Are you ready to be part of the future?

About the job

We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you’ll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.

We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that’s about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.

Responsibilities

  • Request Intake & Triage

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.

    • Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.

    • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.

Design Collaboration & Project Management

  • Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.

  • Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.

  • Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.

Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)

  • Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).

  • Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).

  • Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.

Event Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.

  • Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.

  • Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.

Risk & Logistics Ownership

  • Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.

  • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.

  • Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.

Cross-Team Partnership

  • Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers’ time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.

  • Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.

  • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what “safe area” means, and why RGB assets can’t go straight to print.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.

  • Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.

  • Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.

  • A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask “what could go wrong here?” and build a plan around the answer.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma

  • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Important information for candidates

Recruitment scams have become increasingly common. To protect yourself, please keep the following in mind when applying for roles:

Design Calm.com: Senior Product Designer

Shapes and ships consumer product experiences across iOS, Android, and web, using research, prototyping, and design judgment to improve engagement.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote, United States

About Calm

Calm is the leading mental health brand on a mission to make the world happier and healthier. Known for its flagship consumer app—ranked #1 in its category with over 180 million downloads and availability in ten languages across 190 countries—Calm helps people sleep better, stress less, and live more mindfully through content and tools from experts and beloved celebrity voices. Building on this foundation, Calm has created a broader portfolio including evidence-based solutions like Calm Health, offered through employers, health plans and providers, designed to expand access to mental health and sleep support, boost benefits engagement, and drive positive health outcomes. Today, Calm supports more than 3,500 organizations and reaches over 42 million covered lives through Calm Health. Calm has been recognized as a TIME100 Most Influential Company and one of Fast Company’s Brands That Matter. Learn more at calm.com.

What We Do

At Calm we believe in making relaxation, better sleep, and mindfulness accessible to the entire world, and we hope you will help us achieve our mission. The Product & Design team is responsible for delivering Calm to our customers, ensuring that it is easy to use, supports their goals, and maintains a high level of quality across web, iOS, Android platforms.

As a Senior Product Designer on our Consumer team, you'll shape experiences used by tens of millions of people to sleep better, stress less, and live more mindfully. People often reach for Calm in their most vulnerable moments, so the craft of what we make (how it looks, moves, and feels) matters enormously.

This is a builder's role in the truest sense: you'll use AI and modern prototyping tools to move from insight to interactive prototype to shipped experience, not as a shortcut on quality, but to spend less time producing and more time on the judgment and detail that make an experience great. When anyone can generate a hundred screens in an afternoon, taste and judgment are the differentiators!

The heart of this role is balancing velocity and craft in service of making our users healthier and happier, and building intuitive, engaging and impactful experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.  You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, and set the standard for craft across iOS, Android, and web.  You will be a thought leader in design, helping to establish best practices and setting the bar for exceptional product design at Calm.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end product design initiatives that cover the whole product experience (visual, interaction, motion, brand integration), to create thoughtful, high-quality user-centered mobile experiences.
  • Prototype quickly in Figma and with AI and low-code tools like Replit, Lovable, and Claude, so you can get real, testable ideas in front of people early.
  • Present your design work clearly and persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior leadership), give and take feedback well, anchoring your rationale to both user needs and business goals.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and collaboration through engineering implementation (build and QA) and post launch-iterations, to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Use data and drive research to inform the experiences you build, and leverage performance insights to evolve your approach.
  • Champion system-level thinking (improving how the team works and evolving Calm's design system) so the whole team works faster and smarter.
  • Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Product Designer: 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile and web applications.
  • AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in Figma for design, and already using AI and low-code tools (Replit, Lovable, Claude) to prototype and move fast, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't.
  • Technical agility: Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support, bridging the gap between design and engineering by personally shipping copy and UI polish directly.
  • A builder: Biased toward shipping and iterating over perfect plans. You'd rather put a working prototype in front of people than write a doc about one.
  • Data- and research-informed: You fold both qualitative and quantitative insight into your design decisions, and you measure whether the work landed.
  • A strong collaborator: A low-ego, trusted partner to Product, Research, and Engineering who makes the people around them better and helps sharpen how the team works.
  • High craft standards: A strong advocate for accessibility, consistency, visual storytelling, brand integration, and motion design to create engaging user experiences, while still maintaining velocity.
  • A clear communicator: You present your thinking persuasively to stakeholders and senior leadership, give and take feedback well, and champion an experience while staying open to being wrong.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with conversational or AI-native UX.
  • Experience working at multiple organizations, ideally including time at a consumer product in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design and ship beautiful, functional, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Comfort shipping small copy and UI changes directly in code, without engineering support.
  • A passion for Calm's mission and a point of view on how digital products can support mental health.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years in UX/UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile (and web) applications.
  • Proven experience driving user testing and research.
  • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices.
  • Experience designing and shipping mobile applications at scale.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Figma and modern AI/prototyping tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger design vision and strategy.

Design Vercel: Design Engineer

Owns product design and frontend implementation for Vercel’s AI Gateway across dashboards, catalogs, CLI, APIs, and developer workflows.

Senior Hybrid Posted 2 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote - United States

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.

About the Role:

AI Gateway gives developers one place to connect applications and agents to hundreds of models with one API key. It handles provider routing and fallbacks, unifies billing and observability, and lets teams manage spend and security controls across production AI workloads.

Designing this well is a systems problem. A developer should be able to choose the right model, make and verify a first request, diagnose a failed request, and configure routing, budgets, credentials, and security controls without losing sight of the application they are trying to build. The right interface might be in the dashboard, on the public model catalog, in the CLI, in an API response, or in code.

You will be the Design Engineer for AI Gateway, owning product design and frontend implementation across those surfaces. You will work with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers to understand the problem, explore solutions, build the production experience, ship it, and learn from what happens after launch.

AI Gateway is live, the model ecosystem changes every week, and the team can move from an observed problem to production quickly. This is a rare chance to use your product judgment, design craft, and code to shape a developer product and ship the experience yourself.

You will be the design owner embedded with a Product Manager and a dedicated engineering team. You will also have the Product Design team around you for critique, collaboration, and support. AI Gateway will be your main product area, with room to pursue design-led improvements across Vercel. You will report to the Design Team.

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

What You Will Do:

  • Own product design and frontend implementation for meaningful parts of the journey from discovering a model to making a first successful request and operating AI in production.
  • Design and build production experiences across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs, choosing the right medium for each problem.
  • Make models, providers, credentials, routing, budgets, logs, performance, privacy, and governance understandable, then create patterns that extend across new providers, modalities, and workloads.
  • Talk directly with customers and use product data to understand problems, define success, make tradeoffs, and improve what ships.
  • Own quality after launch, including visual and interaction craft, accessibility, performance, resilience, instrumentation, and edge cases.
  • Use coding agents to explore and implement ideas quickly, while testing, debugging, and taking responsibility for what ships.

About You:

  • Your work shows what you personally identified, designed, built, shipped, and learned after launch.
  • You build production-quality web applications with React and TypeScript and can contribute confidently in a large, existing codebase.
  • You bring strong visual and interaction craft and have made technical or data-rich products understandable without removing the control advanced users need.
  • You can move between graphical interfaces, CLI workflows, API behavior, and implementation details, treating accessibility, performance, failure recovery, and instrumentation as part of the design.
  • You use customer research and product data to make decisions, communicate your reasoning clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and change direction when the evidence changes.
  • You use coding agents in your daily work, but you can explain, test, debug, and take responsibility for the code they help produce.

There is no required path into this role. You may come from product design, frontend engineering, creative development, or a career that does not fit a standard title. We care about the quality of what you have shipped and the judgment behind it.

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, model marketplaces, or observability experiences.
  • Have worked with AI models, providers, inference platforms, guardrails, or AI application tooling.
  • Have experience with APIs, command-line tools, structured product content, or agent-facing interfaces.
  • Have built an application or agent with Vercel’s AI SDK or AI Gateway.

Design Senior Product Designer, Restaurant Partner Self-Service (Remote) at ezCater

Designs end-to-end self-service tools and workflows that help restaurant partners manage menus, availability, performance, and issues.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US. The company makes it easy for any organization to manage its food needs and order from over 125,000 restaurants nationwide. For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by 24⁄7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders.

As Senior Product Designer on the Supplier Self-Service pod, you’ll own the experience that gives restaurant partners the tools to run and grow their ezCater business without needing to go through an internal team. Every action a supplier can confidently take on their own — updating a menu, adjusting availability, resolving an issue, understanding their performance — is one less dependency on ops and one more sign of a healthy, scalable supply base. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Supply Operations to identify which supplier actions are highest-friction or highest-volume today, and design the self-service paths that replace manual, one-off handling with tools suppliers can trust and use independently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the supplier self-service experience end to end, designing across the tools and flows that let restaurant partners manage their menus, availability, business info, performance, and issue resolution without needing to contact ezCater directly.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, UX Research, and Supply Operations to identify which supplier actions still require internal intervention, and design the self-service alternative — deciding when a better UI solves the problem and when it requires new functionality, policy changes, or a structural rethink.
  • Design for the full range of supplier sophistication, from single-location independent restaurants to multi-location and enterprise partners, ensuring self-service tools scale cleanly rather than serving only the simplest cases.
  • Raise the bar on interaction, systems, and visual design as you craft user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. Contribute to and advocate for our design system so supplier-facing tools feel consistent, scalable, and accessible across every touchpoint a partner uses to manage their business.
  • Facilitate alignment across disciplines, running workshops, critiques, and working sessions that help Product, Engineering, and Supply Operations converge on which self-service investments will most reduce internal dependency and strengthen supply.
  • Use AI-powered tools to move faster across the design process, from early prototyping to research synthesis, and help raise the bar for how the broader team adopts them.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role, with accompanying experience in visual/graphic design.

  • Comfort designing systems, not just screens—understanding how individual decisions scale across complex customer journeys, edge cases, and future functionality.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities, frame ambiguous problems, and influence product direction—not just execute against predefined requirements.

  • A track record of shaping what teams work on, not just how it looks — helping teams to solve clearly framed problems with measurable outcomes.

  • A positive attitude and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback, as well as regularly seeking feedback on your own performance.

  • Proficiency with the Figma suite, Claude design, and prototyping tools.

  • Experience designing with and contributing to a robust design system.

  • A detailed portfolio that showcases:

    • How your process moves from discovery through launch and iteration.
    • The customer and business impact of your work.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills that show you can explain complex flows and tradeoffs in ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical partners.

  • Well-developed collaboration and facilitation skills. You’re as thoughtful about how teams work together as you are about the pixels.

  • A sharp mind, a soft heart, and a large funny bone.

  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other events, when applicable.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces, especially on the supply or partner-facing side.
  • Experience designing account management, admin, or back-office tools for business users (not just consumer-facing products).
  • Experience in the restaurant, catering, delivery, or gig space, particularly from the merchant or partner perspective.
  • Experience with service design, journey mapping, or complex operational workflows that cross multiple teams and tools.
  • Experience working in environments where reducing operational/support load is a core design metric.
  • Familiarity with approaches like Jobs To Be Done, systems thinking, or other frameworks for structuring complex problem spaces.

The national total targetcash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $146,000–$187,000 annually.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).

ezCater does not sponsor applicants for work visas or legal permanent residence.

What You’ll Get from Us:

You’ll get a terrifically compelling experience in an innovative, high performing environment. You’ll get to work with engaged and passionate colleagues on challenging and impactful projects. You will have opportunities to grow in your career, and work in a place that values work/life harmony.

Oh, and you’ll get all this: Market competitive salary, stock options that you’ll help make worth a lot, 12 paid holidays, flexible PTO, 401K with ezCater match, health/dental/FSA, long-term disability insurance, mental health and family planning resources, remote-hybrid work from our awesome Boston office OR your home OR a mixture of both home and office, a tremendous amount of responsibility and autonomy, wicked awesome co-workers, employee meal program (and many more goodies) when you’re in our office, and knowing that you helped transform the food for work space.
