure that when an Advisor speaks to the customer — or when a plan is released — everything is in order, suitability is clearly evidenced, and the documentation tells a coherent story.

You are the senior practitioner in the Paraplanning team, working closely with the Head of Proposition who owns the advice policy and proposition. You set the day-to-day quality bar for suitability writing, lead on the most complex cases, coaching less experienced Paraplanners, and acting as the technical bridge between the Paraplanning team, the Advisors and the engine team.

What you’ll be doing

Case work and suitability

  • Lead on complex cases — particularly those involving pension consolidation, drawdown and multiple pots — preparing the case before the advice is presented to the customer.

  • Take the engine-generated plan and ensure the suitability report supporting it is accurate, complete and reads well for the customer — clear on objectives, recommendations, risks, costs and the rationale.

  • Run pre-meeting case reviews with Advisors, flagging anything in the fact find or plan that needs attention before the customer call.

  • Support Advisors during the QA review of engine-generated plans, particularly on cases flagged for a higher level of review.

Standards, templates and tooling

  • Develop and maintain the suitability report templates and suitability wording required by the advice engine for each customer circumstance.   Being clear what disclosures should be generated and when these should be presented, in line with the House Rules.  Ensuring any changes or template developments are signed off by the Head of Proposition and follow governance protocols.

  • Own the day-to-day quality of suitability reports against the standards set by the Head of Proposition — and feed back where standards need to evolve based on what you see in real cases.

  • Work with the Head of Proposition and the Advisor Management System product team on improvements to workflows, fact find prompts, and the way evidence is captured and surfaced.

  • Translate findings from QA, audit and compliance monitoring into Paraplanner team training and case-level coaching.

Team leadership

  • Coach and develop less experienced Paraplanners — running case studies, providing feedback on suitability reports, and supporting their progression and qualifications.

  • Set the bar for what good paraplanning looks like in a digital-first model — this is new territory and you’ll help define it.

  • Triage work into the Paraplanner team alongside the Head of Proposition, balancing case complexity against SLAs and capacity.

Working across the service

  • Contribute to advice policy and House Rules discussions — bringing the paraplanner’s eye on what is clear, fair and not misleading for the customer.

  • Support Risk & Compliance on monitoring activities, root cause analysis and remediation, recognising that paraplanning acts as a first-line risk control in our model.

  • Be the go-to technical voice for Money Guides and Financial Advisers on complex queries, helping them stay clearly on the right side of the guidance/advice boundary.

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Substantial paraplanning experience in a regulated advice firm, ideally including pension consolidation and drawdown cases.

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4), with appetite to keep building qualifications.

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions, ISAs, investment products, and the tax treatment of each.

  • A genuinely high bar for written quality — your suitability reports should be the kind that customers can read and understand.

  • Experience coaching, mentoring or leading other paraplanners.

  • Comfortable working with structured data, advice software and a digital case file — this is not a paper-based practice.

Desirable

  • AF7 or equivalent advanced pension qualifications.

  • Chartered or working towards Chartered status.

  • Experience of contribution to or owning templates, checklists or advice logic in a scaled-advice or robo environment.

How you’ll work

You will work closely with Advisors on cases and post-meeting documentation, and with the engine and AMS product teams on tooling. Expect a regular cadence of QA huddles, suitability report workshops and team learning sessions.

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company

  • Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals

  • Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact

  • Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture

  • Company pension scheme

  • Company bonus scheme

  • Home office furniture allowance

  • Personal Annual Learning and Development budget

  • Private Medical Insurance

  • Health Cash Plan – cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians

  • Cycle to work scheme – spread the cost of a new bike and accessories

  • CycleSaver – save on bike-share subscriptions and have a more sustainable commute

  • Wellhub subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps

  • Enhanced parental pay & leave

25 days holiday + bank holidays with additional days added with length of service.

Finance Manager, Sales Compensation at Tines

Leads sales compensation operations, plan and quota design, incentive payouts, data integrity, and a small team of compensation analysts.

Senior Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, Tines powers some of the world’s most important workflows. Our intelligent workflow platform applies AI, automation, and integration with human ingenuity to drive real business results.

Tines serves a diverse range of customers, from startups to public companies, including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson. As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines is vendor-agnostic integrating with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. And because Tines is secure and private by design, it’s popular with security, IT, engineering, finance, and other security-focused teams.

At Tines, we’re driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We’re committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.

We’re looking for a sales compensation leader to own how we pay our go-to-market organisation, and how that changes as our commercial model changes. You will run the engine that pays roughly 350 GTM people accurately and on time, own the design of the plans, quotas and incentives behind it, and lead a small team of analysts.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage and coach a small team, and you will also be in the model, in CaptivateIQ, and in the plan documents yourself.

What you’ll do

Run the compensation engine

  • Own the monthly and quarterly compensation cycle end to end: crediting, calculation, review, approval and payout, delivered accurately and on time
  • Own CaptivateIQ as our system of record for incentive compensation, including plan build, rule logic, testing and release
  • Own crediting and comp data integrity across Salesforce and downstream systems, and work with Systems and Deal Desk to fix problems at source rather than in spreadsheets
  • Oversee inquiry management ensuring clear SLAs and report on trends to improve overall processes
  • Document and keep policies and process up to date for stakeholders and your team

Design the plans, quotas and incentives

  • Own annual plan design in partnership with your Senior compensation analyst, GTM leadership, FP&A and People for all commissioned roles
  • Collaborate with Revops business partners on the quota setting process for each function to ensure it aligns with broader compensation strategy and benchmarks
  • Model attainment distribution, benchmarks and support finance in ad-hoc cost reporting
  • Own and build SPIFFs and non-cash incentive programmes, including President’s Club,
  • Own plan communication and enablement, so reps and managers understand what they are paid for and can self-serve where needed

Evolve the compensation strategy as we grow

  • Build the compensation approach for an evolving pricing model and mulit-product business in partnership with the Head of Revenue Operations and VP of Finance
  • Represent compensation requirements during larger CPQ and CRM enhancements or changes
  • Enhance our approach based compensation reporting: attainment by role and segment, payout curves, quota coverage and programme effectiveness

Lead and grow the team

  • Manage, coach and develop a small team of compensation analysts, and set the standard and what good looks like
  • Prioritise the team’s work, capacity and quarterly OKRs to ensure a balance of reactiveness and impactful projects
  • Stay hands-on. This is a doing and leading role, not a management-only role

What you’ll bring

Required experience

  • 6+ years in sales compensation, revenue operations, sales finance or a closely related field, with experience managing or formally mentoring analysts
  • 2-3 years direct management experience
  • Proven ownership of a full incentive compensation cycle for a distributed GTM team, including crediting, calculation, payout and dispute resolution
  • Hands-on administration of an ICM platform, ideally CaptivateIQ, including building and testing plan logic yourself
  • Demonstrated plan design experience: pay mix, leverage, accelerators and quota setting, with the modelling to back the recommendation
  • Strong Salesforce data fluency, and the ability to translate commercial requirements into system and crediting logic
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling, including capacity, attainment and cost of sale models
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the credibility to hold a position with Sales leaders and the judgement to know when to flex
  • You can communicate simply, clearly, and directly, especially with senior leaders, and your written work is polished enough to go straight to an executive audience

Bonus points

  • Experience with consumption, usage-based or hybrid pricing models and their compensation implications
  • Experience through a CPQ or quote-to-cash migration, ideally Salesforce CPQ or Dealhub
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT or AI markets
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 commission capitalisation and audit requirements
  • Experience compensating post-sales and partner roles, not just AEs

Compensation: $153k-$183k OTE

Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

You improve systems and processes without waiting for every detail to be solved first.

You lead the revenue accounting team through close, audit, and the daily realities of a growing SaaS business. You spot issues in contracts, billing workflows, and controls and own the path to a better outcome. You provide clear guidance and feedback to your team, focusing on accurate reporting, scalable operations, and measurable impact. • Prepare clear technical accounting whitepapers and memos for complex revenue transactions and serve as the primary revenue contact for external auditors.
  • Oversee day-to-day revenue operations across billing, collections, and customer inquiries, and strengthen internal controls over revenue and billing pipelines.
  • Partner with Business Platform, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and FP&A to improve billing systems, support forecasting and variance analysis, and scale order-to-cash operations.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the revenue accounting team while setting clear expectations for performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Use AI to accelerate contract analysis, technical memo drafting, close and variance analysis, audit support, and revenue workflow automation while applying sound accounting judgment and protecting sensitive information.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • You have 5+ years of combined experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred), and revenue accounting roles at public, high-growth, and/or pre-IPO SaaS companies.
  • You have experience directly managing or leading accounting professionals and building a team culture grounded in accountability, development, and trust.
  • You bring deep knowledge of ASC 606, order-to-cash accounting, revenue operations, and the control environment supporting billing and revenue generation.
  • You have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and revenue engines or billing tools such as ARM, Stripe, or Zuora.
  • You have partnered with IT or Business Platforms teams on billing platform upgrades, system conversions, automated integrations, and process improvements.
  • You write clear technical accounting memos and have the ability to communicate complex issues to cross-functional partners.
  • You manage competing priorities and solve problems with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.

Finance Senior Group Marketing Controller (All Genders) at HelloFresh

Manages global marketing finance, including month-end close, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and controls.

Senior Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The role

The Group Marketing Controller is the primary finance interface for HelloFresh’s global marketing function. The role exists to ensure marketing spend is planned accurately, closed correctly, and reported transparently — bridging the gap between marketing execution and the Group P&L.

Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

What you’ll do

1. Close & Accruals

  • Own the month-end close process for marketing cost lines across all markets
  • Review and validate marketing accruals submitted by local finance teams
  • Identify and resolve booking errors, misclassifications, or missing accruals
  • Maintain clean actuals in the income statement for all marketing line items
  • Work with SE Finance Controlling to improve and create transparency to the markets on marketing IC charges

2. Budget & Forecast Management

  • Consolidate and challenge market-level marketing budgets during planning cycles
  • Lead marketing Guidance creation for Business Plan cycles
  • Maintain the Group marketing budget with actuals vs. budget vs. forecast
  • Flag material variances early and escalate to marketing stakeholders

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Work with Tech and local markets to improve and automate input quality of weekly reporting
  • Produce monthly marketing performance reports covering spend vs. budget, phasing, and key variance drivers (Leverage A.I. and Databricks Dashboards)
  • Support the CFO/board reporting pack with accurate marketing cost commentary
  • Build and maintain performance reports for Global Marketing teams

4. Business Partnering

  • Act as the day-to-day finance contact for the Global Marketing teams
  • Manage Direct and Indirect spend for the Marketing team

5. Process & Controls

  • Document and improve the end-to-end marketing close process
  • Ensure consistent cost treatment across markets (e.g. working vs. non-working spend, agency fees, media)
  • Identify gaps in how marketing costs are captured and propose fixes

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Clean marketing close every month — no material restatements or late accruals
  • Stakeholders can trust the marketing numbers without re-checking them
  • Variances are explained proactively, not reactively
  • Marketing controller processes are standardised across markets

WHAT THE FUTURE LOOKS LIKE

  • Manage marketing spend between markets by reviewing ROI, AOR and agreed upon KPI performance
  • Centralised and automated marketing controlling at month-end

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

  • Not a marketing strategist — not expected to have opinions on campaign effectiveness or brand direction
  • Not a data analyst — analytical support comes from the Finance Systems team; this role translates outputs into financial conclusions
  • Not a local market controller — this role holds the Group view; local controllers own their market execution

What you’ll bring

  • Several years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance business-partnering role, ideally with exposure to marketing or performance-marketing cost structures
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets and BI/reporting tools
  • Ability to explain financial variances clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience running or supporting a month-end close process
  • Comfort operating across multiple markets and currencies in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
  • Curiosity about how AI and automation can modernise financial reporting

What we offer

Elevate your lifestyle! Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech powerhouses in a dynamic phase of expansion.

What this role involves

Kindly submit your application and CV in English to ensure it is successfully reviewed.

From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their clients to arrange ‘me time’ moments, we’re in the business of elevating people - helping them to thrive and feel fantastic. Lifting others up can be hard, heavy work, and we passionately believe that the sense of purpose and personal satisfaction this brings are worth it.

What started in Poland is now an international, cloud-based marketplace that’s scaling rapidly. We bring independent business owners together with their customers on a product that connects creative communities and opens up worlds of opportunities.

Working in a rapidly growing, ever-changing scale-up comes with its own set of opportunities and challenges. If you prefer a stable environment, with clear processes and structures then, we’ve got to be honest, you won’t always find that here. However, if you enjoy inventively solving problems with others, helping create clarity when things get confusing, and prioritising your own path within ambiguity, then the chances are that you’ll love the opportunities available to grow your career at Booksy.

The people you’ll like to work with and things you’ll enjoy impacting.

Our finance team is currently undergoing an exciting transformation: we are implementing modern consolidation platforms, transitioning our group reporting framework to US GAAP, and strengthening our internal control architecture. As a Senior Statutory Accountant for Statutory Reporting reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager in our Controllership team, you will play a pivotal role in building our statutory reporting function from scratch, shaping our US GAAP transition strategy, and leading global statutory accounting operations.

What You Will Own

  • Polish Statutory Reporting: Spearhead end-to-end financial statement preparation (sprawozdanie finansowe) for four Polish legal entities under Ustawa o rachunkowości, managing e-sprawozdanie filings and KRS submissions.
  • Statutory Ledger Integrity: Maintain precise secondary books year-round, booking statutory adjustments proactively to ensure continuous alignment.
  • GAAP Conversion Architecture: Establish and own a robust quarterly Polish GAAP to US GAAP bridge register, analyzing technical differences across revenue, leases, provisions, capitalisation, and FX.
  • Global Statutory Audit Leadership: Direct statutory audits across all jurisdictions as the primary lead - driving planning, fieldwork, technical accounting resolution, and auditor relationships.
  • Month-End & Intercompany Oversight: Entity-level reporting through the close cycle, and review of intercompany transactions for their statutory and tax consequences in the Polish entities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee all GUS statistical reporting and NBP regulatory filings.
  • International Operations: Partner with external providers to drive statutory compliance across UK, French, and other global subsidiaries.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

  • 6+ hands-on experience preparing end-to-end statutory financial statements (sprawozdanie finansowe) and managing recurring regulatory filings under Ustawa o rachunkowości.
  • Recognized professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or a Polish equivalent).
  • Solid practical experience identifying technical accounting differences and executing PL GAAP to US GAAP adjustments.
  • Proven track record of independently reviewing, reconciling, and tying out high-volume, multi-currency intercompany transactions each month.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Polish and English, essential for daily communication across international markets and external partners.

It will also help you to have…

  • Direct exposure to local GAAP in UK/Spain/France  or a proven track record of researching and applying unfamiliar foreign accounting frameworks independently.
  • Experience working within high-growth international tech/SaaS environments or Big 4 / mid-tier accounting and advisory firms.
  • Practical experience with GUS, NBP, and Polish e-reporting obligations (JPK, KSeF).
  • Direct experience coordinating statutory audit and compliance deliverables with international accounting networks (e.g., BDO).

Some of our Polish benefits are:

  • Fully remote position -  We take pride in being a globally distributed team. All we ask is that you’re based in the country/region this role is advertised in.
  • Subsidized Allianz private medical care with self-funded top-up options for dependents.
  • Flexible Multisport card options with Booksy’s contribution based on the package you choose.
  • Access to fully covered, anonymous consultations with a Booksy Psychologist and a full Headspace subscription.
  • Company-funded UNIQA life assurance.
  • Access to Cleo - a global support system guiding you through fertility, expecting a newborn, parenting, eldercare, and menopause.
  • Additional life Insurance from PZU (unsubsidized, voluntary).

What this role involves

From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their clients to arrange ‘me time’ moments, Booksy is the business of elevating people - helping them to thrive and feel fantastic.

Your responsibilities:

As a Senior International Tax Accountant reporting to the Global Head of Tax in our Finance team, your purpose will be to take ownership of international tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing workstreams across our growing global footprint. You will collaborate closely with accounting and business teams, research VAT and invoice compliance across European jurisdictions, lead monthly reconciliations, and help streamline external advisor relationships across markets including Spain, France, the UK, and the US.

What you’ll own and impact:

  • Own non-Polish entity workstreams (covering markets like the UK, Spain, France, Brazil, South Africa, and Mexico) including managing relationships with external tax advisors in each jurisdiction.
  • Manage day-to-day international tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing workstreams.
  • Research invoice content and ensure VAT compliance across various European jurisdictions.
  • Navigate audit questions and tax-authority inquiries, collaborating on cross-functional product or business initiatives.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations with the accounting team and continuously improve tax process documentation.
  • Support tax planning, financial reporting, and internal controls - including tax provisions, legislation monitoring, and systems/process improvements (e.g., billing transformation) - to keep pace with the business as it scales.

The reality of the role: We operate as a small, close-knit global tax team in a scaling environment. Priorities shift quickly around tax deadlines, authority audits, and changing regional regulations across markets-so frequent context-switching and comfort with ambiguity are essential. In return, you’ll gain broad exposure to multiple European and US tax regimes and build true multi-jurisdiction ownership as the business scales.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

  • Professional tax or accounting certifications (such as CPA, ACA, ACCA or local equivalent).
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance, monthly reconciliations, process documentation, and transfer pricing operations.
  • Solid understanding of Polish tax regulations combined with exposure to (or a strong appetite to learn) international tax compliance.
  • Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel and standard tax preparation/accounting tools.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, essential for daily communication across international markets and external partners.

It will also help you to have:

  • Prior experience working with ERP systems (such as Dynamics NAV) or managing external tax advisor networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience operating within a fast-moving technology sector or dynamic scale-up environment.

  • Fully covered, anonymous consultations with a Booksy Psychologist and a full Headspace subscription.
  • Company-funded UNIQA life assurance.
  • Access to Cleo - a global support system guiding you through fertility, expecting a newborn, parenting, eldercare, and menopause.
  • Additional life Insurance from PZU (unsubsidized, voluntary).

We work in a highly creative and diverse industry so it goes without saying that we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to fair consideration in our hiring process.
