We’re hiring an Instructional Designer to help build the learning content that turns Planful users into confident, capable customers. You’ll create the course guides, lab exercises, and certification assessments that make up our Academy catalog — and keep them accurate as the product evolves.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of instructional design experience through professional work, internships, coursework, or portfolio projects.
  • Comfort building eLearning content with Synthesia or the ability to learn new authoring tools quickly.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate complex, technical workflows into clear learning content.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
