About the job

We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you’ll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.

We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that’s about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.

Responsibilities

  • Request Intake & Triage

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.

    • Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.

    • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.

Design Collaboration & Project Management

  • Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.

  • Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.

  • Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.

Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)

  • Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).

  • Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).

  • Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.

Event Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.

  • Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.

  • Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.

Risk & Logistics Ownership

  • Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.

  • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.

  • Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.

Cross-Team Partnership

  • Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers’ time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.

  • Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.

  • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what “safe area” means, and why RGB assets can’t go straight to print.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.

  • Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.

  • Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.

  • A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask “what could go wrong here?” and build a plan around the answer.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma

  • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Design Designer at We Are Rosie

Designs web pages, digital ads, social graphics, and sales collateral for B2B technology brands using Figma.

Mid Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

Managed cloud infrastructure

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile, all-around Designer to join our team and help us tackle a high volume of upcoming web projects, product launches, and digital campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Director and two in-house designers to bring the brands Nexcess and Servers.com to life.

  • Role: Designer
  • Duration: 30-day rolling contract, strong likelihood of work through Q4 but TBD
  • Location: Remote (CT/PT time zone preference)
  • Hours/wk: 40 hours/week
  • Hourly Rate: $65/hour

The Challenge

We need a problem-solver. We need someone who can look at a technical B2B product and find the most effective, clear, and compelling way to visualize it for our audience. From high-impact landing pages and web layouts to social graphics and sales collateral, you will be the engine that keeps our Q4 creative output moving at speed.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Across Channels: Design a wide range of assets including web pages, digital ads, and social media graphics.
  • Master the Tech: Translate complex cloud infrastructure and technical product features into clear, accessible, and beautiful visuals.
  • Own the Workflow: Manage fast turnarounds on campaign assets across multiple sizes and formats without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate: Work in Figma alongside our existing design team to maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh perspectives to our creative process.

Qualifications

  • Figma Proficiency: You live and breathe Figma and can jump into existing files with ease.
  • B2B Experience: You have a knack for B2B tech and understand how to make “technical” look “approachable.”
  • Versatility: You are comfortable pivoting between a landing page design and a suite of social media assets in the same day (range across web, digital ads, and social)
  • Collaborative Spirit: You are a positive, proactive team player who enjoys finding the “right” solution rather than just the “fast” one.
  • Efficiency: You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines (fast turnaround on campaign assets across multiple sizes and formats)

Questions likely to be asked in the interview:

  1. Walk us through a campaign where you designed across a full suite of assets. How did you maintain consistency, and what adjustments did you make for each channel?
  2. You get a wireframe and half the copy, and it’s due in a week. What do you do to help push the project along?
  3. Can you show us something where you had to make a technical product easy to understand

Design Events Graphic Designer (PH) at Moxie

Creates and scales branded graphics, templates, social assets, print materials, and signage for event campaigns across a remote aesthetics business.

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

Events Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Events Graphic Designer to support all event-related design production, creative formatting, and visual asset optimization for our Event Creative Team. You’ll work closely with our internal Creative, Events, and Practice Success teams to deliver high-quality design materials — for social media, event campaigns, print assets, and templates — for live events across a fast-growing network of aesthetics practices.

You’ll also be stepping into a role with real room to grow: from executing day-to-day creative requests, to owning entire template systems and workflows that scale across our full event calendar.

Our objectives for the role

  • Own end-to-end creative production for assigned events — social, SMS, print, and signage — delivering on-brand assets independently and within expected turnaround times.

  • Build and scale reusable creative systems (e.g., “Event in a Box” template sets, modular templates) that reduce repetitive design work across a growing event calendar.

  • Organize and expand our reusable visual asset library into a clean, accessible system the whole team can pull from.

  • Drive measurable, ongoing improvements in creative turnaround time and output volume as the practice network grows — without a corresponding increase in headcount.

  • Proactively bring new creative trends, formats, and ideas to the team, and contribute informed recommendations to quarterly campaign planning.

We’re looking for:

  • Hands-on design experience (Canva or similar) producing social graphics, SMS funnel images, and print assets, with strong command of platform specs across Instagram (feed/stories/reels), web, and print.

  • A track record of independently managing a high-volume creative request queue, hitting turnaround expectations without sacrificing quality, brand alignment, or copy accuracy.

  • Experience building reusable, template-based design systems that scale beyond a single event or project.

  • Comfort incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into a core design workflow.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the judgment to work independently on routine requests while proactively flagging timelines, bottlenecks, and creative needs to the Meta/Creative team.

  • A genuine interest in creative variety — you’re energized by touching dozens of distinct event themes rather than repeating the same brand deck.

Why Join us?

  • If you’re a designer who gets bored doing the same brand deck over and over, this is the opposite of that. You’ll touch dozens of live events across a growing network of aesthetics practices, every one with its own theme, energy, and story to tell visually.

  • You’ll work hands-on with AI creative tools as part of your core workflow, and you’ll see your work go live fast — on social, on SMS, in print, at real events — not sit in review.

  • Above all, we’re in this to empower small business owners to own and grow their businesses. If you succeed, Med Spas will remain the opportunity for independent owner-operators instead of being dominated by a small number of large chains. If that speaks to you, speak to us.

  • We have much left to build. But given the market feedback we’re getting and our founding team’s company-building experience, we think we are writing the first chapters of a real success story.

  • Competitive salary

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.

Designs user-centered enterprise software workflows, conducts UX research and testing, and creates intuitive interfaces for secure mission applications.

Role Description:

UDS Enterprise securely deploys and manages mission applications at enterprise scale, supporting hundreds to thousands of concurrent users across multiple cloud service providers and on-prem data centers. This designer’s first focus will be helping mission users discover approved tools and request access through a clear self-service workspace. Over time, the role will encompass the full workflow around enterprise software deployments, including the SREs and administrators who configure available tools and manage access.

This role is ideal for a product designer who can make complex software delivery and administration feel approachable, guided, and low-risk for users who may not be deep Kubernetes or SaaS administration experts, while still preserving the control, security, and technical accuracy large organizations require. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, test, and refine user-centered solutions for UDS Enterprise, translating concepts into user-friendly designs that align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive UX research and following UX testing methodologies to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and iterate on design solutions.
  • Help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions, and execute on an effective visual design for enterprise experience
  • Cultivate empathy for end-users across product teams & stakeholders by creating and maintaining user personas for enterprise users.

  • Experience designing products that support enterprise self-service, multi-tenancy, centrally managed administration, or organization-level governance.
  • Solid proficiency across systems design, UX/interaction design, and visual design.

Designs and researches user-centered UX/UI workflows for secure enterprise software deployment and administration.

What this role involves

EMPLOYER IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION REQUIRES U.S. CITIZENSHIP.

You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to create an integrated UDS experience across the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can adapt and take on new responsibilities as they arise.

  • Collaborate with developers to design and build an intuitive enterprise experience that helps scale mission value and success.
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on user flows, user personas, user roles, user journeys, and other UX/UI design artifacts.
  • Plan iterative UI design improvements that improve the enterprise user experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of disconnected operations, classification boundaries, and DoD operational constraints.
  • Document UI solutions and contribute to the team’s shared component library.
  • Work closely with other product teams and designers to ensure seamless cross-product integration with other UDS platform tools.
  • Develop a working understanding of UDS, DevSecOps, IDAM, and the constraints of highly regulated environments.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate proven product design experience for enterprise software, ideally with examples that include:Complex enterprise workflows with multiple user roles, organizations, tenants, catalogs, or workspaces.Self-service product experiences where users request access to resources/tools.Simplified complex workflows without hiding important constraints from users.Systems thinking across workflows, not just isolated screens.

Core Design Capabilities

  • 3-5 years of product design experience, with at least 1-2 years designing enterprise software or complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience designing products that support enterprise self-service, multi-tenancy, centrally managed administration, or organization-level governance.
  • Solid proficiency across systems design, UX/interaction design, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, responsive design techniques, and developer handoff.
  • Understanding of accessibility fundamentals and knowledge of 508 compliance
  • Ability to explore multiple solutions, identify tradeoffs, and articulate clear UX rationale
  • Experience facilitating design critiques, remote user testing sessions, and collaborative design sessions.

Enterprise Platform Experience

  • Experience designing for enterprise users, service members, administrators, SREs, IT teams, platform teams, security teams, or similarly complex user groups.
  • Experience designing workflows where users discover, compare, request, access, or manage tools, applications, services, permissions, subscriptions, or policies.
  • Comfort working through complex information architecture, data-heavy interfaces, system state, auditability, and user permissions.
  • Ability to create simple UX flows that help users understand security, access, status, and next steps without creating unnecessary friction.

Technical And Domain Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS utility-first approach and constraints, enough to have informed conversations with engineers about feasibility and implementation.
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts or willingness to learn, including clusters, namespaces, workloads, deployments, and platform operations.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as SSO, RBAC, groups, permissions, organizations, tenants, and user provisioning.
  • Comfort learning technical domains and asking good questions when context is unclear.

  • Ability to make complex workflows clear and concise in writing, prototypes, diagrams
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, know when to ask for help, and actively resolve dependencies.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and turning vague requirements into concrete designs.
  • Experience working remote/asynchronously with distributed teams across time zones.

  • Experience with Kubernetes, DevSecOps, developer platforms, infrastructure management, security workflows, or cloud administration.
  • Experience designing identity, SSO, RBAC, organization management, tenant management, entitlement, or access-control workflows.
  • Previous experience designing for government, defense, or national security.
  • Experience designing products used by both less technical mission end users and the SREs, platform teams, or technical administrators who support them.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate UX processes without sacrificing quality, judgment, or originality.

Design MSF Access 101 Project - Consultation Design Consultant at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)

Designs consultations and engagement methods for MSF’s Access 101 learning initiative on access to health products.

Mid Remote Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Title of the function: MSF Access 101 Project - Consultation Design Consultant

Contract: Consultancy - The candidate must have rights to work as a “Consultant” in their country of residence

Duration: Approximately 20-25 working days between October 2026 to January 2027

Location: Home based

Deadline to apply: October 06, 2026

Reports to: MSF Access Internal Communications Officer

I. MSF INTERNATIONAL

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. MSF assists people based only on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

MSF International is the legal entity that binds MSF’s 24 sections, 27 associations and 18 branch offices together. Registered in Switzerland, MSF International provides coordination, information and support to the MSF Movement, as well as implements international projects and initiatives as requested.

II. BACKGROUND

MSF Access

Médecins Sans Frontières works tirelessly to improve the accessibility, availability, affordability, appropriateness and quality of health products for the populations it assists and their communities. While this is a shared responsibility across the organisation, the MSF Access team plays a central role in driving and supporting MSF’s work to improve access to health products.

Rooted in MSF’s medical humanitarian mission, MSF Access works to identify and address barriers that prevent people from obtaining the medicines, diagnostics, vaccines and other health products they need. The team coordinates access-related priorities, provides expertise and support across the MSF Movement, and monitors developments in the global access landscape to inform MSF’s strategies and actions.

MSF Access operates through five regional hubs in Brussels, Belgium; Dakar, Senegal; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Nairobi, Kenya; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The team’s work is currently guided by seven Common Priorities agreed by the MSF Movement: Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Cancer, Diabetes, Diagnostic Tools, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Tuberculosis, and Vaccines.

Access 101 Project

Access 101 is a new learning initiative led by MSF Access that aims to strengthen the understanding of access to health products across the MSF Movement. In 2023, MSF adopted its first collective vision for improving access to products for healthcare, recognizing this work as an essential part of delivering on MSF’s social mission and a shared responsibility across the MSF Movement. To realize this ambition and leverage MSF’s collective strength in this area, colleagues across MSF need a common understanding of what “access” means, why it matters, and how they can contribute to improving access to health products for the people who are deprived of them.

The Access 101 project will develop a range of learning resources, including an introductory course on Tembo (MSF’s e-learning platform), supporting educational materials, and regional workshops. These resources will help MSF staff better understand the global access landscape, MSF’s approach to improving access, and the role they can play in identifying and addressing access barriers.

The project begins with a consultation phase to identify access-related knowledge gaps, learning needs, interests, and preferences among diverse audiences across MSF. Insights from this consultation will inform the design of the access Tembo course curriculum and ensure that the learning experience is relevant, engaging, and accessible to colleagues in diverse roles and locations.

The project receives funding from the MSF Access Fund. The Fund was created by the MSF International Board in 2023 to amplify the capacity of MSF Access, Sections, and Operational Directorates to respond to the access opportunities or address emerging threats.

III.    PURPOSE

The Consultation Design Consultant will lead the design and implementation of a consultation process to identify access-related learning needs, knowledge gaps, interests and preferences across the MSF Movement. Using insights gathered through qualitative and quantitative research, the consultant will develop recommendations for the syllabus for the Access 101 Tembo course and the focus and scope of supporting learning materials and regional workshops that complement the course.

IV.    MAIN ACTIVITIES

Consultation design and implementation

  • Develop a consultation methodology and work-plan to identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, interests and preferences related to access to health products across MSF.

  • Design and implement a mixed-methods consultation process, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches as appropriate.

  • Prepare consultation tools and materials, including interview guides, survey questionnaires, and data collection frameworks.

  • Conduct interviews, focus groups and/or other consultation activities with a diverse range of stakeholders across regions, operational entities and functions within MSF.

  • Ensure the consultation process reflects diversity, equity and inclusion principles and captures perspectives from different regions, roles and levels of the organisation.

Analysis and recommendations

  • Analyse consultation findings and identify key learning needs, knowledge gaps, barriers, motivations and audience preferences relevant to access-related learning.

  • Produce a report summarising findings and providing practical recommendations to inform the design of Access 101 learning products and activities.

  • Present findings and recommendations to the Access 101 project team and relevant stakeholders.

Course syllabus development

  • Translate consultation findings into recommendations for a syllabus for the Access 101 Tembo course.

  • Recommend learning objectives, thematic areas, audience segmentation, and priority content modules.

  • Advise on suitable learning formats and approaches, including the balance between e-learning, downloadable resources and regional workshops.

V.      DELIVERABLES

  •  Consultation methodology, work-plan and stakeholder engagement approach

  • Survey and interview/focus group tools

  • Consultation findings report, including analysis of what meaningful engagement between MSF Access and MSF operations looks like, and recommendations

  • Presentation of findings to the project team.

  • Recommendations for the Access 101 course syllabus and workshop approach

We are committed to removing barriers for people with specific accessibility needs. If you need an adjustment to the recruitment process to be considered for the role, please let us know from the beginning of the selection process.

What this role involves

Every organization needs supplies and services – from laptops and rental cars to pens and pallets – to run their business. CoreTrust’s B2B marketplace is the one place where buyers and suppliers connect, secure purchasing agreements, transact, and partner to complete billions of dollars’ worth of trade annually.

CoreTrust is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll bring brand and business strategy to life through compelling visual design across print, digital, and presentation formats. You’ll partner closely with marketing, communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality creative work and help keep our creative library of templates organized, current, and easy for the broader team to use. This is a great opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys variety, moves fluidly between projects, and takes pride in clean, polished, on-brand work.

Scope

  • Design a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, sales collateral, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Create and maintain templates for presentations, documents, email campaigns, social media assets, and other recurring materials, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the organization.
  • Build, organize, and manage a centralized creative library of templates, brand assets, and design resources, keeping materials current, well-labeled, and easily accessible to internal teams.
  • Design digital marketing assets such as email templates, social graphics, web banners, and other online materials that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support event and conference marketing efforts through the creation of signage, booth graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and attendee-facing collateral.
  • Maintain, apply, and help evolve brand identity standards and visual guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional experience across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing and communications stakeholders to concept, storyboard, and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects and deadlines, prioritizing requests and balancing competing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare files for both print (CMYK) and digital/web (RGB) production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) for print and digital design.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems, with an eye for clean, on-brand design.
  • Experience building and organizing templates or asset libraries for use by non-designers is a plus.• Experience preparing files for both print (CMYK) and digital/web (RGB) production.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
