Content Senior Content Copywriter at Blackpoint Cyber

Develops cybersecurity content strategy and writes blogs, web copy, campaigns, emails, reports, and sales enablement materials.

Senior Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Blackpoint Cyber is the leading provider of world-class cybersecurity threat hunting, detection and remediation technology. Founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts who applied their learnings to bring national security-grade technology solutions to commercial customers around the world, Blackpoint Cyber is in hyper-growth mode,  fueled by a recent $190m series C round.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and write exceptionally well. Great cybersecurity content isn’t about producing more blogs—it’s about having a point of view, finding the story, understanding the audience, and creating content that changes perception and drives action.

We’re looking for someone who has developed a solid content strategy, but who also loves writing. We are looking for someone who is wildly creative and can turn complex cybersecurity topics into compelling content that earns attention, builds credibility, supports sales, and strengthens our brand.

Initially, you will partner with the VP of Comms, Brand and Content on the overarching content strategy, and then deliver high-output, high-impact hands-on copywriting. You’ll own both short and long-form content across SEO, product, integrated campaigns, email, eBooks, Blogs, Research Reports, and web copy.

You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and subject-matter experts to create content that moves audiences from awareness to consideration, and then action.

What You’ll Do

Build & Execute a Content Calendar

  • Develop and manage an integrated content calendar aligned with company priorities, audience needs, product strategy, and revenue goals.

  • Deliver content across campaigns, product launches, SEO, web, email, and sales enablement. Identify new opportunities based on market trends, competitive intelligence, customer questions, search behavior, and business priorities.

  • Build a scalable content engine that increases both the quality and velocity of content production.

Drive SEO & Organic Growth

  • Partnering with our SEO agency, you will deliver content mapped back to the SEO strategy, including blogs and web content that takes search intent, keywords, competitive gaps, customer questions, and emerging cybersecurity topics into consideration.

  • Create and optimize high-value evergreen and timely content designed to increase organic visibility, authority, and qualified traffic.

  • Partner with SEO, web, and demand teams to continually measure and improve performance.

Create Product & Competitive Content

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer stories.

Fuel Integrated Campaigns

  • Partner with Campaign and Demand Generation teams to develop the content and messaging required to launch and scale integrated campaigns.

  • Create campaign messaging, landing pages, email sequences, blogs, guides, and supporting assets—ensuring each piece connects to a cohesive buyer journey rather than functioning as a standalone deliverable.

Content Senior Content Writer at Headout

Edits AI-generated travel content, ensures quality and completeness, and analyzes portfolio performance to support organic growth.

Senior Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

🚀 Why Headout?

We’re a rocketship: 9-figure revenue, record growth, and profitable

With $200M+ in revenue, guests in 700+ cities, and 18 months of profitability, Headout is the fastest-growing marketplace in the travel industry, and we’re just getting started. We’ve raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term — because that’s what our mission needs and deserves. We’re growing, profitable and nowhere near done.

What we do is important

In an increasingly digital world, there is a desperate need to augment our human experience by getting us to interact with the real world around us and the people in it. At Headout, our mission is to be the easiest, fastest, and most delightful way to head out to a real-life experience — from immersive tours to museums to live events and everything in between.

Why now?

The foundation is strong. The opportunity ahead is even bigger. We’ve hit profitability, built momentum, and proven the model — but there’s so much more to build. If you’re looking to join a company where the trajectory is steep and your impact is real, this is the moment.

Our culture

Reinventing the travel industry isn’t easy, but that’s the fun part.

We care deeply about ownership, craft, and impact, and we’re here to do the best work of our careers. We won’t pretend like it’s for everyone but if you’re a builder who loves solving tough problems, you’ll feel right at home.

đŸ‘©â€đŸ’»The role

We’re hiring a Senior Content Writer to own content quality and completeness across a portfolio within an assigned market, with a clear path toward deeper ownership of that market’s organic growth story.

This role runs on Headout’s automated content workflows. Most of your day-to-day will involve high-judgment editing of AI-generated content rather than writing from scratch. The job is not to mechanically QC drafts or rewrite everything manually. It is to apply strong editorial judgment: identify weak research, missing customer information, structural gaps, unclear claims, and content that may technically be correct but still isn’t useful enough.

As you become fluent in the system and your market, the role expands from content execution into performance analysis, opportunity identification, and portfolio-level thinking.

đŸ€©What makes this role special?

  • High-Impact Role. You’ll own the quality and completeness of the content portfolio assigned to you within Headout’s MMP production system, while building toward broader ownership of content performance within your assigned market.

  • Hands-On Editorial Judgment. Most of your day-to-day will involve editing AI-generated product content, landing pages, and supporting pages for clarity, accuracy, structure, usefulness, and brand voice. You’ll independently verify nuanced or ambiguous claims and strengthen shallow or incomplete AI-generated research.

  • Performance & Growth Ownership. As you build fluency, typically from around month 2, you’ll start using traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion, and other available signals to understand where your portfolio is and isn’t performing. You’ll diagnose why a page or content cluster may be underperforming and identify content gaps and missed organic opportunities.

  • Play With Technology. The role runs on automated content workflows and structured tooling. You’ll develop strong fluency with the systems you work in and flag recurring friction, gaps, and opportunities to improve the workflow for the wider team.

  • Build Better Systems. The role has demanding turnaround expectations, but the workflows are designed to make that pace sustainable. We expect you to surface anything that repeatedly creates unnecessary work, weakens output, or slows execution, and help make the system better over time.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

  • You have 3–5 years of experience writing or editing digital content, with strong independent editorial judgment.

  • You Have Strong Editorial Judgment. You can distinguish between content that is merely factually correct and content that is genuinely useful, complete, and decision-oriented.

  • You’re A Strong Researcher. You have strong research instincts and are comfortable independently validating complex or ambiguous information.

  • You’re Comfortable With Systems. You’re comfortable working within structured tooling and workflows rather than defaulting to manual processes.

  • You Understand Content Performance. You have working fluency in SEO and basic content performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversion.

  • You’re Analytical. You can investigate why something may be underperforming and form a reasoned hypothesis from available data and content context.

  • You’re An Owner. You take strong ownership and communicate early when scope, dependencies, or workflow issues could affect quality or turnaround.

  • You’re Comfortable With A Learning Curve. You’re motivated by becoming faster and more effective through better systems.

➕Bonus

  • You have experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior writers.

  • You have prior ownership of a market, vertical, content portfolio, or production pipeline.

  • You have experience working with content performance data or content-led growth.

  • You have a background in travel, live entertainment, marketplaces, or e-commerce content.

  • You have experience reviewing, improving, or working with AI-generated content.

EEO statement

At Headout, we don’t just accept differences — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our partners, and the community at large. Headout provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age or disability. During the interview process, if you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact the recruiter assigned to your application or email us at life@headout.com.

Privacy policy

Please note that once you apply for this job profile your personal data will be retained for a period of one (1) year. Headout shall process this data for recruitment purposes only. Once the relevant job profile is filled or once the time period of one (1) year from the date of the job application has passed, whichever is later, Headout shall either delete your data or inform you that it shall keep it in its database for future roles. Content Senior Retention Specialist, Copy & Content at Darkroom

Writes email and SMS retention copy, directs related creative, manages lifecycle campaigns, and maintains the marketing calendar.

Senior Remote Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Darkroom

Darkroom is the leading next-generation growth marketing firm engineering the brands of tomorrow. Founded in 2017, we set out to redefine what a modern agency could be, by replacing the inertia of legacy advertising behemoths with a model built for speed, intelligence, and measurable impact.

At our core, Darkroom is a human services company powered by Shadow, a universal AI commerce layer that integrates executive-level strategy with proprietary agentic technology. This fusion enables our teams to deliver outsized returns by enhancing creative output, operational efficiency, and revenue generation across every stage of the customer journey.

Our track record speaks for itself: billions in attributable revenue driven across e-commerce marketplaces, media networks, DTC ecosystems, and social commerce platforms. Every engagement feeds into our proprietary data infrastructure, enabling a continuous feedback loop that accelerates growth, improves margins, and compounds results across our client portfolio.

What began as a boutique design studio has evolved into one of the fastest-growing private companies in America (Inc. 5000) and among the most effective performance media agencies of the 2020s (Varos). Our founders were recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for advancing the intersection of technology, marketing, and advertising, cementing Darkroom’s role as a defining player in the future of media innovation.

Location: Fully remote from Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia only - supporting a team in the EST time zone.

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, fast, brand-obsessed Retention Specialist to own the voice of a high-growth consumer technology client. You will write the email and SMS copy that carries the program, direct the creative that goes with it, and keep the marketing calendar moving as output scales.

You are writing a program into existence rather than maintaining one. The list starts near 20,000 and grows fast behind a significant acquisition investment, volume ramps to 40–60 emails a month, and deepening segmentation multiplies the number of versions behind every send. Most of what you write is automated — lead capture, welcome series, first-conversion and activation sequences — and then loyalty and repeat purchase programming on top of it. The program runs on enterprise tooling such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Customer.io.

This is a copy-led role. You will write more than you manage, and the quality of your writing is the primary thing we are hiring for. The ability to hold a consistent voice across a lot of output is essential.

You should apply if this sounds like you

You are a copywriter who happens to work in lifecycle marketing. You can explain a technical product simply, write a subject line that earns the open, and make a subscription upgrade feel like a good idea rather than a sales pitch.

  • 3–5+ years of experience writing marketing copy, with meaningful time in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing. A strong portfolio matters as much as the years.

  • You write excellent short-form copy — subject lines, preheaders, body, CTAs, SMS — and you can show work where your copy moved a number.

  • You can make consumer technology, software, or a digital subscription feel clear and desirable without jargon. Experience writing for a SaaS, app, or connected-device brand is a strong plus.

  • You have written the funnel: lead capture and opt-in copy, welcome series, first-conversion and onboarding sequences, and subscription activation messaging.

  • You have written loyalty, rewards, and win-back programming, and you understand that driving repeat purchase and long-term value is a core outcome of this role.

  • You are comfortable working from a segmentation strategy, writing distinct copy for distinct audiences rather than one message for everyone.

  • You can direct design. You write clear creative briefs, give specific and useful feedback on layout, hierarchy, and imagery, and you know when a design is not serving the copy.

  • You are fluent in Figma — you review and approve designs there, leave actionable comments, and keep versions straight.

  • You own a marketing calendar with confidence: you can hold a high-volume calendar, flag conflicts early, and keep a lot of moving pieces on schedule.

  • You are detail-obsessed about proofing, links, personalization tokens, and brand consistency. Typos in a send genuinely bother you.

  • You take feedback well and iterate quickly, and you are comfortable presenting and defending your creative choices to a client.

  • Working knowledge of an enterprise ESP (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Customer.io, or comparable) is a plus; you do not need to be the one building, but you should understand what is possible.

A day in the life

  • Write the email and SMS copy for campaigns, flows, and automations across your client’s program, from lead capture through activation, loyalty, and repeat purchase.

  • Develop and maintain the client’s marketing calendar, sequencing campaigns against the strategy your Associate Director sets and flagging capacity risks before they become problems.

  • Write creative briefs for the design team and give clear, specific direction on what each asset needs to do.

  • Review and approve designs in Figma, leaving actionable feedback and shepherding assets to final.

  • Own the brand voice and the copy guidelines for your client, keeping tone consistent as output scales and segmentation multiplies the number of versions.

  • Partner with the CRM Specialist to make sure copy, segmentation logic, and dynamic content line up in the build.

  • Proof every send before it goes out — copy, links, personalization, rendering.

  • Review performance with your Associate Director and translate what you learn into your next round of copy tests.

What It’s Like to Work at Darkroom

Darkroom is not a typical agency. We are looking for A players who want to build something great. We move fast, think deeply, and expect every team member to bring insight and rigor to everything they touch. We hold a high bar for performance, creativity, and ownership — but we also support each other relentlessly. No egos, no red tape — just world-class talent building something remarkable.

We believe in autonomy with accountability, truth over comfort, and outcomes over optics.

  • Unlimited PTO + Local holidays (Relevant to your hub): Rebooting is part of the work. Take the time you need to stay sharp.

  • Remote-First Culture: Many roles are fully remote. Employees based in or near our New York or Lisbon HQs are expected to work hybrid with weekly in-office time. Hub locations include Brazil and Spain.

  • Parental Leave: Flexible parental leave to support new parents during this important transition.

  • Growth: Our interdisciplinary model gives every Darkroomer exposure far beyond their core role. Grow your skills, expand your influence, and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Equal Opportunity Statement

Darkroom is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national orientation, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.

Leads editorial strategy, writing, editing, and creative direction for Stripe’s media partnerships and original brand storytelling.

What this role involves

Who we are

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Companies of all sizes—from ambitious startups to global enterprises—use Stripe to accept payments, grow revenue, and build new business models. The work we do is technically sophisticated, economically consequential, and central to how businesses operate online. Explaining that work well requires more than clear messaging. It requires ideas, judgment, and a distinctive point of view.

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe’s Narrative & Editorial team brings together Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Portfolio Product Marketing, Copywriting, Copy Editing, and Customer Marketing. We create coherent, distinctive stories about the businesses, technologies, and economic forces shaping the internet.

What you’ll do

We are hiring a senior editorial leader to help bring original stories and insights from Stripe–based on our data, expertise, and customer conversations–to a broader audience via media partnerships and other brand marketing channels. This person will be an exceptional editor, writer, and creative partner with strong instincts about what earns attention: an argument worth making, an unexpected angle, an elegant execution, or a piece of work that people genuinely want to share.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the leader of Stripe’s Narrative & Editorial team. The role will spend most of its time shaping major external media partnerships, with the remainder split between helping with original editorial work and advising partner teams on new ideas and their execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the editorial and creative direction for Stripe’s most important external media partnerships, including advertising content, research-led collaborations, and original editorial programs developed with respected publishers and creators.
  • Develop work that feels native to the audience and editorial environment in which it appears—not generic brand messaging placed beside someone else’s work.
  • Turn Stripe’s original data analyses, economic insights, customer stories, and more into content pieces that are clear, surprising, useful, and memorable–and that readers and listeners won’t want to skip over.
  • Shape the full editorial process for partnership work: refining briefs, identifying the strongest ideas, directing creative development, and providing decisive feedback on drafts and final deliverables.
  • Direct and manage agencies, external creators, and editorial partners as needed, working within existing partnership structures and commercial agreements.
  • Write, edit, and materially improve high-stakes content across formats, including blog posts, newsletter segments, podcast scripts, ad copy, social posts, and more.
  • Generate original concepts for creative programs, editorial franchises, and nontraditional formats that broaden how Stripe contributes to conversations about the internet economy.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to teams across Stripe, helping them clarify ideas, find the strongest expression of their work, and make better creative decisions.
  • Partner with colleagues in Brand Marketing, Brand Design, Content Marketing, Portfolio PMM, Copywriting, and Customer Marketing to make Stripe’s storytelling more coherent and distinctive.
  • Define and uphold a clear quality bar for editorial and partnership work, making well-reasoned calls about what is ready to represent Stripe and what still needs improvement.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with exceptional editorial judgment and a demonstrated ability to make complicated ideas compelling. You may have developed that experience in a newsroom, independent publication, creative studio, agency, research institution, technology company, or another rigorous creative environment.

  • You have 8+ years of relevant experience in editorial, writing, creative development, journalism, publishing, media, brand strategy, or a closely related field. This may include experience writing consistently for a large online followership, even if not professionally.
  • You have an exceptional portfolio of published or public-facing work that demonstrates strong writing and editing, original thinking, and an ability to make ideas resonate with an audience.
  • You are, in the best sense, very online: an active reader of and contributor to the newsletters, social platforms, and niche communities where people debate new ideas about technology, economics, science, business, and culture. You can spot emerging arguments, voices, and formats early—and engage with them authentically, with intellectual honesty and your own point of view.
  • You are an excellent editor. You can diagnose what is missing from a draft or idea, identify the most interesting argument, and give feedback that makes the work materially better.
  • You have experience developing original editorial work, sponsored media, advertising, creative partnerships, or other high-quality audience-facing programs.
  • You understand the difference between work that is merely on-message and work that is genuinely interesting, useful, or worth discussing.
  • You can translate complex subjects—including technology, business, economics, science, or policy—into work that is accessible without becoming simplistic.
  • You have strong creative instincts and a sophisticated design sensibility. You understand how language, ideas, visuals, format, and distribution work together.
  • You are deeply curious about the technology industry and the broader cultural and economic context in which it operates.
  • You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, external partners, writers, designers, marketers, and agencies without relying on formal authority.
  • You can move fluidly between strategy and execution: developing the core idea, shaping the brief, improving the draft, and making the final call on quality.
  • You have high standards, sound judgment, and enough pragmatism to help teams make excellent work within real constraints.

Writes email and SMS retention copy, directs related creative, and manages automated lifecycle marketing programs and calendars.
